CityJet to LCY
Fordele: The staff were great.
Ulemper: The seats were quite tight. While they can't control it, there were also 3 screaming kids, so that colored my experience a bit.
Nimble plane. Easy and comfortable.
Fordele: These are small planes, four seats across. Very nice and new looking. Comfortable. Great crew. Easy Boarding. The jet is pretty nimble and made some fairly sharp turns at various points. It was kind of fun. Great views of the ground. Some people might have found the turns a little too exciting.
Ulemper: I ordered breakfast, and I think they forgot to bring it to me. It ok, I had another breakfast on the previous SAS flight.

Fordele: Staff uber friendly and helpful. Quick efficient boarding & easy digital boarding pass system (much more straightforward than other airlines).
Ulemper: No healthy snack option (even pretzels would have been better than the Choc/biscuit option)

Transfer nightmare I had very l
Ulemper: I had very little time and help when I missed my original connecting flight. I couldn’t find the service desk and when I finally did I had to wait to find out where my luggage is. Then they finally located it and I had to wait again to retrieve it. When I finally did I had to run all the way across the airport and almost missed my flight.
Ulemper: You have to pay for water now!!
The long lay over sucked
Fordele: The Turkish airway lounge in dulles was small and the bar lacked a bar keep most of the time because she was also working the floor. The SAS Lounge In Copenhagen was good but not great.
Ulemper: I was in dulles on 7h lay over and then again in Copenhagen for 9h and that long of a layover is really sucks why are there not closer connection.
Getting frozen while boarding
Fordele: The transfer to and boarding the plane was not thought out. I have been waiting on runway for about 10 min in freezing condition and got as a result a cold. If i was informed about such a possibility I would prepare myself properly. Delayed departure. Boarding, very limited and cramped area before entering the bus. People have barely enough place to stay!
Ulemper: Crew was nice.
Fordele: Crew generally unfriendly. I can't believe that they charge you know for a can of coke! Compared to other international flights on JAL or ANA, which offer everyone free beer, wine, pop, that's a joke.
Fordele: Very happy with the flight and it all went very smoothly.

Ulemper: I take this flight about once a month and 5 our of the last 6 times it has a been delayed. This is incredibly frustrating has it means I am leaving work for nothing. I would recommend just changing the flight time.

Flight to CPH
Fordele: I liked that at this time of year, the flights are not overly full. The flight crew was friendly; promptly served meals, and were overall very helpful. Great selection of Entertainment.
Ulemper: No reflection on SAS part, but I can never sleep very well on flights :(
Fordele: Absolutely nothing!
Ulemper: Absolutely everything! Flight cancelled as we were due to board! Herded like cattle! Would never use again!!!
Unexpected extra luggage costs and extra long wait to retrieve bags .
Ulemper: We were charged extra luggage fees that we were not aware of on our documentation. Had to wait a ridiculously long time to get luggage at airport once we arrived in Oslo!
Ulemper: I had a problem with my carry-on which was supposedly too heavy and had to leave some of my belongings behind. I have never had my carry-on weighed since it complies to the dimensions allowed. I was told that the plane going to Stockholm was small, which should not be my concern !! Very disappointing and I filed a complaint with SAS.

Fordele: Trip uneventful.
Ulemper: A bag of peanuts would have help kill the time.
Fordele: Pleasant short flight.
Ulemper: No snacks and limited beverage options.

Ulemper: very different experience from US airlines in the very limited drink options: tea or coffee.
Good competition for Iceland Air
Fordele: Very pleasantly surprised with the level of service for a cheap flight. Although very basic stuff, most everyone enjoyed the flight.
FLR to LCY
Fordele: The best part is arriving at London City. The flight attendants are excellent.
Ulemper: Boarding in Florence was unkind. There was a downpour, and there were no provisions for protection from the rain. Not nice! Seats are so tight that when an obese person is sitting in the next seat, it amounts to.....ugh! The toilet are also in poor repair.
Fordele: A short, 45 min flight great way to visit Tallinn.
Ulemper: Space is tight on board, so pack lightly. We were 5, most of our carry ons fitted in the overhead bins but one was sent to cargo.
Ulemper: Not seated next to my travel companion.
booking problem we need to resolve!
Ulemper: although the ticket bought specifically included extra luggage I had to add 70 Euros as this was not indicated clearly on the ticket! Pls let us know how to get the refund ASAP!!!!
Robbery for luggage
Ulemper: There is no mention that luggage was not included. At check-in they charged EUR 70. Norwegian declare prices for luggage on their website and same flight time is EUR 12 for a suitcase and the flight is bigger and better.
Ulemper: You land in terminal 5 and there are no signs to Terminal 4. You have to exit the airport and walk half a mile then pass security again. Could have intelligent to connect the terminals.
Ulemper: I did not get there because of Air Canada deley.
Great price and on time
Fordele: The airline did a great job of getting us to Dublin on time and it wasn't very expensive.
Ulemper: There's nothing I didn't like.

SAS flight was perfect even with distraction
Fordele: On time, Airline staff handled "crisis" situation with minimal fuss... a man had hopped the barrier to avoid check in with passport and boarded bus to plane on tarmac. Staff came onto the bus to find man. Asked if he would plaease step off bus. He did not so bus was quickly emptied and reloaded. Pilot apologized for delay in boarding and made up time in air.
Ulemper: No complaints.

Fordele: Go Jet service, cheap and cheerful. Carry on luggage taken at bottom of the steps to the plane and returned on same basis at end of flight. HAd to be as the 4-across seating aircraft would not take any overhead of size. But even that was handled great.
Fast way to get to London
Fordele: As they were both small airports, everything went quite fast. Crew was a little bit too serious but effective. Flight was uneventful, which is a good thing and faster than anounced.
Ulemper: Check-in in Antwerp was slower than it needed to be. Bag drop could open a bit sooner. Antwerp airport is a pretty boring place to wait, even for an airport. Aging planes, but for the price and duration it's ok.
Fordele: Staff and drink on flight
Ulemper: My carry on case was supposed to be available on disembarking but was missing. A ground crew member eventually found it on the tarmac where it had falllen off the trolley as it was brought around to the steps

Fordele: The young ladies that assisted me once I was allowed to board for departutre seemed customer friendlyn and very patent

Excellent flight Florence to London City Airport
Fordele: Check-in staff were excellent
Ulemper: Going through to the gate was confusing, the numbered gate was not immediately obvious at a glance
Ulemper: plane was 45 minutes late boarding and then sat on the tarmac for over an hour before taking off from Newark NJ. Missed my connection in Copenhagen.
Fordele: We were supposed to get two bags checked for free! We ended up paying for all three bags. $210.00 Euros ouch ouch baby. no communication with ARN. No baggage unloading and no sky walk attached to plane to get into terminal. finally got outdoor stairs after sitting on the plane for an additional 10 minutes.

Fordele: As an American living in Belgium, I use Brussels Airlines regularly. The flights are dependably comfortable and typically on time. This airline is one of the few that still provides a drink and a snack on short flights. Cabin crews are usually very polite and helpful.
Fordele: Aircraft was not cleaned before departure. Our seats were FILTHY. They apologised saying that they were running late so they didn't clean it.
Ulemper: The aircraft is very OLD
Ulemper: I was forced to cancel my flight and pay for another ticket after CityJet unilaterally changed the flight time. I have been told I am not eligible for a refund.
make sure baggage is included in your ticket!
Ulemper: When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy.
Good short flight
