Fordele: The Pilot was very nice and fast. Got us to Newark in 1 hour and 40 minutes
Ulemper: Seats, communication, everything
Fordele: JetBlue is by far our favorite commercial air line. We stopped flying United completely and now only fly with JB. It is just so much nicer and more comfortable.
Ulemper: Nothing comes to mind
Fordele: Everything is great like always!
Ulemper: The delay was very long and won’t have been that bad except that the San Juan Jet Blue terminal is freezing cold.
Ulemper: Late boarding, crew was snotty, plane was freezing
Fordele: The crew was very friendly.
Ulemper: This was a very very old plane and the entertainment option was terrible. The 3.5 mm ports were all messed up, and I tried 4 different ones. The TVs flickered and were extremely tiny. There were only 3 movies to chose from.
The seats were terribly uncomfortable and the one in front of me was falling apart.
The crew said that they cleaned plane prior to everyone boarding but it was visibly dirty.

Ulemper: The plane was not boarded back to front because large parties were not broken up and therefore not social distanced.

Ulemper: Didn’t board back to front, I know the flights are packed, but it’s still faster and safer. Flight was delayed because of a bag count? How long can it take to empty it and re-pack it?
Fordele: Yes seats were okay.
Fordele: Great comfort and friendly crew

Fordele: The flight was smooth and on time. The crew members were very nice and helpful
Ulemper: JetBlue is the best
Ulemper: Having less passengers onboard would have been a good option for avoiding CV19.
Fordele: The best airline ever !
Ulemper: Nothing
Ulemper: The plane was full, there were barely any empty seats. Everything inside the plane was old. The bathrooms were gross. The TV didn't work for most of the flight, and when it did start working you couldn't choose movies or shows to start from the beginning.
Ulemper: Lots of turbulence but our pilot handled it great!
Fordele: Good entertainment options, the flight tracking and personal screen great. There was good space between passengers and mask wearing was enforced.
Ulemper: Hand out wipes to self clean arm rests and tray tables.
Ulemper: The TVs and WiFi weren’t working. That’s why i fly Jet Blue. Also the flight was very crowded.
Ulemper: Boarding was disorganized, there was some chaos regarding who was sitting in which seat which delayed the pushback process. Another issue is that compared to other airlines baggage took forever to arrive at destination.
Fordele: Nothing
Ulemper: Gate was changed without communication. Better communication
Fordele: Theres no earphone, how to watch?
Ulemper: Flight ended up being nearly 3hrs delayed. And there was little to no communication on the status of the flight while we were waiting.
Fordele: End stupid JamCOVID19 requirement

Fordele: Paid seat was comfortable, entertainment was great
Ulemper: The elder gentleman was very rude throughout the flight. Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed.
I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me.
Fordele: Brand new plane, no crowds, fast trip. Excellent overall
Fordele: The pilot provided us with a trip that felt more entertaining and expedient.
Ulemper: There was no social distancing getti9ng on the plane or getting off. I flew jet blue because prior experiences have been amazing. This time it was shameful. People were standing in the walkway for almost 15 minutes because of wheelchairs that had to come of the plane. Disgraceful. And getting off was out of control. People jammed in the aisle to get off the plane. 1409 new york to fll.
Ulemper: Nothing. Jet blue continues to impress me. Love the leg room and entertainment options
Fordele: Did not like the flight at all. The crew on the ticketing desk was really helpful and nice
Ulemper: Everything, they screwed up ticket. I had to take a later flight. I felt like a sardine. Will not travel with jet blue in the future.
Ulemper: Crew at the gate separated my parents from my grandmother which entered in a wheelchair. Told them they had to wait and couldn’t enter with her
Ulemper: Under the circumstances of this crazy Covid virus, could not have been a smoother flight on Jetblue!!
Ulemper: In my trip from SJU to MCO before the boarding a crew member give us a package with disinfectant tissues and hand sanitizer in order to clean our space. In the flight from MCO to SJU don't do that.
Ulemper: Social distance . They sell a 90 % of capacity.

Fordele: Seats have good legroom
Ulemper: I was discriminated against for having a service dog without all the records and forced to stuff a 5 month old puppy in a tiny carrier or be cancelled off the flight. I guess pro is they let me on but is this really necessary in these times? She didn’t let out a peep even though she was in the equivalent of a large man in a small seat. I’m never flying JetBlue again. Thanks but everyone else can use my travel money.

Fordele: Very comfy seating. Polite flight crew.
Ulemper: A cookie before landing I feel is a bit underwhelming. I preferred the warm bagel with cream cheese. Especially if you have to run off straight to work after landing. So maybe it sounds like a nit pick. But it would be nice to maybe have a choice of a cookie or bagel? Just a thought.

Ulemper: Return the vegan options to Jetblue

Fordele: Jetblue is always great. I fly Jetblue whenever possible.
Fordele: Great crew. Z and Antonio were great!
Ulemper: The breakfast meal.

Fordele: Crew inside the plane was friendly and warm, particularly Craig. Very inviting and reassuring.
Ulemper: The almost 2-hour delay and gate change due to “airplane maintenance” was terrible. It did not feel as if the guests were going to be accommodated. They made few announcements about it.
Fordele: Moving seats to a less crowded seat.
Ulemper: There was no empty middle seat and a pretty full flight. Only 2-3 movie options. Old plane with small screen.
Ulemper: There were no coordination with the team on the ground all the information provided was a complete liar with no metereological or mechanical sustent
Ulemper: Snack. Drinks were better before Covid nonsense

Ulemper: There were crumbs on my seat when I got there. The plane could not have been cleaned.
Ulemper: Better food.
Ulemper: WiFi to work on the plane

Ulemper: Less travelers allowed to fly due to pandemic
Ulemper: It was announced that there would be an in-flight movie, and it started playing but then turned off. Also the audio jack on my seat didn't really work.
