Ulemper: Transit information and process was rather confusing. Perhaps the airport guidance was not aware that stating only Terminal E was not adequate. Found it was Gate K but right on the top it also showed terminal F. Perhaps both were in that direction.
Fordele: Very helpful crew!
Ulemper: Seats are cramped beyond my already low expectations. Flight boarded 20mins *after* written gate closure time, but took off promptly, so not a big deal—but time wasted at the airport all the same.
Fordele: We left on time and landed early.
Ulemper: It was cramped, uncomfortable and the plane was very, very noisy. I couldn't hear anything in my noise-cancelling other than the sound of the plane jets. My ears were actually sore by the time we landed.
Ulemper: Nothing, all god :-)
Fordele: The crew was nice in handling all the complaints.
Ulemper: Our carry on luggage is acceptable on every other airline, but not on Flybe! hey, the $50/bag each flight is a great way to earn some extra revenue, as is the $4.50 for water! Also the Aircraft was noisy and dingy. Thanks, dudes.

Ulemper: Boarding pass listed an incorrectly early gate closure time, causing a lot of unnecessary stress & concern.

Fordele: Efficient and friendly crew. On time arrival. Very uneventful flight, which is nice.
Ulemper: Overhead spaces were very narrow but most carryon luggage fit under the seat since there was no divider
Fordele: Easy queue jumping with our autistic son
Ulemper: Baggage reclaim appeared to be delayed.
The open and visible propellers are a bit disconcerting.
Fordele: Flight was late to depart, however the crew and the customer service was amazing

Fordele: Mediocre airline
Ulemper: Was charged for baggage leaving Belfast and I had paid for it when I booked. Check in person was rude, to everyone. They lost 1/2 the passengers baggage in Edinburgh. Took @1 1/4 hr for them to find our baggage and get it to us.
Will never use Flybe or orbitz again

Ulemper: Unfortunately a 3 hour delay due to breakdown so needed to await replacement plane. Flybe were excellent giving food vouchers . Apart from the delay Flybe gave excellent service.

Fordele: The crew and the security people were very nice
Ulemper: Flybe’s app wouldn’t work on my phone, so I couldn’t pre-pay my checked bag. To avoid paying £40, they helped me squish it into the compartment and allowed me to take it on board. However, that meant I had to carry it all around the airport (no carts) and lost half of my toiletries. Frustrating!
Ulemper: Flight kept getting delayed, crew was rude, boarding was messy

Ulemper: In Europe we found this trip you had to walk outside and climb stairs to get on many planes, this one included. Tough on us older folks with carry on luggage. We didn’t have to do that once we got back to states even with United Express a small plane.
Singapore flights!
Fordele: Flies in to Manchester
Ulemper: The made rush to make the connection, having to pay for food and drink even though it was a Singapore Airlines booking
Ulemper: Hand luggage size is smaller than all other airlines and so if you have a connecting flight, Flybe will charge you for baggage that other airlines will accept as carry on due to their ridiculous and smaller than normal carry on sizing policy which they are overly Zealous about. £40 each way
Ulemper: Flight was delayed one and a half hours and on landing at Edinburgh, there was a further hour’s delay, with no explanation or apology, waiting for luggage. This was 12-1am with no apparent regard for the length of onward journeys. I had an hour and a half drive to get home!
Ulemper: Cabin crew could have been a bit warmer.

Fordele: Worst flying experience ever.
Ulemper: No one from the airline was at the LCY airport. We were essentially hostaged into paying baggage feeds for bags that were well under the weight limit.
Fordele: The flight departed on time.
Ulemper: Some warning about cabin baggage policies would be useful. Flying AMS -> EXE they just eyeballed my backpack and said OK, but EXE -> AMS checkin was really stroppy about fitting the cabin bags in the test bin and rejecting those that don't fit requiring an extra check-in bag.
Ulemper: Flight not delayed and clearer gate labeling. Also didn't call my name for my flight when I was one gate away because of mislabeling aboive another gate. Missed my flight for that reason.
Fordele: Genuinely friendly crew, Quick and easy boarding, no hidden extras - even printed my boarding pass at newquay as Id been staying with friends and had no internet there for no extra cost - other airlines have charged to do this. Seats were comfortable and roomy. Great flight, Great value, Great servi
Ulemper: If you could print your boarding pass more than 36 hours before would be better so if going for a weeks holiday you could print your passes both ways in advance of leaving

Fordele: Lady Pilot. Articulate and a very smooth landing on the very wet runway.
Ulemper: Liked everything.
Fordele: Crew were nice and personable
Ulemper: My ears felt worse on this flight than any other I’ve ever been on. I don’t know why it was like that, but it was really uncomfortable.
Fordele: Nothing special.
Ulemper: The communication for hand luggage.
Ulemper: Too loud on plane
Fordele: Check-in was smooth & bag collection very quick.
Ulemper: The girl next to me was allowed to stow a large bag under the seat in front of her, so her handbag was under the seat in front of me! I also had my handbag there, & I had no room to stretch my legs. At the boarding gate we were kept standing in line for a long time with no explanation for the delay.
Fordele: Everything went smoothly, from check-in right through to bag collection, & we landed nice & early, which was much appreciated on a late night flight.
Ulemper: I could have used a little extra elbow room, as the guy sitting next to me had big arms which took up the entire arm of the seat between us. The seat itself was quite comfy, though.
Ulemper: Flybe is so far away from connecting flights in LHR - it took 20-30 minutes to get from their terminal 2 to international terminal 5.
The check-in staff charged us 40+ pounds each bag on our return flight despite both bags being carried on board on outbound flight. Added $100+ to our flight cost.
Fordele: Seat was not tht mind proper

And not giving any technical problems and delay our flights which cause me problem at ma work place etc
Ulemper: I am still in CDG airport. Flight massively oversold.

Unpleasant check-in experience. Stuck me in window seat next to huge 400 pound man who should’ve been required to buy 2 seats.
Fordele: Had to bus to the plane and the bus was uncomfortable but the plane was fine for the purpose of getting up to Edinburgh. Everyone was friendly
Ulemper: It is a small "puddle jumper" plane and not a luxury ride but for the money and convenience of not having to spend 8 hours of driving up to Edinburgh, it was wonderful.
Fordele: The staff were good

Ulemper: Sandwich had very soggy bread and the cup of tea was awful, though it could be the brand of tea that is the problem as it brewed for 5 minutes but still tasted like hot water with milk
Ulemper: We were travelling with 2 cabin bags and the lady at the gate asked everyone to see if their bags fitted this little box they had. Our bags fitted the box, but because it was a "forceful" fit we were charged £50 each. I complained and the lady threatened us saying that they wouldn't let in if we did
