I was told that they don’t have the type of vehicle I reserved for upon arrival, and they don’t accept prepaid card for security deposit. I wasted the whole amount spent on reservation. Never rent with Fox!Anmeldt d. 2. dec. 2025

Never had heard of Fox rentals and found an amazing value for a one-way from San Francisco to Las Vegas to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. At 43,000 miles the car was in terrific shape, lots of zip, GREAT gas mileage, and all Fox employee encounters were excellent. We got a great deal from Kayak, but the car rental place charged us $200.00 to drop the car off in another state. I don't know if this is normal or they did that because of such the great deal we got from Kayak. Even with that, we feel we got the best deal in town!Anmeldt d. 25. jun. 2022
