My drop off was at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. I was not given the exact location to where I would be park in the car and dropping off keys.. there is no indication that it should be dropped off in the second garage on the fifth level. I wasted about an hour and a half trying to figure it out, I called Avis customer service, and the guy was clueless, he suggested I just park it and leave the keys inside the car.Anmeldt d. 23. jun. 2025

I wasn't able to pick up the car because it looked like they had run out. Stood in line for three hours and maybe 10 people in the main line up were given cars. It looked like they were giving cars as people brought them back since people would wait for up to 30 minutes with an agent before getting keys. Pretty brutal so I just left and borrowed a friends car thankfully but now its very difficult to get my money back...Anmeldt d. 16. jul. 2024

The wait for the car was 30 minutes. There were three employees working at one point and one employee disappeared into the office never to be seen again. Keys to the car were given to me and we had to walk to the garage and find our car. The car was covered in pollen and dirt on the outside. Inside was okay. No walk through and I had to take pictures of various dings, scratches, and a crack in the windshield for my benefit if Avis tries to come at me for this damage.Anmeldt d. 13. jun. 2024

Pick up process at Reno Airport was horrible. Waited an hour in line to pick up rental car. Only 2 agents working and the procedure seemed terribly inefficient. Agents constantly had to call on cell phones to pick up area.Anmeldt d. 17. jul. 2023

The car had been washed (very quickly I think, because it was not very clean and the inside had not been cleaned very well either), but it was comfortable. It came with gps which we didn’t expect, so that helped in getting around and to our next destinations. Overall, a good rental… just not very clean.Anmeldt d. 21. maj 2023
