Fordele: We never got boarded!! They oversold the flight and al the passengers without seats are left in line with no explanation! And extremely rude people at the counters. I understand the issues going on these days but to not even acknowledge hen people are asking them when is the next flight, is unacceptable! I will never book this airline again and expect my money back for today's no go :(
Ulemper: Don't work with this company! Sky Airlie is horrible customer service at the counters in Punta Arenas

Ulemper: Communication about which bag fees were required. Waaaay overpaid for bag fees.
Fordele: On time
Ulemper: Carry on forced check at door - same size I have used to fly on American and LATAM. Said nothing downstairs at baggage check, but then forced me to pay $30 at bording because they said it was too big. Pretty lousy. Also brief turbulence at the beginning and they closed the bathrooms for the rest of the smooth three hour flight.

Ulemper: The cost of this flight was too high for such a mediocre experience. Additionally after paying to bring a bag on board, there was difficulty in finding a space for it and the crew was only somewhat helpful.
Fordele: There was lots of space in the aisle and seat.
Ulemper: Sky Airlines lost my luggage! I couldn't check-in online, and then when we were running late, they almost didn't print our ticket out at the ticket counter. Sky Airlines lost my luggage on top of that! Still waiting for it now...

Ulemper: Flight was delayed 30 minutes; seats were terribly uncomfortable; flight crew was rude; boarding process was confusing, no announcements were made in English.

Fordele: The crew that we had direct contact with were nice. The baggage screeners are misinformed.
Ulemper: We were removed from our flight to bariloche because of an issue with our checked bags. The issue was that we had some AAA alkaline batteries in our bags. We were told this is in violation of international standards. It is not. We missed our flight because of this.

Fordele: Comfortable ride, once we got to the plane boarding was very fast as we used two doors to board
Ulemper: The plane arrived late and we had to move gates. We stood around for a very long time with no communication as for the hold on
Ulemper: I would have wanted more legroom and the passenger in front of me kept reclining into my knees.
Fordele: We were on time even early
Ulemper: They don’t even serve water and had menu items missing. also the seating is WAY too tight and uncomfortabke
Refused priority boarding by a psycho boarding attendant
Fordele: Stewards were professional
Ulemper: Gate attendant was too stupid to find my pre boarding authorization in the system. Child kicking the back of my chairman another child playing video game with sound on. No headphones
Security good bye Chile (forever)
Fordele: But the security at Santiago to the States was ridiculous. Tossing out water at the gate, hand checking luggage and a General all around rudeness. Good bye Chile.
Ulemper: Late. No room. Rows 27, 28 and 29 didnt exist. Had to relocate passengers.

Ulemper: No water, changed gate last minute, had to run to new gate. Row 9 seats do no recline.
Ulemper: At check in they told us that we only had one leg of our trip, from puerto montt to Santiago, instead of all the way through to calama. I had to push to have them check that indeed we were going all the way to calama. They were convinced we weren’t and that we’d have to pay the baggage fee twice.

Ulemper: Extremely tight. I'm 5.7 and 130 pds and could barely fit. Will definitely try to purchase an emergency exit for my return. That's the not upgrade possible. No business available. No free refreshment, even the water was for purchase only.

Ulemper: On our way from Santiago to Buenos Aires we had to wait to pick up our suitcases hours due to a strike. On our way back, one of our suitcases got lost. I am still waiting fir Skype to contact us.. ( +2 days )

Ulemper: Crew did not tell us local time, or at least not in English, when landing. The time on my watch and phone matched what was on my itinerary for the layover. But we were actually 2 hours late! Missed my connection due to this hiccup. Pretty sure such things are WHY they always announce local time
Gross delay and uncertainty
Ulemper: They changed, until I left, the boarding gate three times. They gave me 27 at the check in counter, after a while monitors sent us to 24, then they directed us to 27 again, then to 26 and finally to gate 29. First the delay was 2 and a half hours, then three, then 4, then 7 hours. I was traveling for one meeting from one day coming back the next afternoon. With the 7 hour delay, I'd have to go directly from the airport, after a horrible night, to my board meeting. It was a no go. I declined to travel and expect a full refund
Probably the worst flight I have ever been on
Ulemper: Flight was delayed with no explanation or proper update. Didn’t even give you a glass of water for a flight that was over three hours long (had to pay for everything). Booked it so people were cramped together while others had entire rows to themselves (on other flights I’ve been on flight attendants recognize this and help space out people). Horrible seats in general with no space and I am a very petite female and I felt uncomfortable. Horrible temperate control. Will not fly this airline again.
Ulemper: The desk agents are rude and unhelpful. It almost as if they are mad in being there. My ticket showed I was allowed to have a bag up to 23kg however they made me pay overweight fees. The desk agent gave me the wrong gate so I missed the flight. I had to purchase a new ticket and they charged me for bauuage fees again. Worst experience ever
Ulemper: They look for everything in order to charge you the carry in baggage. Bad bad service. Never flighit with this airline again
Fordele: On time arrival. A low cost flight that does not compromise on the essentials. You still get free check-in luggage. The seats are a bit narrow, but that's ok for a 3h flight.

Fordele: The crew was nice. The flight was smooth.
Ulemper: There is no room for your legs if you are taller than 5'5. It's tighter than Spirit. No announcement for flight delay, and nobody to ask what's going on.
Ulemper: Tiny seats. Old planes. Charge for coffee or soda. They pack every row possible. Ridiculous carry on policy. Worst experience ever.
Ulemper: They didn't even gave us water.
Ulemper: Plane was dirty. Crew did not collect trash, so passengers stuffed trash in the seats and was not cleaned between flights.

Ulemper: Seats so close together that my boyfriend couldn't fit his legs in. Thankfully it was a short flight.
Ulemper: Crew very RUDE.Not friendly attitude. Wd NOT recommend airline.
Fordele: uncomfortable seats. Row number 9 doesn't recline and I wasn't told at the checkin. Plus, I had to do the checkin on the front desk, couldn't do online. Poor.

Ulemper: Being a budget airline I expected a lower quality than the average airline but not to this extent. Our flight left an hour late without any reason provided by the crew. Also, had items stolen out of checked bag.
