Fordele: Easy boarding
Ulemper: Half the flight didn't wear masks, crew didn't bother to enforce.
Ulemper: Website is still slow to update trip delays, not a problem today though!
Fordele: Crew was very nice and very competent.
Ulemper: I'm trying to wrap my head around the # of flights that are delayed or cancelled, when I fly on Allegiant. Perhaps, I have just had bad luck. The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights.
Fordele: Flight crew was very helpful .
Ulemper: The crews at the airports are extremely rude and impatient.
Fordele: The crew was super nice and helpful. They made an effort to answer any questions the passengers had. They made the flight home very enjoyable. I plan to fly with Allegiant again.
Ulemper: Seemed understaffed at the airport, never anyone around to answer questions about why our plane wasn't even there until 20 minutes after we were supposed to have boarded. They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers.
Ulemper: For the price it was a very good flying experience
Ulemper: I don't think any sanitization took place in between the people who rushed off the plane and when my flight boarded.
Ulemper: They charged $3 for water, nothing complementary.
Fordele: Flight was on time

Fordele: I love that they fly out of smaller airports. I feel like the crew is kind and helpful.
Ulemper: The seats are not very comfortable but luckily most of the flights are not too long.
Fordele: Crew was friendly but did not enforce wearing of masks and deplaning was chaotic to say the least with everyone pushing to get off the plane
Ulemper: Enforce the airline’s own policy of wearing masks. About 1/4 of the passengers of the waiting to get on the plane at PIE did not wear a mask in the terminal, even though it is the policy of the airport. Chaotic deplaning in BNA with all passengers rushing to the front of the plane trying to get off. Rock hard very narrow seats.
Fordele: Seat accommodations were great

Fordele: This was my first time flying out of South Bend and I loved the smallness of the airport and the option to take a direct flight to Vegas to cost family. No long lines and crowds made it easy to social distance.
Ulemper: I would have liked it the seat reclined slightly or had the adjustable headrest so my head wouldn't flop back and forth while I took a nap.
Fordele: They sat my family together and the crew was amazing.
Ulemper: The seats are really uncomfortable and the flight was really packed with all this covid stuff.
Ulemper: Great crew and smooth ride
Fordele: Employees from the gate agent up to and including the flight attendants we are very accommodating and helpful!

Fordele: Crew was good but baggage claim took forever. The seating was not well arranged. The seats were very uncomfortable. The weight limit of the bags were unreasonable

Ulemper: Communication is always my #1 complaint with Allegiant. They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks.

Ulemper: Was surprised to see 0 social distancing in the plane. It was packed and not everyone had masks. Should be mandatory.
Fordele: The plane was super clean, no fear of COVID-19.
Fordele: The crew was amazing, super helpful, very friendly and understanding when it came to social distancing.
Ulemper: The seats are not the most comfortable, but the price is right.
Fordele: The passengers were spaced out, so we could actually social distance.
Ulemper: Not all passengers wore masks. During a contagious pandemic. What the actual hell? Also, the tray tables are too small to use for anything, and we didn’t even get a free drink. Water and soda are so cheap, it’s absurd. I’d never take Allegiant again if they weren’t basically the only airline operating out of my town’s small airport.
Ulemper: Major delays, no communication from airline
Ulemper: Great price. Wonderful flight. Seats are so close knees touched the whole flight.
Ulemper: Covid travel. Had us board an hour before take off and the back half of the plane was 100% full. Every seat including middle seats. 15 min before take off they allowed passengers to take empty seats and spread out.
Ulemper: Absolutely GREAT!!!

Ulemper: It's a low cost, no frills flight option. But we left and landed on-time and that's what I wanted.
Ulemper: I love the changes that have taken place. I last flew with them 5 years ago and vowed too never fly with them again. Times have changed and they are a great Airline!!!
Fordele: I liked the price and that it was a direct flight
Ulemper: Everyone was moved around a lot to try to social distance so I was closer to more people than I would have been on a regular flight.
Ulemper: I'm upset with kayak for sending a survey before I was off the plane!
Fordele: Crew was Aamazzing! Went above and beyond even to sit with one of kids while I used restroom, put my kids at ease, went above and beyond to make sure at such a tender age that they were okay! Made me very happy with allegiant and happy that I chose them!
Ulemper: It’d be cool to see more inflight services some day? As in maybe WiFi at a cost or TVs, seat recliner

Ulemper: Temp in the cabin was a little chilly but not totally uncomfortable
Fordele: The gate crew was absolutely wonderful. They made the delay bearable. The were very entertaining and friendly.
Ulemper: The delay. Couldn’t be helped, but still annoying.
Fordele: Boarding was quick and efficient. The aisle was nice and wide which makes walking to seats easier
