Fordele: A non entertainment plane for an international flight even being theoretically a quick flight does not sound good at all

Fordele: The crew was OK, there was nothing they were authorized to do to make things better.
Ulemper: It was too crowded for a pandemic times, there was no space between the people.
Fordele: Friendly crew and easy check-in. Comfy seats.
Fordele: crew extremely attentive and sympathetic. Great food and perfect confort.
Ulemper: The flight Was with a overbook . They do not let we make a check in by the alegation that the equipament hás been change, verry bad company

Worst service ever
Ulemper: Flight delayed 7 hours. No proper update was given by LATAM. The food provided in the airport was horrible.
Fordele: Neat, polite and orderly. Good Food!
Fordele: Seat was fine, it was a very full flight, but even so everything went smoothly.

Ulemper: The boarding process was chaotic. Each passenger is allowed to make their own rules and do as they want. My seat felt like there was NO padding.
Ulemper: The boarding. I had a brand new and expensive baggage but was not be able to carry my luggage on because it was said the airplane was full. But when I entered the plane there was a lot (a lot) free space for luggage . i tried to back my luggage up to carry with me but I was not allowed; it was said the flight could be delayed althought there was at least 15 minutes before departing. It was not the first time they lied to clients. I lost my trust in Latam.

Fordele: Fairly ok service from the team, and I saw the attendants being attentive to a seating mix up in the row ahead of mine. Thought things could have been a little clearer in the transfer from the gate to the shuttle buses to the plane.
Ulemper: Ran out of Red wine. Waiting 30 minutes for air bridge to arrive
Fordele: It was all like expected except for boarding.
Ulemper: Boarding was crowded and confusing. Flight was full and many had to check their hand luggage in.
Fordele: People, accommodating, service, everything was good,
Ulemper: Sincerely I don’t know.
Fordele: Extremely attentive and courteous crew.
Fordele: Doha to Colombo flight seats is very comfortable and crew is very helpful.
Fordele: Timeliness, cleanliness, professionalism and courtesy of everybody involved on the trip
Ulemper: There’s always room for improvement that’s for sure but nothing in particular.
Fordele: Seating was wonderful.

Ulemper: They lost ine of my bags. Amateur and inefficient. Avoid if possible.

Ulemper: Seats could be a little more comfy but there was sufficient leg room.

Ulemper: We have made reservations of seats, but the company didn't reserve it. Therefore, we will now have to ask for a reimbursement, which will be additional work for us.
Ulemper: I dont like that when booking with Kayak i domt have the ability to imput my frequent flyer number which would give me priority with American Airlines or latam.
Instead, I had to wait for them to assign seats and was almost unable to board the plane.

Ulemper: Start the boarding early It was set to statt 2:20 and starts after 3:00 am

Ulemper: Need to be better on almost all aspects. Particularly, entertainment and service
Ulemper: My reservation was changed last minute without it being communicated to me. Had to come back the next day to the airport.

Fordele: Right on time, easy boarding. Really clean restrooms onboard
Ulemper: A bit more space in the seating
Ulemper: Long line at check in. The changed the gate but did not revise the sign. The plane pulled out from the gate 1 hour late. Got to GRU late and missed my GIG flight. No I have a 7 hour lay over. Never fly LATAM again

Ulemper: Seat family together. I was traveling with my children and they separated my husband so he could not help me. :(((((

Ulemper: Had to pay for food, even a coffee.
Ulemper: My check-in Miami Airport with American Airlines was terrible , big lines total mess. Was a share fly, TKT Latam flying whith AA plane. On the way back check-in in Rio de Janeiro was beautiful! So easy.

Ulemper: A one day delay was such a bad thing mostly because of no information of LATAM

Ulemper: Take seriously all restrictions of size of carry ons There was so many persons with two backpacks plus 2/3 bags. Food was mediocre and plane was very noise. Finally, get a finger

Ulemper: Service has significantly worsened ever since LA bough JJ. If it weren't for the fact they're only ones operating a direct flight from SSA/MIA, I would not fly them again.

Fordele: The pilot landed the plane perfectly.
Ulemper: Aircraft too noisy.
Fordele: As malas foram bem tratadas, sem deterioração
Ulemper: Os assentos são muito pequenos, foi muito desconfortável o tempo de viagem. O tempo de espera em pé na fila também foi muito grande, acredito que no total uns 20 minutos, mas podem ter sido mais, ainda assim, muito tempo para mim, que carregava - ainda que com a perna lesionada - o filho com 17Kg.
Fordele: Nice , new plane. On time and great onboard service.
Ulemper: I have yet to.get my luggage! TODAY IS THURSDAY AND I believe my luggage is still in Sao Paolo, Brazil since Sunday.

Ulemper: Avião velho, barulhento, parecia estar batendo asas, serviço apenas com água, poltrona que era um pedaço de madeira com tecido que de tão duro dava para sentir as vértebras. Realmente um decepção completa.
