The rental car was absolutely disgusting inside when I picked it up. There was a plug in the tire that eventually leaked and left me stranded on the side of the road for a short while. The windshield washer fluid broke and we could not clean the windshield during a snow storm so the salt got all over the windshield and we could barely see. Rented a Lincoln premium car. When I got to the rental agency, they said they had none, but they could substitute for a premium SUV. SUV. Premium SUV was a Hyundai palisade. Waited over an hour and a half to pick up my car. The office was not well air conditioned. Was standing in line the whole time. Quite tiring after a long fight. Also the bus shuttle from the airport took a long time to arrive. (Four Alamo buses had passed during my wait.)Anmeldt d. 19. aug. 2023

Waiting time in the queue is too long and there is ZERO intention from AVIS/Budget staff to expedite it quickly, I spend 1 hour and there were just around 5 customers in front of me. It seems the incomplete counters staff enjoy seeing the suffering of the people on the waiting queue. PD: when I left the queue grow up to about 20 people and about to fill the small building area. The DC Branch of the Budget / Avis counter is a top notch crew. They got slammed with a steady stream of busloads coming in over 2023 Mother's Day Weekend and it overwhelmed the lobby but the team did a fantastic job managing the crowd and getting everyone into wheels and on their way.
