Fordele: Comfortable seats, all on schedule, and kind team
Ulemper: Extremely messy boarding, confusing guidance, no social distance. I suggest you board from the back of the plane, up to the front, after accommodating special needs passengers. Thank you!
Ulemper: I never got to fly !!! I was flying to Rio de Janeiro from USA and my flight got canceled, so I never made it to Rio therefore I wasn’t able to fly to São Paulo . I called you guys and the airline to see what you could do for me . Very bad customer service considering there’s a pandemic. I understand certain flights are non refundable but during the circumstances you could’ve gave a voucher to use later but instead you tried to charge me more money to make changes when I didn’t even know when I was able to fly. To all this I lost my money and my chance to fly later . Never again I will buy anything from Kayak . You just lost a customer!!!

Fordele: Once we boarded everything was super fast!
Ulemper: Delayed without much intel as to why or when we were due to finally get in the air
Ulemper: If I had at least boarded the flight I could have given feedback. But I didn't get in! I spent 6 hours at the airport waiting for my flight, with check in done and missed the flight. And on my ticket I didn't have the gate number or the terminal, the goalkeeper said he would let me know when the flight was leaving, the hours passed and I didn't hear him calling me. until near the departure time I went to ask the employee and he said that the flight had left a long time ago and that the entrance was on the opposite side of where I was and they did not warn me ... now I'm here at the airport with no place to sleep, waiting for my other flight with a connection to Brasilia that leaves 6 am where I will wait for almost 12 hours to be able to get home. remembering that my flight from São Paulo to Cuiabá was 3 hours long and I will have to wait for almost 24 hours. A goalkeeper was super arrogant with me, gave me no support and even told me that if I was in the United States I would be waiting for 3 days at the airport sleeping on the floor, so it was ok.
Ulemper: Include the luggage into the price of the ticket, Brazilian airliners often charge luggage separately.
Ulemper: No masks. I didn't like it.
Fordele: The crew was realy nice
Ulemper: The flight delayed one hour and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning
Fordele: Very easy process of boarding, flight and leaving the plane.
Ulemper: Besides water and juice, with a small pack of crackers, nothing else is offered, unless you pay for sandwiches or other drinks.
Fordele: Crew was nice and organized, easy check-in.
Ulemper: Had the last seat, so could not recline - lady in front of me had a chair that went super far back and was practically in my lap, turbulence was crazy landing!
Fordele: Good flight! On time! Sit too tight!
Ulemper: It was 1.5h late
Ulemper: Flight was an hour late. Should have boarded 30 minutes earlier!
Fordele: Did us a favor and made check in in the counter
Ulemper: Food was pretty basic....no entertainment whatsoever kids were desperate
Ulemper: Gol changed our direct flyght departing 14h to a connected one departing 7h rriving 17h. This company is a shame, and brazilian Agency does not forbid that (Gol could simply return our money back).

Ulemper: Landed 45 min ago (with a 45 min delay) and still no luggage.
Fordele: Very efficiently run
Fordele: Aircraft look new and very clean.
Ulemper: Flight was 1 hour late. It would be better if they kept the flights on time specially this time of the year. They had several flights daily from São Paulo to Rio, no reason to be late. It would be better if the employees knew the rules about their work. Everything very disorganized from the gate number to the carry on allowed in the plane. I will never fly with Gol again.

Ulemper: I've flown a lot and on a lot of different airlines budget or otherwise, and in my opinion this is the worst of the lot. Poor communication at the gate improper signage for departures, unprecedented delays with constantly shifting boarding times and gates. Little to no sympathy from staff just a complete plane wreck of an airline. Would never fly again.

Ulemper: The boarding process IX too disorganized. No announcements in eff flash. Only Portuguese.
They had everybody standing in lines 90 min us period to plane leaving.

Though flight was crowded it was quick
Ulemper: I had payed for an seat Gol + Conforto and one of the benefits was that the hand baggage compartment supposed to be exclusive to the people that bought this seat, so when I was entrancing into the aircraft one of the people of the GOl crew said that I’ll have to drop my baggage because the flight was full. I told that I had bought the Gol + Confort that have exclusive compartment to the hand baggage and I had showed my receive of the seat but they sayd that this benefits do not exist and took my baggage of me to drop off. It was an absurd and the worse thigh was that when I arrived at my seat, the exclusive space for my baggage was there available for my baggage and I had to drop off because the employee of the Gol didn’t know about this benefit of Gol + Confort seat and didn’t check out if really wasn’t space to my baggage

Fordele: The seat isn't confortable. The head rest isn't adjustable. The power outlets was not working at all.
Ulemper: Better seats with adjustable head rest and functional power outlets.
Fordele: Crew was helpful and charming. 10 out of 10.
Ulemper: Comfort is terrible. Seats are very small, space is terrible even in the "comfort" area.
Fordele: Este lanche da Happy Hour é um bom diferencial. Muito bom.
Ulemper: Houve atraso na partida devido a uma menina desacompanhada que teve que desembarcar e pelo jeito, não por culpa dela ou dos pais e sim da companhia. Lamentável.
Fordele: O lanche não foi Mãe Terra e isso é muito bom.
Ulemper: O lanchinho desta vez não foi Mãe Terra (graças a Deus, pois aquilo é muito ruim), mas só tinha doce (embora bom).

Ulemper: Sao Paulo to Floripa flight, did not pay for baggage. Floriap to Sao Paulo, paid 60 Real. I bought ticket through Kayak. Am 100% sure that I picked 1 bag for baggage claim. I don't understand how GOL missed that!!! It did not say on Kayak receipt. Am very angry!! Want refund of 60 Real!!!!!

Ulemper: Starting by the fact that if the system was actually working we could’ve done check in in the machine, and cut the 2 and half hours of line for check in and luggage drop off. The check in crew was not efficient at all, they would take 10 to 20 min to every costumer, no organization and poor trainin.
