Fordele: On time
Ulemper: Everything was ok considering covid
Fordele: Crew was great. Space was good.
Ulemper: The seats are a bit old and worn, it was a uncomfortable after a little while.
Fordele: Nothing much. I was not in a good frame of mind after my first leg of this trip.
Ulemper: My whole experience at Trinidad airport.
Fordele: The flight was good. The service and information incorrect and could have resulted in my bags being lost if I was not super careful (see below)
Ulemper: (1) The check in people erroneously told me that my bags would be checked all the way through which was not correct (2) I bought duty free and had to exit the traveler section of the airport. therefore my 'duty free" became an issue at Trinidad (3) Very fortunately I checked the carousel at Trinidad airport only to find out that I had to re-check my bags in Trinidad. (4) The Trinidad check in staff were not very helpful. I had to wait until someone was available (and they took their sweet time) to take me through some back entrances so that I would not have to re-pay duty on my goods. Not a pleasant experience and one that I will avoid at all costs in the future. This is not the way to treat customers and TOTALLY un-necessary. This is not 21st Century travel!
Fordele: super easy and comfortable and quick flight!
Ulemper: Vegetarian meals are really tasty and nice
Ulemper: Provide some tv. Evening meal, not sandwiches. Leave on time
Fordele: The flight was on time.
Ulemper: Adequate space on the shuttle to transport persons to the aircraft

Fordele: The crew were up and down making sure everyone was comfortable and the flight was very smooth.
Ulemper: When a flight is full they shld pick out those other hand luggages and tag them to be placed along with the other suitcases.So to expedite smoother boarding and not standing in line waiting to go for your seat when someone else looking for head room to place there stuff.
Fordele: Lots of leg room despite being at the very last row. The seats even could recline a fair amount. Hot breakfast, with good food.
Ulemper: Not the newest equipment. The plane was delayed. Everyone was friendly so it didn't matter too much.
Fordele: Lots of legroom despite being in the very last row, and the seats could even recline. We were given the opportunity to board early with a young child. The crew was nice, and the food was good.
Ulemper: The seats were old cloth. There isn't any inflight Internet. The flight was delayed by about 40 minutes.
Ulemper: No complaints
Fordele: Not much
Ulemper: Taken another airline
Ulemper: The meal was cold. It would have made quite an enjoyable difference had it been hot.
Fordele: Quick baggage handling. Fast check In
Ulemper: Less delays. Staff was too loud and constantly disturbed with advertisements and sales pitches. Rushed meal services.
Fordele: The food, the crew.
Ulemper: The leg room is almost non existent. I'm 5'2 and was super uncomfortable.
Fordele: No fuzz. Quick trip.
Ulemper: It was very cold, blankets would be most welcome.
Fordele: Check in process was very simple and smooth. Plus they got us on an earlier flight so we weren’t waiting around. Also nice that the waiting area was air conditioned, unlike the waiting room in POS for Tobago flight
Ulemper: Boarding process seems like a free for all, but planes load quickly so I guess it doesn’t really matter
Fordele: The crew was amazing
Ulemper: They turned up the air conditioner to encourage us to buy blankets. The food was cold. The seats are uncomfortable. The plane was filthy.
Fordele: The crew was amazing and tried really hard to help
Ulemper: They turned the air on high to sell blankets. The boarding process was an unorganized mess. The plane was filthy!
Fordele: The crew members were excellent in terms of the quality of their service.
Ulemper: The seats were very uncomfortable due to my long legs. The pilots didn't do a good job at landing the plane at NMIA in Kingston. It felt like someone was being trained to fly the plane.
Fordele: The flight was uneventful and the crew very helpful.
Ulemper: The seats in economy class were not veryncomfortable. I guess this was because I am a tall person.
Fordele: Crew was ok, only they missed a very important detail. A passenger traveling with a baby and did changed the baby's PAMPERS right there on the seat which automatically put a putrid odor in about 10 seat perimeter that lasted for a LONG time and the crew didn't say anything until everyone complained
Fordele: Crew was not friendly at all. Didn't smile or said hi when boarding

Fordele: Flight was on time and boarded quickly.
Fordele: The flight left on time and arrived 5 minutes early. Caribbean Airlines has a great inflight magazine and the views of the islands on ascent and descent were great.
Ulemper: Very long line at security in PIARCO airport.
Fordele: The flight attendant were attentive and professional in every case. I really enjoyed the service of the crew keep it going u made an impression that will keep going.
Ulemper: No complaints my way i had a great time onboard is probably because of my fellow passengers. It’s always fun regardless.
Fordele: The crew was professionally friendly.
Ulemper: The checkin process was poor... The time to checkin took way longer than it should.
Fordele: yes the crew was very nice

Fordele: Free ‘Caribbean Plus’ upgrade.
Ulemper: Better food and an entertainment center with movies. It's a 6 hour international flight after all.
Fordele: Not one thing
Ulemper: The crew did not serve the guest enough water. They were heard laughing at the back. I will not fly Caribbean Airlines agaim
Fordele: Amazing flight and superb landing. Staff was friendly and the food was great.
Ulemper: If beforehand passengers knew to download the airline app for In flight entertainment would have been better for a lot of people. Lucky I saved some movies to my phone otherwise it would have been a crazy boring trip
Fordele: Everything very smooth, employees very pleasant, very efficient arrived early the seats were comfortable, enough room to stretch, food was decent, not all airlines operate this way anymore.
Ulemper: Need air freshener in the washrooms

Ulemper: There was no interactive map on the in-flight entertainment.
Easy and comfortable island hop
Fordele: The flught was routine, with no huge delays and the type of service expected on a 2 hour flight, including a sandwich and beverage. There was in flight entertainment but we elected to use our own devices.
Ulemper: Avoid the 'coffee' - im not a coffee aficionado but it was unthinkable, didn't taste like coffee at all.
Fordele: The ticket i purchased didnt allow me to carry at least one luggage which i only learnt when i arrived at the airport. The crew was late so we left late The seat next to me was broken Only one toilet was in operation so there were always long lines The sandwich was dry You had to pay for a blanket
Flight leaves 30 mins early!
Fordele: Our flight from Paramaribo to Port of Spain left 30 minutes ahead of schedule, something I would never have associated with the laid back style of Suriname. Note, no entertainment or use of electronic devices during the flight.
Ulemper: It was an early morning flight, scheduled for 5.40am. Since the airport is 60 mins from Paramaribo, we had to leave our accommodation at 2.30am. Only tea, coffee, water and soft drinks offered for refreshment on the flight, so BYO breakfast.
Fordele: Left on time, smooth flight, easy immigration & customs in Granada. 30 min flight so no food or drink service.
Ulemper: A Caribbean promotion video played with audio over speakers, just quiet enough to be unintelligible but loud enough to be irritating. Most passengers were trying to sleep.

Fordele: Acceptable crew performance
Ulemper: Chaotic transfer process. Not given instructions on the how and the where to get from the Georgetown flight to the Miami flight. We were just ordered off the plane seemingly as an afterthought, and didn't know what to do thereafter. After eventually finding our departure gate the agent we voiced our displeasure to said all that mattered was that we found the gate and we were safe. Not satisfactory. Not acceptable for a customer oriented business
Fordele: Offered drinks, even though it was a short flight
Ulemper: Couldn't use electronic devices while on the plane
Fordele: Loved the real trini food that was served outbound
Ulemper: Could see the monitor properly
Fordele: Arrived on time.
Ulemper: Plane was run down. Entertainment not working.
Ulemper: if your boarding pass shows SSSS you will be physically searched at every single checkpoint. Ridiculous!!
