Reserved a car well in advance of my trip, called Hertz to confirm the day before trip, arrived 30 min before the location opened… not only did they not have a car for me, and not have a car for the 2 other customers who we there with me, they had ZERO CARS at this location. Hertz messaged me that they didn’t have my car, which I had confirmed and checked in for, and after that notification they made me stand in line 25 minutes at their desk to be told I couldn’t get any refund. I looked for a way to contact Kayak for a refund, and there was no contact info anywhere on Kayak’s web site. So never again, Hertz and Kayak.Anmeldt d. 22. maj 2024

There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I returned the vehicle, which is understandable considering ILM is a small airport and I arrived at 5am. But when I called later that day to ask about if they had processed the car back in the system and what the final price would be, the person on the phone was almost clueless and offered very little help. Only telling me that it’s a “corporate rental” and they don’t know anything regarding final costs. Super unsatisfactory and ambiguous answer.Anmeldt d. 18. maj 2024
