Fordele: they change the gate last min
Ulemper: Should advise the passagers better
Fordele: I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy.
Ulemper: The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices.
Ulemper: Two hours stuck at gate with no information. Info on site and at airport on baggage costs different. Left bag behind to fit more cargo. Two days and haven’t delivered bag.
Ulemper: During covid pandemic they put no efforts to show the aircraft clean or maintained the distance between passengers
Fordele: TV screens on the back of seat
Ulemper: TV screen stopped working mid-flight. Long wait at gate
Ulemper: I couldn't take the flight, because of the sanitary situation, and couldn't get my refund yet
Ulemper: i am trying to obtain a refund, as she was not able to make the flight - held on phone for over 2 hrs on 2 separate occasions
Fordele: Everything was excellent accept the entertainment.
Fordele: Friendly crew and delicious snacks. Comfortable chairs.
Ulemper: Gate was change and no announcement was made. Could have miss might flight if I didn’t ask someone 30 minutes before boarding. Also could do a little better with the entertainment part. All the channels were in Portuguese. I understand it’s a Brazilian airline but you need to consider your foreign customers. Have some English Channels.
Fordele: The snacks were great! The check in staff was also really helpful. They even checked my companion and my bag for free.
Ulemper: The flight was a bit delayed which made getting to the next connection a little stressful especially since we had to recheck our baggage. However, the staff was really kind about it.
Fordele: All flights take off on time and arrived on time.
Ulemper: Food! Communication between airports. They were not prepared in Belem for late travelers from Fortaleza who needed to catch the flight at the last minute to Fort Lauderdale. I.e. security had already left and they had to call them back.
Ulemper: Refreshments were minimal.
Fordele: The airport is small and easy to get by. The crew was friendly, and I had four seats to myself! It was an excellent experience.

Fordele: For business class tickets this was the worst food and boarding I’ve experienced. United airlines are horrible.

Fordele: Crew was good but seat very tide for big people. Many close to me not well distributed.
Ulemper: Bad size almost became a problem... bins are very small
Fordele: 2 seats, not 3, in this part of Economy
Ulemper: The bag check price info on the website was completely wrong... At the airport, they asked for USD 100, not USD 30 as the website indicated. Ended up lugging the (heavy) cabin size bag...

Ulemper: There was a long delay in the connection at Viracopos/Campinas: technical problem with the airplane. I arrived approximately 1 hour late in Curitiba (past midnight).

Ulemper: We almost crashed into other planes on the runway while trying to land. The runway was full/ blocked. We had to accelerate suddenly and ascend back into the clouds. Very bumpy and scary. Pilotes should know runway status in advance of descent.
Fordele: Azul is always amazing in terms of service!

Ulemper: Plane was dirty, it took flight attendants 1.5 hour to start service after take-off.
Fordele: They have the friendliest crew I have ever seen in an airline. Specially if you have flown with American Airlines who has the rudest crew I have ever seen.
Ulemper: Definitely the food. Pretty tasteless and unappealing

Ulemper: Boarding: Stay in the line for “several zones” and then put everybody on the same bus is ridiculous. Food is more or less OK, but all the movies can be seen in TV (HBO, Telecine, etc.)
Ulemper: They cheat on us about the place of the seats.
Saying was a good place but giving us the worse seats in the plane - just after bathroom where it doesn’t recline and impossible to sleep due traffic
Ulemper: The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 0915 hours but the departure time was changed to 0635 hours without notification. Fortunately I checked my baggage the night before and discovered the change. Not a good deal.
Fordele: We got all of our bags! No lines. Smooth sailing
Fordele: The flight attendants are terrific. A huge packed plane and all were well cared for. The food, while not thrilling, was actually hot.
Ulemper: Not enough closed captioning in the onboard entertainment system.
Ulemper: Very narrow seats
Fordele: The crew was excellent, and the entertainment was good.
Ulemper: The boarding of the connection flight was a little messy. Also, the table on the seccond flight was a bit lower than the first, but enough that I couldn't pull it down if I didn't put my knees to each side.
