Fordele: New aircraft, had a VOD service in your own device, also optional paid WiFi. We were offered water during the flight. The price was good and everything went smooth.
Ulemper: Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal.
Ulemper: It was a terrible flight in most of the citiries
Fordele: The crew was amazing and flight was comfortable. Leg room fine. They turned off lights so we could sleep.
Ulemper: Seats could use a bit more padding.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed more than 2 hours.
Ulemper: Arkia changed there flight hour and no one updated me. I almost missed the flight.

Ulemper: Arkia replaced and sold the flight to other company . Seats were very very uncomfortable. the service was bad . boarding took lots of time .
Ulemper: Arkia airline was replaced by chezc low cost air lie . the gap between seats were the worst ever . the seat i front of you was on my knees . could not move the legs . boarding was late . boardinf anf disambarcking were by busses and not direct to airport !!!! low cost - no !! Its a fraud - we paid for regular Arkia flight and ended up with low low low service !!!!!
Fordele: Good price, nice crew, on time. Pay less? Don't expect much.

Ulemper: I was hospitalized and had to change the travel dates. Arkia refused to change my travel dates even though it was 2 weeks before the initial flight.

Fordele: the mail about the schedule Update prevents wasted time in the airport If you had sent an e-mail on the second delay we would have stay at the hotel and not falling asleep on the carpets in a cold, closed airport.
Ulemper: There was another delay after the timing update, it would be nice if you could update it again. A night out at a cold airport , all the shops closed is really unpleasant. In the plane there were not enough blankets for all three of us! and it was very cold all the flight. When we turned to the staff they told us they were sorry and the blankets run out ... They could not find us even one blanket we could share...

Ulemper: 3 hours delay Leaking AC Delay on arrival-waiting on ground for available spot in airport and finally being transferred via busse which took another 20 min. Very loud and annoying noise during flight (and I had my share of flights...)
Ulemper: Food had to be specially requested and was not given automatically as customary. So I almost missed the meal.
Waited in line 2:40h for checkin
Ulemper: We (me, one pregnant wife and two kids) had to wait 2:40h in line for check-in in spite we arrived 3 hours prior to departure to the airport. There was no way to do the check-in online. Security have asked everyone to open their suitcases before depositing them in the check-in. After check-in we had to run through the airport to the gate as check-in completed only 20 minutes before departure. Because of the line and the lack of online check-in we got lousy seats at the end of the plane. The flight itself was lousy as well. It was a night flight but there was light for most of the flight and noise due to the insistency on serving cold sandwiches. After landing we had to wait more than an hour to get the luggage. One of the worst flights ever!

Fordele: Efficient, quick check-in, quick boarding. This 50-minute flight will save you 4 hours of driving at least!
Reasonable but not more than that
Fordele: The crew were very nice and helpful. The airplane was clean.
Ulemper: There's no entertainment in spite the flight duration was more than 4 hours. The food was cold sandwiches in stale buns. Boarding was not well organized and was done in busses. Flight was 15 minutes delayed.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed, and above all the luggage was not board on the plane. This was however said to us after the plane was boarded and on the way up!!! That is when we also heard we are landing in Rhodos on the way to Tel Aviv to refuel the plane because of a technical thing which they knew even before the flight. So the flight was few hours longer. The plane was old and with this "error" you get to pray you ll even reach your destination. . Food? No good on the flight, only water to drink. You can buy something from the free shop while flying!!! Afterwards we had to wait for our luggage for 6 days being told it is gonna be delivered to us every day. Unless you have nerves to spare and you wanna argue a lot, and I mean A LOT, do not fly with this company!

Ulemper: We ordered the flight 3 months ago. A week before the flight, after all of our plans were booked, we received email about 2 hours delay! When we arrived to the airport, we discovered that the flight is operated by other company (Travel Service) and when we arrived to the boarding gate, we discovered that there is another delay because the airplane arrived late! Another 60 minutes delay, we landed around 23:00,and basically - it ruined the first days of our trip, since we made plans according to 19:30 landing !
WAS LEFT STRANDED, NON EXISTENT FLIGHT!!
Ulemper: I got to the airport and I was stranded because there was no such flight please credit my account immediately. I also called several times before hand to confirm my flight and was sent emails with the same ticket information. And incredibly rude customer service. I also had to re-purchase a new ticket from another airlines, which I also believe in good faith you should pay, to make up for the incredible inconvenience you put me through.
Ulemper: Check up security was extremely bais...... and un human with way they did their security checks. Unacceptable and time consuming. My personal belongs that was suppose to come with my hand loggage they obligated me to go in my check in loggage. The danger to that is that third parties could touch my belongings or even break carting the bag to one side to another..

Ulemper: The flight was delayed 2.5 hours and they were not keeping us updated, the plane was so outdated and old the seats were horrible, the food was beyond awful, and it was also not an arkia plane it was another small random airline's plane....overall the experience was NOT GOOD

(4 hours) the overall felling was bad... i wont but another arkia flight

One of my favorite flights of all-time. Why?
Fordele: I am a non-Jewish American living teaching in Israel. I was returning with my wife and two children from a vacation in Cyprus. Because it was the first Shabbat of Passover there were only 12 passengers on the flight and the flight was 35 minutes in the air.
Ulemper: There is always a slight fear when taking a flight into Israel due to the security situation but I believe it is handled thoroughly and fairly.
Fordele: Flight was comfortable, crew were nice and polite
Ulemper: Flight was delayed by over 3 hours although i got an email stating that it was on time, and on all the flight stats online it stated that the flight was on time, even wen it was already delayed. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
