Ulemper: Poor airport, stranded in lines for 2.5 hours and almost missed the flight.

Ulemper: No staff available to print out boarding passes at the check-in counter or the gate until right before boarding. Flight was delayed without any good reason.
Ulemper: No indication that the flight would be delayed was given until way late in the game. We could have taken our time getting from one terminal to another and saved on an expensive taxi ride had we known.
The crew were being unreasonable to a couple of passengers for moving to an empty row. Seems like that would do the plane a favor by evening out the weight distribution.

Ulemper: Every time I’ve used AirAsia it’s been delayed. Instead of being apologetic they’re always smug about how I can take a different airline. So I did!! Never fly with this airline again. Poor service poor flight planning and poor attitude. Shame on you AirAsia.

Ulemper: Our flight was delayed 31 minutes. So far, I’ve never departed on time with this airline. I will take responsibility for not prepaying for my check in luggage, but really, $154.00 for 3 suitcases on a 1 hour flight? It’s kinda sad.

Ulemper: No wonder Taoyuan International Airport is one of the worst airports in the world. Even if you have checked in online, there is no separate counter for baggage drop.
Fordele: The crew was excellent and comfort was good.
Ulemper: It wasn’t so much AsiaAir as it was the terminal. Terminal 4 in Manila is a mess as far as trying to check in. There isn’t enough room for the amount of flights boarding there.

Ulemper: I’ve been to over 15 airports in the last month and Since when does the airport have a terminal fee of $17
And they made us check in our bag for $60 per person, I’ve been on many budget airlines before and they never made us do this, never flying with AirAsia again.
Fordele: The comfort of the seat, its wider... Since I am broad shouldered I need a comfy seat.
Ulemper: We just landed and the two cabin crews were chatting. One passenger stood up since she couldn't hold it and that she really needs to vomit one cabin crew laughed loud when the guest went inside the restroom. Maybe the cabin crew was surprised, but it wasn't a good to see.

Ulemper: If they clean the plane before we even boarded... I saw trash on my seat, literally, when I just boarded the plane. Also if the cabin crew were attentive.. 2 male cabin crews were not as attentive to their passengers, but I want to thank the flight supervisor who was very attentive to our needs.

Ulemper: The flight is delayed and they never notified us we stayed in the airport for almost 1:30 minutes delayed.
Fordele: Flight was on time. Check in was ok iwith all our checked in bags tagged as Fragile to signify priority baggage that came with our AirAsia Visa credit card perks. Boarding was slightly chaotic.
Ulemper: Room for improvement for priority checked in baggage upon arrival in Manila -- only 1 out of our 5 priority bags came out first while the other 4 came in last together with all the other non-priority bags.

Ulemper: Narrow seats, cramped, flight time change, gate changes, crazy and inefficient terminal in KL with long walks.
Fordele: Our flight was delayed for 2 hours, and those people who are in charged for opening the gates for boarding was clueless to what row or zone are they welcoming first or what not. The lines were long and people were disappointed and unruly.

Fordele: I have seen some bad reviews abt airaisa and for sure i was afraid when i booked with them but i think each experience is different. I use airaisa to go to 2 city and 3 country and i have zero negatie comment . It was a nice experience with them . Always on time . Clean plane .

Ground crew need better training
Fordele: Actual flight wasn’t bad.
Ulemper: I spent 2 hours on the baggage drop queue even though there weren’t that many people in front of me. Airline shouldn’t offer web check-in if they’re going to take ages interviewing each passenger. Gate changed three times so it was chaos for all the flights involved. Plane left an hour 15 after scheduled take-off. No apology extended.

Ulemper: The connecting flight in between was not very clear during search. It was only Manila to Cebu but there was a connecting flight to Taiwan. I would have forfeited my flight if I had not brought my passport along.
So the route was MANILA to TAIWAN to Cebu
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE SUCH A STUPID ROUTE??? AND UNLIKE OTHER TRAVEL SITES, YOURS DO NOT EMPHASIZE CONNECTING FLIGHTS VERY CLEARLY!!!
Also, there was no way to cancel it. I was really disappointed in your site!
Terrible Flight
Ulemper: I booked through kayak which redirected to kiwi. On the boarding pass it gave the wrong terminal (domestuc terminal, when i was flying internationally) then to find out the terminal got updated online. In addition, the flught was delayed and gates were changed and i found out AFTER i already boarded the plane. Terrible.
Ulemper: Flight was very late... in the airplane it was way too cold, like we entered in a freezer.. and they didnt even offered blanket so we didnt qppreciate that part at all
