Fordele: Crew was amazing
Ulemper: Better cushion for seats
Fordele: Crew was nice and they tried to board the plane back to front, a strategy I appreciated even if it wasn't entirely effective given the slowness of some passengers
Ulemper: The light colored seats really showed the stains and wear and tear, giving the appearance of uncleanliness even though I'm sure the staff work hard to maintain the aircraft.
Fordele: Aircraft food crew
Ulemper: We can use amenity kit in an ultra long haul flight
Ulemper: Misleading. Didn't accept my frequent flyer Star alliance status.
Fordele: Excellent airlines, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff and service.

Ulemper: Scoot is one of the worst airlines I have travelled.
Fordele: Crew was great and seat and availability of baby bassinet was so helpful.
Ulemper: There’s really no need for parents to wake up kids every second whenever there’s short turbulences. That’s really disturbing for the parents and children. It’s safety but there’s limits.
Ulemper: Planes are old and worn. Design is outdated with cramped seating and aisles.
Ulemper: No selection in food. Seats not very comfortable. Old plane,
Ulemper: Flat beds in business class
Fordele: Entertainment system was provided on this flight vs the flight from Singapore to Columbo.
Ulemper: Major issue involving booking return flight overall.
Ulemper: You could stand a fork up in scrambled egg. Could have built a house with it.
Ulemper: Food should improve. Just rice and lentils. Bread had no butter.
Ulemper: Seating comfort needs to be better. It was less space for leg and no arrangement to tilt the foot rest.

Ulemper: Food was very bad, to say the least. Overall quality is decreasing ever since we started flying Silkair in 2016-17

Fordele: Silk Air Crew is rude and does not like to help passengers.
Ulemper: Food could have been better. I requested a vegan meal and got a meal with dairy all over it.
Fordele: Nothing at all.
Fordele: Nothing. Seat was so uncomfortable that we somehow wanted to reach our destination ASAP.
Ulemper: Better seat, better food. Little bit spacey toilet.

Fordele: Great crew. Silk Air is budget form of Singapore Airlines. Yet, the first class is better than the first class in US carriers. Better seats.
Ulemper: Coffee creamer could be better. Should offer earphones.
Ulemper: Delayed 1.5 hours and no communication as to why until we boarded (airport had been closed for Thai king to land...)

Fordele: Not much apart from the fact that we made it to our destination without suffering deep vein thrombosis.
Ulemper: Being treated like a sardine. I mean, this trend is becoming ridiculous! How long before we're piled in standing up, like in the subway at peak hour? Two rear toilets for 180 people....poor.
Overcharged $170 on my credit card
Fordele: The airline was fine, it’s Kayak who charged my card $170 more than the advertised price for the flight. I just want to be reimbursed for their mistake.
Ulemper: That the flight was advertised for $252 and my card was charged $422. Hoping someone contacts me regarding this case via email as I can’t get in touch with anyone as I’m abroad. My info should come up and someone in the team can see that this gets remedied.

Fordele: Excellent service. Flight attendants were very professional! I also enjoyed the in-flight meal.
Ulemper: I had issues with the WiFi

Ulemper: There is only one entrence to get in ,the isle is very narrow For a business class very little congested seatsby mistake i left my laptop in singapre air, we immediately notified the silkair agent at checkin even though there was a flight delay and wait they are unable to get it In hyderabad the staff are very slow in response we wasted three days to locate the laptop Overall it is extremely disappointing experience from boarding and post boardin and handling by the silk air office , aircraft, and agents in hyderabad , i wish i reviwed the prior reviews Silk air lost my business never again fly silk air

Ulemper: No entertainment system
Fordele: The Crew members were really nice, and polite. Even though one of the passenger was being an Ass he maintained his calm and handled the situation professionally that was really nice of him to do so.. The flight was smooth inckuding Landing & take off.
Ulemper: Not that I am complaining, I understand the thing going behind the stage. But still the food was not good. Yes it was hot but the taste was really wierd. I have travelled with silk air alot of time and had their food, they were great but this time it didnot hit the mark.
Ulemper: At Singapore our flight from ICN landed at Terminal 3, our next flight to BLR said Terminal 2 on our boarding pass, we had less than 45 mins to get there but the shuttle was too far from our exit gate at T3. When we still managed to get to T2, we were tills to go to T1, another shuttle - again quite far away, we Ran & made it to our gate on time. Not impressed with the layout and lack of transportation.

Worst travel in my life
Fordele: Nothing to like,we travel with infant,there is no air conditioning in front of the taxi,it's too hot and rear end is ok,cabin crew persons are arrogant not responding,all the infants are exhausted in the taxi...a lady in the board can't breathe properly because of hotness,poor maintenance...
Fordele: Flight was delayed.by 30 minutes
Ulemper: This is our third flight with SilkAir which was delayed
Ulemper: No complaints. Excellent service. Need daily flights from Singapore to Visakhapatnam.
Fordele: Silk/Singapore Airlines food is always good
Ulemper: Boarding took ages and then sat on the tarmac for an eternity before take off
Fordele: The food
Ulemper: Very cramped seating, felt uncomfortable throughout, as the Co passengers arms were touching me, requested to move to another seat. Felt cheated as I had to pay for my seat when there were so many aisle seats empty. Had to walk to the aircraft inspite if requesting for wheelchair. Would have been nice if water was offered when plane took off, rather than passengers having to ask for it

Good regional flight to Ko Samui
Fordele: Food and service was good. SilkAir is always our first choice in the region
Ulemper: It would be good if seats had somewhere to hang a tablet
Fordele: Boarding and flight staff very friendly and efficient. Comfortable flight despite a small amount of turbulence. A good flight despite what I listed in my dislikes section
Ulemper: 45 minute departure delay due to technical problem with the aircraft. I enjoyed my onboard meal but my wife did not. Silly Japanese game show as audio visual entertainment.
Ulemper: not many snack options
Ulemper: they broke both my suit cases and have not paid for them I will never fly with them again never never

Ulemper: No power outlets on the plane.
Ulemper: Short flight so we were descending when meals were served. Again no power outlets on the plane.
