Ulemper: Plane has propellers so it was shaking
Fordele: Our flight from Lemnos to Athens was smooth. Cabin crew offered a snack and drink soon after reaching cruise, we got to enjoy sunset scenes over the Agean Islands which can only be described as spectacular. The ATR-42 is also a capable little aircraft, perfect for these smaller island hops.
Fordele: The crew was really great, polite and helpful:)
Ulemper: Maybe some coffee but really not necessary to make it a great trip:)
Fordele: - Flight schedule was kept on time

Ulemper: Lunch offered shouldn’t be a joke. Small quantities like we had to just say our opinion about the menu.
Ulemper: Maybe quick check in for all travelers when booking an early morning or a too late/night flight..
Ulemper: More media or WiFi on board (& not only for flights abroad). Thank you.
Fordele: All round the flight was uneventful ie just how it should be.
Ulemper: The transfer between flights was difficult due to the distance from one gate to the other gate and the tight timeframe - the cabin crew advised there would be a connection ambassador at the gate to assist, when we arrived, but there wasn't which made it a bit more difficult but none the less I made the connecting flight.
Fordele: All good!! No complaints.
Don’t Trust Car Rental (RAC) Agents in Milos
Ulemper: Agent (Leonids) RAC Rental, told me, “We’ll get you to Airport, doing it for 30 years, never a problem.” Return day, 9:40am flight to Athens, agency didn’t open till 9:15 (no a’port drop) Another renter(who was told same story by agent) was dropping off. We used his rental car to get to Airport (suddenly, a’port drop off). Get to a’port at 9:23, and was told flight was closed, go ask RAC for flight ticket refund. Much pleading to get on flight. Will NOT rent from Leonids again.

Ulemper: Not much. Even had free beer.

Fordele: Very nice and helpful crew. Boarding experience not great in Fira or Athens with buses involved in both but the airline itself is great.

Ulemper: Boarding in Greece is always a little behind. But they always leave on time or a little early... I guess it’s fine. But it’s nice to start boarding on time also.
Ulemper: Terrible airport. Loud Americans are allowed to push in and bring twice the amount of carry on luggage. no order to boarding.
Fordele: Crew was great!! Food was good!
On the whole a good flight!
Ulemper: Seats are always an issue. They need to be wider and needs to be legroom.
Fordele: The granola bar was a nice added touch for such a short flight. Crew members were all friendly and helpful.
Ulemper: Waited for our connecting flight luggage to arrive to plane.
Ulemper: It was delayed and we weren’t informed
Ulemper: They need to have jet service not turboprop airplanes for this international route. The plane was too small. It felt crowded and the carry on luggage did not fit in the overhead compartment.
Ulemper: On time.
Fordele: Seat definitely NOT super comfortable, but standard.
Fordele: Fast trip. Good job to the pilot even it was a delayed boarding.
Ulemper: To make a better and more organized boarding gate.

Ulemper: Luggage allowance not clear, online check-in didn't work, did not know it was a propeller plane until I boarded.
Fordele: On time
Fordele: Food service was great.
Ulemper: Flight left late for no apparent reason causing me to miss my connection. Was stuck for 5 hours in the Athens airport; was not given a meal voucher, a credit, a refund and I was denied entry into the airline’s lounge. Inconvenience, loss of 5 hours on my vacation, very poor customer experience!!!
A rare situation when your flight takes off earlier!
Fordele: Quick boarding, attention to details, snack given even on the flight of 25 minutes.
Ulemper: Access to the plane could be a little bit better.
Fordele: Crew was very efficient and safety focused. Plane was clean, service was good.
Ulemper: Delayed by an hour and 40 minutes with zero explanation. No updates provided, our group was stuck in Split airport for hours with little ventilation and not much in the way of food.
Ulemper: Better boarding time..
Fordele: A better experience than that provided by other loca airlines such as Sky Express
Fordele: Attendants with positive attitude and smiles.
Ulemper: Earlier notice when there is a delay occurred, so that we could arrange our time better, with no hurry or longer with some people.
Ulemper: I’d like that the personnel that check the boarding before to go to the plane, make respect the row to pass. there were Asian people who did not respect the line and they passed first before many of those we had been waiting for a while
Fordele: Excellent service
Ulemper: On of the crew members at boarding treated us very poorly.
Fordele: Pleasant crew. Good cockpit announcements
Ulemper: Boarding was shambolic! Despite announcing the seats 1-17 board from the from and seats 18 - board from the rear gangway there was a traffic jam with people going both ways. Tickets need to be checked at the gangways and passengers directed to the correct gangway for boarding.
Fordele: Super easy boarding, crew was nice, no troubles at all with baggage
Ulemper: You need to download the Aegean Airlines app beforehand if you want access to any kind of entertainment on the flight.

Fordele: Flying with Olympic Airlines on their ATR-42, it was only to be a quick flight hopping from Athens to Limnos. Despite only a 25-minute cruise, the flight attendant still walked down the island with complimentary drinks and snacks, making the whole flight experience rather calm and enjoyable.
Fordele: The sandwich was delicious!!
Ulemper: Check in staff at desk and boarding staff at gate were rude.
Fordele: 50 people were bumped off the flight because of a change of air craft. No announcements, so only found out at the gate after being at the airport for three hours and missing numerous other opportunities to get to destination the same day.
Ulemper: More effort to try to get hold of passengers. More assistance to leave the airport (apparently not possible without being chaperoned but no one there to assist). That said, WizzAir staff did their best since they were understaffed and dealing with dozens of (rightly) irate passengers.
Ulemper: Nicer people working for easyJet. Very rude and not helpful staff
Ulemper: The staff spoke only in Greek until I spoke English - didn't check boarding pass & seemed bored with their duties. Second leg operated by Bulgaria Air & staff much more friendly. Main fault having to go through passport & customs during transfer of only 1 hour as Sofia not in Schengen Zone

Ulemper: When booking I was not told that this flight would incur additional baggage charges of E70 Not happy about that
Fordele: Everything was on-time, easy, and fairly quick.
Ulemper: The legroom.
Awesome flight to Athens
Fordele: My daughter and I had an excellent flight to Athens on Olympic Air. The service was great, check in was easy, bags came out quick and the food was good. Boarding was quick and organized.
Fordele: Was an easy boarding. I like that they serve bottled water and not tap water.
Fordele: Very punctual and easy. Very friendly crew.
Ulemper: The seats feel small both in width and in leg room. Online check in did not work properly--I got a message that I was put on the stand-by list.
Flying with my 4-month-old
Fordele: Only 45 minute flight. As soon as we got up we started descending. Everything went smoothly.
Ulemper: My friend and many other passengers were held on standby and made to believe that they themselves had purchased the standby ticket when that simply was false. The staff were unhelpful in managing the situation and although everyone got on in the end it was an unpleasant experience.
Don't even try!
Fordele: At least they didn't recharge me for the luggage. Although the baggage check-in person did not like this. Informed me that I had not paid, and when I showed her the paper and pointed to the desk across the terminal, she reluctantly accepted it. Flight landing and takeoff were good.
Ulemper: Totally impossible to make over an hour connection time. The airport passport control and security checks were poorly conducted and multiple checks for all the same information. I assume part of this is because Turkey is not part of the EU, but customers should be made aware of this on booking. We got through all the checks and briskly walked "straight" to the gate where we were informed the boarding had closed 4 minutes before. We were sent back to a desk with very poor directions how to get there, where we were informed that we had plenty of time between flights. They allowed 55 minutes and it took us 80 min to arrive at her counter. She accused os of stopping, maybe to go to the bathroom, or get a cup of coffee, of which we had not even hesitated in our jog to the gate. They refused to rebook our ticket and we then had to go, in a very round-about method back through the airport to recover our "lost" luggage because it had been removed from the flight we were supposed to be on. We were not informed that it had been removed. I had to ask if it would be in Heraklion when we arrived and then she said, "oh no, it was taken off the plane when you didn't board". After picking up the luggage, we were to find a travel agency to book a new flight and go through the entire check in process again. I asked if there would be enough time to accomplish this and was told "it should be, if you don't make any stops." After walking back & forth through the entire airport at least 3 times, we ended up with a last minute gate change and apparently was not the only change. There was no control of the loading. Seats were like sitting on stone. I will never willingly use Agean or Olympic or whatever it was, again. This was not inexpensive. Rebooking for this less than 1 hour flight cost me 106 Euros each.
