Fordele: Fun crew, smooth flight.
Ulemper: I will never fly with them again they tried to charge me 114 us dollars for 1 bag. I only paid 43 dollars for my ticket..

Fordele: The crew was very nice, but the beer wasn't cold. Then the plane became painfully cold during the flight.

Ulemper: All food and even water cost money. The check in line took extremely long. The seat was not padded enough so I was sitting on a lump the whole trip

Ulemper: They should have allowed my wife to board and the. Sent her bags on next flight instead of having to rebook a whole new ticket for next day

Ulemper: Check the general volume off their audio system (recorded voice messages/info/guideline) for the passengers on the plane. It was too loud.
Fordele: All the crew were super pleasant and friendly despite attending to very rude European passengers.

Fordele: The airline assigned the latest airplane to my flight. Its USB charging port was good.
Ulemper: I do not know why the cabin crew provided a meal on 3 pm than much later around 5 pm. The flight arrived to the destination on 7 pm. I thought I ordered a dinner.
Fordele: Serge and the cabin crew were grey. The pilot made up 20 minutes on a 1 hour flight, came in late from previous flight.
Ulemper: Scheduling. CP is ALWAYS late, and messes up connections. Hard to coordinate remedies with my phone turned off. It hadn't been once, 10, or 20 times, but EVERY time.
Fordele: On time and relatively hassle free
Ulemper: The bus transfer to the terminal was a bit chaotic
Ulemper: Boarding is a fiasco with cebu pacific they should try zones and separate lines like japan!
Ulemper: Crew made robotic announcements, no spirit! No effort made to offer beverage, snacks, etc...they were the least interested group ive had on cebu pacific in a long time uuuuggh why bother?
Fordele: Nothing.the cebu pacific employee told me that my flight was changed from 12pm to 6pm when I checked in but I did not have any notification. He said that he can get me in, in an earliest flight they have and only to find out that the flight they he wanted me in is my flight and ask money.
Ulemper: Screen employees and make sure they don’t deceive people.

Ulemper: The flight I was booked on late so they changed my reservation to the previous flight which was late as well, still.later than my original flight . But smart move by them. The only issue was the terrible terminal building at Dumagete..

Ulemper: Cebu Pacific has to be the worst airline I have ever flown with. Boarding alone was so disorganized. People were trampling each other. The flight times changed twice. I lost over $200.00 with no refund. Said I could get credit. Yeah, like I would ever fly with them, again.

Ulemper: The luggage took ONE HOUR to come out after the flight!!!

They gave some snacks which I'm sure Filipinos like but were not to my tastes.
Sitting on a hard floor for 7 hours with nothing to eat before a 3.5 hour flight is not my idea of a good day!

Fordele: Nothing. Website did not notify me when booking that visa for us was required so I did not even get to fly to my destination which was a waste of my time and money to drive 5hrs to the city and not get any of my money back.
Ulemper: Put a notification when rsvp’n ticket that certain countries need a visa approval from their country before booking. Wasted my time/money so I didnt even get to go to Vietnam n wasted a 5hr drive to my city. At least could have gave me some future discount code since I couldn’t get any money back
Fordele: Crew was professional and seats were comfortable.
Ulemper: It is almost a given that most domestic flights to Manila are delayed and our flight was 1 hour and 10 min delayed. Fortunately, I was getting frequent updates that helped with the planning on when to leave for the airport.

Fordele: check in went smoothly and boarding was orderly. The flight departed on time and arrived in Singapore on schedule.The flight deck kept us well informed and the cabin crew were very helpful, willing and able to keep the passengers happy.
Ulemper: 3 hr delay plus I got bumped off my return flight
Fordele: Did not like the flight at all.
Ulemper: 5 1/2 hour flight- not even water was offered. Better explanation of baggage allowances. I got a shock of paying an extra $962 U SD . We were coming from international flight and did not have to pay for baggage’s . Had I been informed of baggage cost I would have selected a different carrier.
Fordele: Host clearly and ver friendly helped me.
Ulemper: Im sorry but seat was terrible. I was not comfortable even for a min. Thanks.

Ulemper: Typical one hour delay due to manila traffic...does this airline every depart or arrive on time?? Nooooo! Boarding was a cattle call as usual its a stampeed. The new 321 aircraft is crammed like cattle car, no legroom and a backpack can barely go under the seat....no recline so very uncomfortable

Ulemper: Delay of one hour after biarding due to congestion at manila...this has to be the worlds worst for delays
