Fordele: The crew was very helpful towards my elderly mother.
The plane was clean.
Ulemper: For the price I paid, I don't see how things could have been improved.
Ulemper: They didn’t offer any food or drinks they could of pre-package snacks and water for the passengers.
Ulemper: Nothing. It was great

Ulemper: There is no distancing at all. Seats are hard as a rock and can’t recline.

Fordele: Nothing. My first flight was so late, I missed this one.
Ulemper: Being on the plane.
Fordele: Crew was really nice, temperature check was reassuring.
Ulemper: I was offered a full refund to cancel both flights (Phoenix to Denver, Denver to Omaha), or I could reschedule to fly to Omaha three days later. I ended up using the first flight to get to Denver, and rented a car to drive the rest of the way to Omaha. I was not offered any type of partial refund, even though I only got half of my flight.
Fordele: Boarding back to front makes so much sense! Thanks!
Fordele: Crew was nice! Liked the Temperature check and fast boarding.
Ulemper: Seats are barebone, and doesn't recline. No seat-back trays.

Ulemper: Flight was completely full not one seat available. One guy did not wear a mask the entire flight and when attendants walked by he would fake put it over his mouth. How did they not notice!? It’s not my job to tell him but finally after 2 hours I broke down. They need to be looking at passengers mouths regularly!!
Fordele: Aircraft was clean
Ulemper: Staff talks too much, especially when they stammer.
Fordele: The aircraft was very clean.
Ulemper: The staff was incredibly annoying. They incessantly got on the PA and fussed about masks, when no one was violating the rules.
Ulemper: Crew could be better
They should keep one seat distance between two customers
They could serve basic packed drinks but there was nothing
It’s not that they were not serving but they started charging
Fordele: Boarding was good, crew was friendly.
Ulemper: Didn’t make it to Omaha. First flight went back to Phoenix due to issue with plane. I was offered a refund or to rebook 2 days later. I wanted to at least get to Denver so I could rent a car to drive the rest of the way since my connecting flight was gone. Didn’t get any vouchers or partial refund or anything to make up for the fact that half my flight was not used.
Fordele: The crew was great. Frontier does not offer food or drink in flight. Included or for purchase. Long flight without a drink. No entertainment of any kind.
Ulemper: A drink
Ulemper: A lot. They could have had the decency to empathize with new travelers in this pandemic situation.
Fordele: I paid extra for a legroom seat on one of their newer planes. The plane was full so it still seemed very crowded in these COVID days.
Ulemper: The people next to me ate a lot of food throughout the flight which required taking off the mask and discussing the food. It felt impossible to social distance more than 2 inches.
Fordele: The flight wasn’t booked full and passengers were able to move seats and be spaced apart!
Fordele: On time not crowded

Ulemper: Frontier intentionally makes you uncomfortable so that you purchase more “extras” that are standard on other airlines. During this flight there was also a lot of confusion and poor communication for boarding for myself and other passengers. Masks were not enforced on the flight and the passenger next to me didn’t wear his at all and was also smoking his vape pen during the flight.
Fordele: Check in was
Ulemper: Did not fly the had to change the flight frontier website does not work with safari. I change the flight an hour after I mad the flight and they said because I did not use google chrome that the change were not made they waned me to pay 402 to change a flight that I booked for 194. I could have bought two more tickets for 284. The told them that is what I need to do. By the revues I saw on line the did the same thing to at least 10 other people. Frontier said that a customer only has 4 hour to make a change to a flight. I talk to sever travel agents and was told we have 24 hours.
Fordele: The emergency row seat was good.
Ulemper: The hidden carry on luggage fee is terrible.
Ulemper: Upholding mask expectations! Several passengers deviated without accountability checks by crew.
Ulemper: That my filght wouldnt have been 2hrs late
Fordele: They gave us the emergency row with more space which we liked!
Fordele: Direct 3 hour flight! Easy

Ulemper: Boarding process could have been better. I felt I was poorly informed of the technical issues and would have liked a better understanding of what was going on. Boarding and then having to deplane right before departure due to a tire inspection fail was unnecessary. I feel as though the inspection should have happened prior to boarding.
Fordele: On time
Fordele: The crew was great , only bad thing I witnessed a flight attendant get hit on the head from a cabbie in the back of the plane and saw a lot of blood coming from his head where he was hit. I hope he is ok. The entire flight was unpleasant the seats are horrible and no space the entire time the person behind me was hitting and pushing my seat so it was VERY unpleasant
Ulemper: If the Pilot when talking was more firm when speaking and louder. Idk if the speakers where he spoke through were bad or need replacing because from when we was departing to when we landed I couldn’t understand a single word he said through the speakers.
Ulemper: Airplane was packed, no social distancing, and very limited leg room. Big room to improve safety standards and comfort.
Ulemper: It was a packed flight. No empty middle seats for social distancing, only half empty rows that you could pay $50 to "upgrade" into. Just having a backpack will cost an extra $40. No complaints of the crew. I've had better experiences with Spirit.
Fordele: The crew was awesome. My fiance and I did want to be traveling, but kind of had to for a family emergency. He is immunocompromised and high risk for COVID so when we noticed that someone purchased the empty seat in our row (even though half of the plane was open, come on now) we asked to switch to an empty row and the crew member assisted us without any hesitation. Granted, we were not picky and gladly sat in any empty row they gave us. Beggar's cant be choosers! Over all, another great experience with Frontier. Be nice and keep your mask on -- they are flight attendants, not adult daycare workers.

Fordele: not a whole lot of things grabbing for my attention, just a plane flight. simplicity does wonders, don't have to exert a lot of mental energy to figure it out.

Ulemper: I was extremely concerned with the how we got off the flight... Frontier must do a better job to ensure social distancing.... people standing on top of each other for 15-20 minutes is insane .. All that had to be done is to ask everyone to remain seated so we can get off in an organized fashion maybe two rows at a time... Also when space is available spread passengers out on the flight please
Ulemper: Just was delayed flight was to be at 8:41 and delayed to 1:49am sucked cause was very sleepy lol but other then that all was well thank you!!!
