Fordele: The crew was rude and unhelpful.
Ulemper: The professionalism of the crew, the quality and taste of the food. The comfort of the seat.
Fordele: Very courteous staff. High quality in-flight meals.

Fordele: First flight from Nice to Casablanca was delayed 40 minutes out of 120 between flights. Crew assisted me in getting from one to the other. Big bonus: my checked luggage made it to the second flight!
Ulemper: All good.

Fordele: The flight was on time. Luggage was handled well. Coach seats were okay with decent space. I had read some negative reviews but our experience was satisfactory.
Ulemper: Customer service could have been better but they did do their job getting us there.
Fordele: Their in flight service was incredible
Ulemper: One thing I hated was that they didn’t have anyone at the rechecked bags counter for connecting flights
Fordele: I was concerned about Royal Air Maroc’s mixed reviews, however, our direct flight from Miami to Casablanca was on time, no damage or loss of luggage, coach seats were okay, food was average, flight and crew were polite and helpful. All-in-all it was satisfactory for the price.
Ulemper: The food was average - standard for coach.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed by an hour and a half and no announcements were made

Ulemper: Forced us to pay extra for seat assignments then allowed other passengers to take them. Entertainment did not work despite being reset many times. No additional beverage service outside of meals

The landing in Istanbul seemed very dangerous. Never had such landing in my life
Fordele: Lots of entertainment video options. Movies, TV, documentaries. No news.Comfortable seats. Asked for a seat change and got my own aisle seat as well as middle and window! A sleep lounger! Thanks! It was a 7 hour smooth sailing trip that went by fast. Also, nice big clean plane, great weather. If you'd like some very good wine with the supplied dinner, you need to ask for it..and its free. They just keep it on the downlow. I had the red Medina local wine, and I can tell you it's really Good! Dry, similar to a good Italian. Not lyin! Small bottle, 2 glasses, comes with the meal free. Maybe more free. but I didnt ask since I took a nap.
Ulemper: I can not get my luggage for more than 6 months
Fordele: The crew really was excellent! Superb landing. I didnt feel a bump.
Ulemper: It was a great flight! I could have been upgraded to business class but other than that...superb
Fordele: The crew was great! Kind, helpful and very efficient. Smooth landing by the pilots. Good communication also.
Ulemper: Boarding was very rough and disorganized. My seat was broken . Had to sit in an unhinged recline the entire flight because all seats were taken. Old plane. Two over head bin doors kept opening during turbulence. Would have been nice to be able to purchase better meal options.
Fordele: It was a smooth journey. The crew members were great

Ulemper: Flight attendants didn’t respond to the flight attendant call button even once , I asked three of them to check my entertainment screen that was working . They all said they will be right back and never did . When I asked for water they pointed me to the water bottles so I can do it myself . Overall I felt like the service was horrible
Ulemper: Restroom is smelly and dirty. Back seat pocket is dirty too.
Fordele: Nothing. Example - I asked the crew to clear my plates and they kept saying they’d come back to do it (3 different people refused) because I had a salad from outside. The guy sitting in the aisle next to me eventually cleared it.
Fordele: The crew was kind enough and food was decent
Ulemper: The plane itself is very old and dirty. Each seat is fit with an entertainment system with a fairly good selection however on both flights, the entertainment system worked for one hour. Then it stopped. The crew was less than helpful and when they did give it their attention they simply reset the screen which then continued to power cycle for the next 5 hours. On the way home, enough folks complained that the crew reset the entire system and then it worked for the last hour
Ulemper: Work on food
Fordele: Leg room was dangerously ridiculously tight.
Ulemper: My daughter was not allowed entrance into Morocco. It was a horrible scary experience. Her US issued refugee permanent residence travel document was rejected. In our international travels this has never happened. Marco Air should have caught this before we left the US.
Fordele: Flight was cancelled. Airport staff didn’t help at all. The air Maroc call center was not helpful either. Worst customer service ever.
Ulemper: No one could lean their seats back throughout the entire flight. Also, the food was horrible. NO TASTE. Lastly, there were too many announcements throughout the entire flight making it difficult to rest.
Fordele: The crew was very nice but the seat is very small and the TV was broken, also the flight was delayed and we had to take a bus to the plane which was very unconfortable
Ulemper: the seat should be wider
Ulemper: Chrck up. I couldnt get a wheel chair although I asked for as I m after operation. I had to walk fr miles with 3 security checks. From the min. I arrive to the airport until boarding 3 hours of standing and walking .the air has no facilities to ease boarding
Ulemper: This flight reached the absolute depths of mismanagement, disorganization, and unprofessionalism. They allowed a full flight of passengers to board with excess luggage, forcing all of us to wait while those people deplaned you check bags. The resulting fracas resorted in several heated arguments, and seemed close to a fist fight. One grounds crew member on the jetway was extraordinarily rude. Wish I knew her name to report it. This was truly the worst flight experience of my life, and I am a frequent traveler.

Ulemper: Old aircraft, worn seats, no electrical outlets, no in seat entertainment, you must download their entertainment AP before boarding.

Fordele: When I landed to Casablanca I noticed my final flight is delayed over 8 hrs to the next morning. The staffs were extremely rude (walked away when I asked for my bag retrieval) and minimally helpful and dishonest. I missed the hotel shuttle that's arranged and when I took a taxi on my own the next day I was scammed.
Ulemper: The airline should've informed me earlier so I could have changed my final destination travel plan. Also the staffs need to be courteous, professional and empathetic
Fordele: Boarding was late but fast. Dinner was good. Seating space was fine
Ulemper: Your staff seemed serious and competent but not friendly.
Ulemper: Filthy bathrooms upon boarding. Terrible food and TVs didn’t work. No help with issues from gate staff and no help upon calling their customer service. Would never use this airline again.
Fordele: They had supplies to deliver a baby onboard
Ulemper: The bathrooms were dirty. Food terrible. Poor service. TVs didn’t work. Confusing checkin counter unhelpful gate staff. Non-existent customer service.
Fordele: Departed on time.
Ulemper: Food is not the best.
Fordele: The crew was NOT amazing, everyone had to walked back to the cabin to ask for water because not a single staff person would go check on us when we pushed the help button. I my self pushed it because I needed water to take my medicine and they ignored me until I walked my self to the back of the plane and asked for some water. Everyone was back there laughing having a good time while many of us were calling them over for help and they didn’t care.

Ulemper: Food is horrible, aircraft interior run down, my seat table was dirty.
Fordele: Absolutely nothing. Bathrooms were dirty upon boarding, crew did not even come around with water more than once, the airline couldn’t resolve even the most simple issues. Terrible experience
Ulemper: Any form of customer service, maintenance of bathrooms, ability to resolve travel agent dispute. Change of seats. They were able to do nothing except sorry.
Fordele: Very comfortable & spacious seats. We were provided with blanket, pillow, mask, socks.
Nice food and tea service.
Ulemper: No personal tv.
Fordele: From Casablanca to Accra the seat was very comfortable, and they gave us blankets, pillow, socks and eye mask (none of these provided from Barcelona to Casablanca, and the seat was smaller)

Ulemper: Having to board a bus, drive 5 minutes to the end of the runway, then walk across the tarmac to board is no way to board a plane in this century. Gladly for us,it was not raining.
Ulemper: It is unacceptable to have you go from the gate down two flights of stairs with your carryons so you can board a bus to take you to the plane.
Ulemper: The food options, the crew could have been friendlier and the seats were not too comfortable
