Fordele: The crew was nice, but the company does not treat passenges as hyumanbs
Ulemper: Have a spare aeroplane to replace the one out of order
Very problematic trip
Fordele: The flight changed from original 3:20 to 4:20 which is expected. But then comes 4:30 the boarding gate never opened and nobody from the Airlines was present to ask questions. I tried to go around and ask different employees of the airport and found out that our plane is not leaving due to wind pressure. At the very same time I noticed that the wind wasn’t really that bad and watched other planes took off without any delay or problems. The gate to our flight opened almost 10 am.
Ulemper: There should have been announcement for the reason of delay. We he passengers were exhausted but due to the unknown situation, uncertainty and cariocity could not rest or get a little sleep.
When arrived at the transit airport, there was no one to explain where to go or what to do about the delay of flights. I went back to the custom police who told me to hurry up because the flight of our final
destination is about to take off from the second floor. I rushed to get there and after bouncing around by different windows I was told to go
to another security process and read the flight information on the board. I found the board where the name of the city was mentioned but no gate number nor time of flight. Finally after asking questions from different passengers I got on the plane and sat on the seat in a very hot wheather not knowing the time of flight. After half out of exhaustive heat the plane took off.
Needless to say, it was a horrible experience.
Delays and surprises ... with poor communications
Fordele: Scat handled our baggage well.
Ulemper: The worst part was the surprise layover to refuel. If I had known there was going to be a 2nd layover, I would not have bought these tickets.
I also did not appreciate the long wait in the Almaty where the people at the counter told us a few times that we would leave in '30 minutes'. Altogether, we waited for 5 hours.
When is the flight leaving?
Fordele: Smooth flight once we got on board. Helpful, attentive flight crew.
Ulemper: Again, very poor communications. Although the flight had been delayed by quite a few hours, the departure board never changed from its original times. We never knew if we had time to eat ... or when we were leaving.
I wish they had announced our flight in English. We almost missed the flight.
This was a stressful layover.

Hvornår forlader flyet?
Fordele: Jævn flyvning, når vi kom om bord. Hjælpsomt, opmærksomt flypersonale.
Ulemper: Igen, meget dårlig kommunikation. Selv om flyrejsen var blevet forsinket med et par timer, skiftede afgangsbordet aldrig fra de oprindelige tider. Vi vidste aldrig, om vi havde tid til at spise ... eller hvornår vi tog af sted.
Jeg ville ønske, at de havde annonceret vores fly på engelsk. Vi gik næsten glip af flyet.
Det var et stressende ophold.
Forsinkelser og overraskelser... med dårlig kommunikation
Fordele: SCAT håndterede vores bagage godt.
Ulemper: Det værste var overraskelseslayover til at tanke op. Hvis jeg havde vidst, at der skulle være et andet ophold, ville jeg ikke have købt disse billetter.
Jeg påskønner heller ikke den lange ventetid i Almaty, hvor folk ved skranken fortalte os et par gange, at vi ville gå om "30 minutter". Alt i alt ventede vi i 5 timer.
