Ulemper: Drinks cart broken! No snacks water or drinks. Temp very hot in cabin. Staff nice.

Fordele: Pilot was nice and got us there safely. Thank you for that.

Ulemper: It was just Ok. No soap in the bathrooms
Ulemper: Very comfy seats and a lot of leg room. There was no soap in the bathroom though.
Fordele: Great trip, they are nice and it was a efficient and smooth process
Ulemper: we could not sign in for our boarding passes, not sure why, at the desk they didn’t know either

Ulemper: Oraganizacion y compras detalladas en la red ,no puedes pagar maletas y llegas al aeropuerto y te dicen usted ya pago pero nomas por su boleto y les contesto su página mediocre no da más opciones así no se puede
Fordele: This airline offers budget minded travelers an effective option to travel to it’s destinations.
Ulemper: Onboard toilets on both Interjet flights taken had no soap or soap dispenser to wash hands in the onboard toilets. Interjet website and Interjet communication with ticketed passengers needs to be improved.

Ulemper: flexibilidad en políticas un vuelo anterior hacia espacio y pr tarifa no permitieron tomarlo sin embargo el vuelo contratado se retrasó mas de una hora

Fordele: Interjet. Was 2 hours late and disrespectfully done

Ulemper: Flight left 90mins late. Crew did not allow passengers to occupy empty priority rows (slightly more legroom), even though this would have made the flight more comfortable also for people in regular economy seats, who would also have benefited from an unoccupied chair on their row (there were 3 empty rows). Seemed like an extremely stingy move on behalf of the airline.
Ulemper: no luggage cost were included and because I had two short flights I paid $200 usd twice costing me an additional $400 dollars

Ulemper: Interjet is a really great airline- best seat pitch in the “economy” class. They deserve your business!

Flight to Mexico
Fordele: I was really happy with the over all flight. Everything was fast and smooth
Ulemper: Information could have been better. Delayed, website not able to check in, it was so frustrating
Ulemper: The flight was good, no food, no entertainment
Ulemper: The Cheesy Ruffles were crisp and tangy, a perfect foil for the whiskey & soda. Unfortunately a screaming infant added a sour note. Kudos to the flight staff for not flying into any immovable geographical features. That's the kind of flying one hopes to encounter on a regular basis.
Flight was rescheduled which caused me to miss my outgoing flight.
Ulemper: The fact that my flight as rescheduled which caused me to miss my outgoing flight and thus miss my vacation. I contacted the airline and they said that they were unable to assist me.
Ulemper: El espacio entre sillas es demasiado reducido. No hay espacio entre las rodillas y el asiento del frente. Muy mal espacio e incómodo.
Fordele: Good airplanes and fairly comfortable.
Ulemper: Un approachable inflight crew. Dirty lavatories.
Ulemper: Snack service is OK for a budget carrier. It would be worth a bit more to have a sandwich rather than just chips.

Ulemper: Boarding was a disaster with zones being boarded. Too many people with large carryons. Had to check my small carry on

Ulemper: I went to bathroom at beginning of flight. No soap or sanitizer. I asked attendant. With complete lack of interest she agreed no soap and told me no sanitizer! So she knew at beginning of flight! How are they !!going to bathroom and serving us without washing their hands!!? I rated food as poor as I would not accept any beverages or food from them. Gross!

Fordele: They were empathetic with my disability and tried to make me comfortable.
Ulemper: Only chips offered, perhaps something more healthy, even veggie chips.
Ulemper: Its ok
Fordele: The seat was very uncomfortable. The plane was late. The baggage took forever to be delivered.

Fordele: Nothing. Attendants where rude, not even water was offered. And plane was late with 3 hours.

Ulemper: The turbulence was really terrible both ways. It made me question Interjet’s planes.

Ulemper: Flight delay with no information to tell us what was happening. No competent staff at the airport in Cancun. Hour delay for bags with no information.
Fordele: Compared to our flight from ORD to MEX a week earlier, this plane had more leg room.
Ulemper: The seats were still uncomfortable. The flight was listed on the screen in the terminal as "8:00 on time" with a gate "B1" which I learned meant they didn't have a gate assignment yet. This continued until nearly 8:00! Finally, they changed it to "8:40 on time" (which is a lie, as it was to be an 8:00 flight), and assigned gate 17. The boarding process was pretty much chaos, and our supposed 8:00 flight took off a little after 9:30, despite no weather issues at MEX or ORD, or any other understandable reasons for the delay and disorganization. I'm questioning whether I would ever fly Interjet again, and I'm wondering about ways to avoid MEX, as some of the problems seem to be with the airport itself.
