I tried to cancel my reservation less than 24 hour's after booking and I was told I booked a non refundable car. They have very strict policies and would not refund me for the car. We had to rent the car at the very last minute because we couldn't pick up our rental with Enterprise due to a computer glitch that wouldn't accept credit cards. The price was the same, we got a Volvo which we've never had during a rental. The car was beautiful, felt very safe and we were able to pick it up QUICKLYAnmeldt d. 8. apr. 2024

car had a leaky tire due to no air cap. called to assistance line with avis, and they said to swap the car. i did that and now i have a bill for a tire damage. This is unfair, the car we were given had no air cap, no one advised us of additional fees and this was totally not our fault. Service desk and drop off were not helpful and really didn’t care about anything but selling you insurance when you pick up the vehicle. Also they didn’t have the vehicle I ordered and told me I would have to wait around 40 min to an hour and that was only if they could find one. Checkin took nearly an hour. There were 3 or 4 agents working and 4 guys standing around watching. Not sure why it takes so long, there were lots of cars in the lot. Granted that things were busy since the Ft Lauderdale airport was closed, but why does it have to be so slow?Anmeldt d. 15. apr. 2023
