Fordele: Despite leaving 40 mins late, we arrived only 20 mins late.
Ulemper: We left 40 mins late because 7 passengers were late to board.
Ulemper: Ticket was booked as Czech Airlines operated by Smartwing. Kayak directed me to checking in on Czech Airlines but did not work, spent nearly 2 hours to figure out I need to check in on Smartwing .com, but luggage fee needs to be paid to Czech Airlines, and seat selection fee paid to Smartwing.
Fordele: Awesome staff. Was upgraded to comfort seating for free
Ulemper: Everything. The initial flights was significantly delayed without anyone updating the passengers at the gate. The crew was rude when asked questions about connecting flights. And they lost our baggage.
Ulemper: Dense seats. Terrible check-in inefficiency. Crew argues with passengers. What not.
Fordele: The woman who checked me in was slow and rude
Ulemper: Find new ticketing agents. Also there were screaming kids everywhere. Running up and down the aisles. It would have been nice if the airline employees could have gotten their parents to control their children
Fordele: Quick check in.
Ulemper: Flight was late. Staff can use more English training. High baggage fees and strict rules.
Fordele: Nothing to really like when the flight takes off 45 minutes later... without a solid reason why. They only apologized after we landed.. as if it was nothing.
Ulemper: Required to check a bag for $80, flight was delayed, almost missed connection, bags did not make the connection and flew the next day, spent at least the first day of trips waiting for bags to arrive, still haven't. Spent a lot of waiting on busses to get to the terminals with very rude personnel.

Fordele: Crew was good , nothing against them . Just a delayed flight which made us miss our connecting flight .

Food isn’t free
Ulemper: Had to pay for just a basic cup of juice. No snack provided.
Direct flight with a bait and switch policy.
Fordele: Punctuality. Direct flight from Prague to Madrid.
Ulemper: Czech airlines charges extra to assign the seats. You find this out after you pay for the flight. A typical case of bait and switch. We were 4 people. We all have to pay an extra 35€ to be assigned a seat.
Flight was delayed
Fordele: Missed connection in Prague because of delay and it took an hour and a half to get anyone to help us.
Ulemper: 1 hour delay ☹️

Fordele: Super friendly staff. Free water (You can't take that for granted these days...). Comfortable plane
Ulemper: Zakynthos airport had us wait 30 minutes for clearance... Not SmartWings' fault of course. Let's call it "Greek time"

Ulemper: The planes were old. One of the flights was a rented plane, not even the airline. Both were delayed and almost caused us to miss our international flight back to the states. Will never fly Cezch airlines again.

Ulemper: Delaying 3 hours
Ulemper: Terrible seats. You are allowed to check 1 bag. They don’t tell you not more than 20kg. Mine was 22 and they make me pay €12 for overweight.
Fordele: Crew, hours, convenience
Ulemper: Departure frim tel aviv was very! bad. Departure delayed a lot, but the check in was really terrible. Slow, inefficient ground crew.
Ulemper: We paid full fare economy and were given seats who don’t recline. You have to pay for the food. Only 1 bag allowed to check. The flight was full of screaming children and the crew did nothing. Many passengers were upset
Ulemper: The plane was late by over an hour, and no one even bothered to update us about the current flight status... We just waited untill an hour later, we got word about what was going on
Missed the take off slot spending time on luggage @checkin
Ulemper: They are very strict about luggage control at the gate; any other company charged for the pieces that were sent to the storage. It took so many time that they lost their takeoff slot and we had nearby one hour of delay.
boarding was terrible
Ulemper: Boarding (3 different flights together) took almost 2 hours. I could not do early check in on line due to website either not recoginzing my details on the way to Prague or not coming up (404) on my way back. thank you for asking

Fordele: I liked nothing. I wasn’t notified about the specific luggage requirements and had to check and extra bag. Then my money was stolen out of my bag by the crew so do NOT fly this airline.
Ulemper: Literally everything. This is a gargbage airline.
Fordele: Nice staff, smooth flight
Ulemper: Everything took ages, no one spoke to us, like time to board the plane, or we are landing....

Ulemper: Delay with no apology and with poor information at the airport. The new airplane, but a dirty window.

Fordele: Boarding process was painless.
Ulemper: No free food.
No leg room and guaranteed knee pain for anybody 6’ or taller.
Fordele: It was a direct flight.
Ulemper: No leg room and a late departure due to a mechanical issue. Also, baggage check was a distance from the check in area.
Fordele: didnt like it
Ulemper: That they nevr mention that there was no bag included until I got to the air port and I have to pay extra to check in my bag.

Ulemper: The airplane is old. The sits are narrow (the most narrow sits I ever experienced on a plane).
Ulemper: I never knew you can make the sit rows so close to each other :)
Ulemper: I didn't like the flight at all The plain is very small we are big people and they put us in the row that we can't recline our seats we where very uncomfortable all the way we couldn't move That plain was an old one and didn't have any appliances .

Kayak services issue
Ulemper: To whom it may concern, Due to the kayak formular - not stating clearly wether the luggage is or is not included in the ticket - we had to buy extra luggage at the airport for 70 euros. It is the last time I am using Kayak and I will warn sll friends not to use the service.
Ulemper: The crew were not nice... talked to us in a Horrible way.
