Fordele: Hotellet er unikt. God komfort, fantastisk mad!

Ulemper: Jeg var nødt til at betale for parkering, mens jeg var en tur på hotellet. Et af de vigtigste emner på hotellet er mad baseret, og da vi spiste der, var maden ikke op til bar med de priser, vi betalte. Baren VAR ULEVET. Fordele: The bed pillows were awful not comfortable at all. Valet, bartender and check in personnel were awesome. We will return because we love eating a Berns and that was reason for our stay.

Fordele: I attended a concert at Raymond James. The venue is only 2 miles away. I was able to Uber over and back for a reasonable cost. I loved the fire pit and pool area. Nice and quiet.

Fordele: Location was perfect for an early morning flight. Easy drop off for a rental car and take the shuttle back to the hotel the night before our flight.

Ulemper: Disappointed in size of the pool but was very clean.

Fordele: The breakfast wasn't so great - too thick oatmeal, and small tray of cut fruit was gone before many got to eat. Parking was limited. I got to hotel around 11pm and didn't know there was additional parking in a/the garage. Turned out not to be a problem, but it would have been had the weather been bad.

Ulemper: the parking issue. Needed more breakfast options. Had a little roundabout way trying to find the hotel.

Fordele: The hotel staff was outstanding. They didn't complain when we needed extra help but instead offered superior customer service and professionalism. We also loved the room. It was very clean, neat, comfortable, and the large wide screen tv was awesome.

Havde en aftale på Moffitt Hospital på USF campus, og personalet var mest hjælpsomme i vejledning og fik os der til tiden. Room service maden var også god. Vil anbefale det.

Fordele: The staff was professional, conscientious and sincerely valued the guest. Absolutely spotless! They even passed my "Sunday nite" personnel assessment. A critical test on my travels. Frankly, this unit could be used as model or training facility.

Fordele: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I came in and Allison gave me a warm welcome. We were an hour early but we were able to check in early. Room was nice and clean. Loved the shower. Breakfast was ok other than that I loved it. I thought the hotel was in a great location for my three day vacation. I would definitely come back and stay there.

Fordele: Ideal location! The hotel is in close proximity to great shopping, lots of dining options, and Raymond James Stadium. The hotel is also close to the highway which made it easy to access and get around town to other shopping and entertainment in the area.

Ulemper: There were not many eating establishments within walking distance, however the hotel had a courtesy shuttle to the local malls which offered many options

Fordele: Love that it is connected to shopping and restaurants! The staff is fun and friendly. They have fruit infused water that is so refreshing! My favorites have been lemon blueberry and lemon strawberry.

Ulemper: They have stopped doing shuttle service to and from the airport. So you either have to call a taxi or an Über. It’s not cheap to stay here so, an added expense is not ideal. When we travel with our kids, we will probably have to stay somewhere else that offers a shuttle.

Fordele: Great Hotel experience, perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Fordele: The receptionist was very courteous and professional. He was very helpful with my membership. The breakfast staff was awesome. We arrived late and they had the couch open and ready for sleeping.

Fordele: Nice hotel, definitely meets the 3 star rating; breakfast was good, and the bed comfortable. great staff and location. If you are traveling with kids, this is one of the better places to stay.

Ulemper: There was some issues with the cleanliness of our room; we usually stay at E.S. and it is always very clean. In this particular trip, the room floor seemed not to have been well cleaned. It was OK, but not what we expected.

Fordele: Location was perfect. We went to Tampa for a professional hockey game. The arena is within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Ulemper: Everything you normally get with the cost of the room was extra. Wifi was $12, bottled water was $5. You would think the hotel could provide wifi for free. We did not purchase anything other than the room for the night. Overnight parking at the hotel was included. It is valet parking only.

Ulemper: Prices for food or drinks are way to high. Found ourselves going elsewhere

Fordele: Staff offered room change to 15th floor and offered me a kettle for boiling water as I was sick. They are very kind and brought me honey as well.

Ulemper: I got a room at 21st floor facing the city. I did not have a good night sleep due to the frequent siren sound. I couldn't sleep in daytime too due to the cleaning staff making lots of noise outside of my room despite I have no disturb tag.

Fordele: Everything!!!! Super clean. Very comfortable room. The best staff ever.....they couldn't be any nicer and they provided excellent customer service in every area of the hotel. A special shout out to Lance (works at check in desk), he was the first person we encountered when we arrived and he was fast, polite and all about making us feel comfortable from the start.

Ulemper: Loved everything. HOWEVER, It was pricey. I think they should give some sort of discount on food and beverages to reward members. It really adds up when you stsy on the premises a few days.

Fordele: Good facilities, location depends on what you are doing, staff supper nice, breakfast area was very good.

Ulemper: Parking is across the street and very expensive if you don't self park. So I arrived on a motorcycle and I self parked. Well I was charged valet rate while the Valet did not allow me to drop my luggage at the drop off area and I had to carry my luggage all the way from the parking to check in and the next day after checkout. The charge was $36 while the valet could have told us that we would have been able to self park for $12. Then the valet wanted us to park our bikes in an odd wedge like parking. If Im paying the rate of a car I want my bike parked at a parking space.

Fordele: The location, the wonder customer service at the front desk, the breakfast servers, and the A1 shuttle service to/from the airport. Also, it was an incredibly clean hotel in the lobby, breakfast area and rooms.

Ulemper: The towels could be softer, the hairdryer blew cold air so I asked for a new one (which the brought quickly). Small things. It was a great hotel and I'd definitely stay again.

Fordele: We were only having a rest before picking up a car to drive to Sarasota.

Fordele: Most importantly I liked the proximity to the airport. Allowed me to get the most out of my stay without being concerned about a lengthy drive. Also, the reception staff was extremely accommodating in allowing me to check in early, also relieving any potential stress.

Ulemper: I had no issues with the property.

Restauranten og roomservice-tilbuddene var lækre. Jeg har været på dette hotel et par gange, og jeg er aldrig skuffet og vil vende tilbage igen.

Ulemper: Ville ønske, at hotellet havde en udpeget Concierge til at hjælpe os med at planlægge i nærheden. Hadede at genere personalet i receptionen, mens andre gæster ventede på at tjekke ind og ud, men havde ikke noget valg.

Ulemper: Unfortunately, other hotel guests were noisy in the hallways and surrounding rooms.

Fordele: The location.

Ulemper: The next day we were talking to another couple that were on our flight, to find out they were given a cheaper rate. Also a charge of $12.00 for Internet.

Fordele: Great location if you have an early flight. It is right at the airport terminal. The room was sparkling clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: For a Marriot, we found the hotel outdated. Some renovation are needed. It costs 3 times more than regular hotels in the area.

Fordele: It was as advertised. Clean. Had to leave our hotel in St. Petes, Ponce De Leon Hotel, due to roaches. So happy we chose to stay here. After Ponce De Leon Hotel experience, we almost slept in our car. I recommend this place

Ulemper: Only that I didn't chose it first!

Fordele: Location and convenience- also really appreciated the smoking area!

Ulemper: A little pricey

Ulemper: Grossly over priced, dated, and generally a dump. Phone system didn't work for any direct dial option. Roo. The service food was just plain bad. Generally a disgrace to the Marriott name.

Fordele: So convenient when traveling on an early morning flight.

Fordele: It was super convenient! We did not have to leave the airport when we have arrived. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was as well.

Ulemper: Our bath tub had stains and it was dirty! Also, there was dust on the TV stand.

Fordele: In the airport and clean. The bar was fun and food was amazing. The gym was perfect.

Ulemper: No free transport to international plaza

Fordele: Moderne og smukke værelser er rummelige og personalet er fantastisk

Fordele: Lobbyen og værelserne var pænt indrettede. Sandsynligvis en af de pænere lobbyer jeg har set - virkelig behagelig at bare hænge ud i.

Ulemper: Ekkoet og lidt dæmpet belysning af gangene mindede mig om grundskolen og gav mig bare ikke den luksus stemning. Belysningsrummet giver det også en lidt nedslående fornemmelse. Jeg tror, at nogle lyse sconce belysning i både haller og værelser ville virkelig give noget tiltrængt energi uden at gå på kompromis med den historiske tyngde af de omlagte rethus.

Ulemper: The echo coming from the hallway into the room was pretty intense. We could clearly hear any time people were walking or talking anywhere remotely close to our room.

Fordele: Historic architecture is mesmerizing.

Ulemper: Wish there were guided tours of the property.

Fordele: Loved the live music at the lounge. Was great!

Ulemper: Required valet at $25 a day

Fordele: The location. A beautiful heritage building - the old court house. Good breakfast in the bistro

Ulemper: The room was very dark - virtually no natural light and quite small. An expensive option for this room

Fordele: Friendly and efficient staff, reasonable prices in bar restaurant, good location and comfortable room.

Ulemper: No, everything was perfect.

Fordele: I've traveled a lot and experienced many hotel stays and the Le Meridien's service is impeccable! The hotel is perfectly located downtown and centrally located to our planned event.

Ulemper: The only complaint I had and it was not a deal breaker by any mean is that the room we stayed in had no overhead lighting and was dim at night. We did have a floor lamp and 2 table lamps but in such a large spaciou6 (and beautiful) room it wasn't sufficient lighting for reading or say preparing your clothing the next day. Ex: I couldn't tell how wrinkled a suit was in that lightning. There was 3 very large windows and during the day I was able to open the drapes and have sufficient lighting for all task.

Fordele: The staff is welcoming and hospitable. They are helpful and made my stay most enjoyable!

Ulemper: Parking could be better. The self parking is none. Valet is in an unsecured lot.

Ulemper: I was disgusted to see mold in the shower caulking and under the shower door. I see not reason for this. It made me wonder what else in the room wasn’t clean.

Fordele: Very nice hotel. Rooms are big. It’s clean. Good pool

Fordele: The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was modern and clean. The Zen garden was relaxing. The breakfast and breakfast staff was fantastic

Fordele: There was an easy check in/out, with great service from staff. Good breakfast offering for a quick in sit and off you go! Robot was a cute touch. Nice lounge area with coffee. Room neat and great for price. So many options nearby.

Ulemper: Minor maintenance updates.

Fordele: Location to Busch Gardens.

Ulemper: Button that you push to flush toilet had not been cleaned as there was a brown spot on the button itself. Need I say anymore?

Fordele: Clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: No

Fordele: Wish i had stayed here last time! Tampa best kept secret ! Clean and price was awesome! GIVE WES a really cool room service helper a HELLO!!

Fordele: The staff and service were the best that I have ever experienced. Everyone there was very helpful and looking for ways to make my stay the best that it could be. Everyone had a smile on their face and appeared that they enjoyed their jobs. I felt comfortable and relaxed because of the pleasant environment that the staff created for me. There was a bar and full kitchen (including silverware, dishes and plates) which was very convenient when we had leftovers from meals. We could store them for later in the large refrigerator. The shower was amazing! It was LARGE! It was also glass which made it feel open. The shower head of course provide a nice shower of water.

Ulemper: The beds weren't comfortable. However, they had 4 pillows per bed and each one was a bit different so I was able to find the one that I liked for sleeping. The furniture wasn't comfortable in the living area. If they would've had some pillows that would've made the difference. One person in our group experienced an allergic reaction to something in the room ( sneezing, runny nose). I didn't experience that. Maybe they had just cleaned the carpets and the chemicals bothered her. IDK.

Fordele: Great value for the price. I needed a clean place to stay after a midnight arrival in Tampa.

Ulemper: Location was tricky to find late at night. It basically wraps around a TGIFridays restaurant.

Ulemper: Did not clean the room on the second day. Eggs at breakfast weren't good at all. Pretty basic breakfast otherwise as well.

Ulemper: Water pressure in the bathroom

Fordele: Friendly check in agent. Nice clean breakfast room.

Ulemper: The room is small and tight with the kitchen. There is no proper desk and the chair was not that comfortable. The mattress wasn’t comfortable and the bedding was cheap.

Ulemper: Parkering situation var elendig. Hjemløse omgiver Perimeter af bygningen.

Fordele: Fantastisk service og fremragende personale. Morgenmaden var rigtig god.

Fordele: Good location. Clean. Small suite was good. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast and Happy Hour.

Ulemper: Only parking was valet for $17/night. A little expensive when there is no other option. Pay fee plus tips each time in and out.

Fordele: This hotel is phenomenal! The bottom line is, if 10 is the top score, then these folks deserve at least a 15! The staff was outstanding. The shuttle bus service was excellent and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely return hwhen in Tampa.

Ulemper: Nothing! Everything at the hotel is first class and then some!

Fordele: The rooms felt like home and are remodeled so nice! The best was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! They had nice touches like water in the lobby with strawberries in it! Yum and a kids treasure chest of goodies!

Fordele: Very clean and modern feel. Staff was friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with my entire experience with Residence. I would love to stay there again on our next trip to Tampa.
