Fordele: Nothing as we could not take the flight.
Ulemper: Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home.
Fordele: Friendly crew

Fordele: The seat was comfort, good attention, flight on timing
Ulemper: In several times the plane went down and up, and I think the pilot had no experience or it was the first time flying
Ulemper: The flight was full and all seats were taken. It means it was impossible to maintain the required and necessary social distancing.
Ulemper: I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned.

Ulemper: The flight was cancelled, never went.
Fordele: I never flew to Rome because of LATAM!
Ulemper: Flying home
Fordele: Good order and efficient.
Ulemper: All fine with me.
Fordele: The boarding process of back to front was really efficient and thoughtful with the pandemic. And the smocks the FA wore.
Ulemper: exaggerated restrictions due to covid.
Fordele: The crew was nice and the seat was fine
Ulemper: New seats, internet service and at least water.
Fordele: Muito confortável. Boarding muito rápido. Muito bem atendido a bordo.
Ulemper: Infelizmente o serviço de bordo não pode ser apreciado, mas entendo que é pela segurança dos passageiros.
Fordele: The crew was great
Ulemper: They should be on time but we left 30 minutes later.
Ulemper: Boarding was very confusing. The waiting area was filled with people milling around, trying to find their line.
Ulemper: My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak.
Fordele: seat was comfortable
Ulemper: On a long flight, lack of drinking water during the flight, need to improve on this. Lack of communication needs to be improved

Ulemper: Had to switch planes, flight was delayed almost 3 hours

Fordele: Crew was helpful, worked to make the passengers feel comfortable.
Ulemper: The connection didn’t allow for enough time so I missed my connecting flight. LATAM doesn’t recognize PreCheck, even though US airports do offer that but without the printout boarding pass passengers can’t take advantage of the shorter lines. LATAM also charged for both flights to check baggage instead of charging once for the whole trip.
Fordele: All the staff was great.
Ulemper: I was trying to upgrade for business and the front desk told me Can only be done 24 hours. What diferentes it makes if I paid in front desk or by the phone?
Fordele: Super friendly crew and great seats.
Fordele: The crew was very friendly, and the food was the best I've had on a plane trip.
Ulemper: They don't come around with drinks very often on LATAM. We bought our startup supply at the airport. First drink round was two hours into the flight.
Ulemper: Our flight was cancelled with no explanation created a nightmare for us and latam did not step up. Very disappointing

Ulemper: It was freezing inside, and I could not regulate the cold, I became sick on the way to my vacation
Fordele: Plane was fine.
Ulemper: Awful baggage experience. Forced to check my carry-on and pay an absurd fee even tho (1) it is sized for the overhead bin, (2) the plane bins were well-sized, and (3) there were few passengers on board. Time and money wasted.
Fordele: Amazing crew. Speedy boarding even having to board a bus to the airplane.
Ulemper: Mini sandwiches could be served.

Ulemper: I wanted to change the returning day, but the charge was too much. More consideration for the client.
Fordele: the most important thing for me is to arrive on time. Everything else is secondary.me
Ulemper: music selection was not good. The crew has to try to wake you to offer you food instead of bypassing you in your eyes are shut. I never got a meal either way.
Ulemper: Terrible airline and airport system... the boarding system is a disaster... after waiting in line for so long they send you to different counters to pay for bags... on top of that they didn’t check in one of the 6 in my group by the attendant’s mistake and they closed the flight in us...there is a bussing system that “takes you to the plane” and when we finally made it to our gate the bus made their last of the 2 trips to the plane. So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again.
Ulemper: Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!
Ulemper: You misled people not telling I have to pay for luggage

Ulemper: Check-in was terrible, boarding also very disorganized. Crew on board was ok; very few flight attendants spoke English.
Ulemper: Muy mal el embarque y la entrega de maleta express pésimo servicio, al embarque me hicieron entrar como si estuviera abordando y luego me hicieron esperas como si estuviera afuera esperando el llamado de mi fila en zona de embarque
Fordele: Yes ..... but you have to pay in order to fly confirtable , they dont give you alternative!
Ulemper: Not to pay for ítems that are bebefits with Workdmember credit CARD Santander I paíd luggage and they dont return money baca even if you made the mistake

Ulemper: the cabin and seats are old and seems dirty
Ulemper: Check-in was terrible, the agent checked our suitcase and then found out that we can't take the flight and the suitcase was gone. After waiting 3 hours at Medellin the suitcase was still not found. We left , besides we missed half of our vacation day, and after calling a lot we got the suitcase back in Guatapé. So much trouble for us because the agent was not able to do the check-in properly.

Ulemper: Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies.
Ulemper: They got our bag out of the plane and then lost it, had no earphones whatsoever.
Ulemper: Good airline, will fly them again
Fordele: New plane, nice crew, good entertainment, good food.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours and it was handled horribly. First, I had to wait at check-in for 1 hour despite having checked in online. Next, we were told hourly-wise to check-in at the gate to find out when our flight would leave. This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience.
