Ulemper: Nothing really. For a no-frills flight, it was a great value

Ulemper: after booking, air asia changed the flight schedule back teo hours. Then on travel day the flight was delayed another hour. So we arrived around midnight. Air Asia Is somewhat annoying as they’re always trying to sell you something during the flight

Ulemper: GROUND STAFF LETTING ME CHECK IN AS I HAD NO BAGS AND WAS GIVEN HALF HOUR TO GET ACROSS 4 TERMINALS TO MAKE FLIGHT. MISSED BY 5 MINUTES AND GROUND STAFF VERY UNACCOMODATING

Fordele: Crew was quick to serve any on-board item I ordered. Happily served with a smile
Ulemper: I’ve been traveling with AirAsia since quite a few years, but recently AirAsia flights are being delayed quite often. This is not how budget airlines usually work. They’re known for their on-time operations. I hope AirAsia works to improve on this issue.
Ulemper: The AC created so much smoke that I couldn’t see the stewardess during the safety instructions
Fordele: Nothing. It's cheap and really not because you pay for everything extra.
Ulemper: Rude customer service. Baggage cost more than the flight.
Ulemper: the ground crew at departure lounge and arrival lounges are plain stupid. giving wrong info of departure gates. arriving crew didnt open the door .. buzy with handphone

Fordele: The boarding was fast.
Ulemper: Self-service boarding didn't work fully, causing some delay for my wife even though everything was in order. The flight was delayed and no over-the-air announcement or explanation or apology was given.
Ulemper: More choices on entertainment
Ulemper: Boarding always take way too long because of the hand luggage problem.
Fordele: Was on time and we landed ahead of the scheduled ETA
Fordele: Crew was really nice
Ulemper: There wer plenty of empty seats and the other people sitting in my row wanted to move to open seats but weren’t allowed because the seats apparently cost more money than our seats. I think that’s a bit stingy of the airlines because no one is sitting there. Why not allow people to be comfortable?
Fordele: The flight was okay, service was okay.
Ulemper: Could be better if the departure was on time rather than delaying too much without clear explanation.
Fordele: No comment

Ulemper: All food and drink had to be paid for -even water!
Fordele: The flight i booked has 2 segments and both by Air Asia. However, when arrived in KL, i was forced to exit term
Ulemper: For some unknown reason, Kiwi.com booked this as a self-connecting trip and now my luggage is missing (didn't connect). In addition, they CHECKED IN FOR ME and selected middle seats. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this service and disappointed in my kayak experience as a result.
Fordele: The crew was amazing!

Ulemper: International travelers should not use Air Asia because of baggage limitations and application of excess baggage charges. It operates as a commuter airline.
Fordele: Everything was good ...

Ulemper: Somehow I couldn't check in online, or at the kiosk. There was only 2 check-in desk for domestic flights in KLIA2. Long lines and waited 20 minutes. Thankfully the staff at the counter allowed me to check in, despite having only 50 minutes to spare.
Fordele: so far so good. no complain.
Ulemper: short trip okay . everything great. keep up the good job.
Fordele: good budget airline.
Ulemper: seats are very close, legroom is uncomfortable
Ulemper: Boarding pass and ticket did not specify terminal 2!!! Automatic check in not clear

Ulemper: Food and beverages are not free. Even water cost money so you might as well bring your own. Also they advertised free WiFi but as soon as logged in you have to pay.

Ulemper: Too long of a flight for no WiFi and no water.
Simple short haul
Fordele: Prompt boarding, leather seats with reasonable leg room, even with seat in front reclined. Efficient, friendly and professional stewards
Ulemper: Had to ask someone in terminal about getting our connecting flight
Ulemper: Never Kiwi.com again! Thailand to Indonesia both flights on AirAsia but they would not book my bag to final destination. In Kuala Lumpur had to go through customs (LUCKILY! no visa required) get my bag, go security line again, check bag again. Took over 2hrs stressed if I would make my flight.

Good for short flight
Fordele: The new seats are good. I didn't get any back pain.
Ulemper: Not much.
Ulemper: Regarding the luggage. Myself need to purchase luggage but some of the people not need to buying. The Airasia staff informing that my luggage and laptop more than 11kg and need to purchasing. This is first time, I hear that laptop including also. As per my view, I had saw some of the people more heavy and biggest than me but still can go through. It is because I am foreigner and they are local person.
Ulemper: I didn’t have any food so am unable to comment on this
