Fordele: Over crowded. Scaled down the aisle to add extra seats. I weigh 100lbs. and am 5'2". My knees were crammed into seat in front of me. No beverage or food service and no discount for that.
Ulemper: More worried about carry on luggage than customer experience.
Fordele: Don’t really interact with the crew much as people remain to themselves with Covid. But have always found the crew friendly in past flights
Ulemper: When plane is partly empty due to Covid why do they seat non family members next to each other when they could be placed in a row alone
Fordele: There was little interaction due to Covid precautions, however the crew was friendly upon entrance and exit.
Ulemper: There was a child in front of me that should have had a mask on but was not enforced well.
Ulemper: The flight was pretty full, there were very few vacant seats and there was not enough space for social distancing. Also, quite a few of the hand sanitizer machines were empty at the MSP and MCO terminals.
Ulemper: We are in the midst of a pandemic and while masks were "required," the number of passengers not wearing a mask or wearing a mask incorrectly was obscene. The flight attendants needed to be reminding people and correcting people on their mask wearing. More importantly, the airline needs to be upholding the safety of their passengers! I was also seated DIRECTLY next to another passenger, which breaks all social distancing. And while I repeatedly asked him to fix his mask, it still always managed to fall off his face while sleeping. I know it isn't really the fault of the crew, but I think the airline needs to do a better job.
Fordele: The star wars movie

Ulemper: I loved it great crew great pilot great seats! The only I missed was having screens on the back of my seats. Thankfully the inflight WiFi was working fantastic which definitely was a plus! I am looking forward to my next flight in sun country!
Fordele: Flight left in time and got to our destination early. No wait for bags
Fordele: I made it safely to my destination.
Ulemper: Accommodation for my flight being over two hours late.
Ulemper: Be on time next time
Ulemper: I’m extremely frustrated. When I booked my flight, i was told that the flight would NOT be a full flight due to COVID. It was almost completely full. I was not comfortable with that nor did i receive any notification that it was going to be full prior to boarding. I’m extremely frustrated.
Ulemper: Protecting passengers over profits for a heartless PE firm for start. You don’t even make an attempt to use CDC guidelines.
Fordele: At the wrong gate for a while they saint change it on the monitors I was on the other end I keep hearing my location on the intercom, but the monitor stated I was at the correct gate.
Ulemper: Change the gates
Ulemper: The flight was full. Expected some level of social distancing.
Fordele: Quick and easy
Ulemper: Everything was as to be expected
Fordele: Great crew
Ulemper: Snacks please. Or atleast a drink would be nice.
Ulemper: Well, you could have felt that when there is an unprecedented pandemic illness and federal guidance against travel that you don't doubly penalize customers who (1) cannot travel due to the extraordinary public health crisis of COVID 19 and, (2) are devastated that he cannot celebrate his best friend's 40th birthday despite being the thing he looked forward to for months and would love to use a travel voucher in the future when this whole thing eventually blows over. Imagine what your company could gain by being good.
Ulemper: Wi-fi was down so didn’t have any entertainment options.
Should provide a little snack - something - for free along with beverage.
Ulemper: Very comfortable. Had all three seats. A lot of crying babies, but I understand the pressure in their ears make it very uncomfortable for them.
Ulemper: Have WIFI
Ulemper: Boarding stated on boarding pass was 435pm and we didn’t even hear from a person until after 5pm for boarding ohh Th we wise everything was good

Ulemper: Check in desk wasn’t labeled with Sun Country. It said Canada Air. Nothing posted about needing to get a departure tax prepaid.
Ulemper: Sat in the plane for 90 minutes due to door issue.
No snacks offered.
Fordele: Nonstop flight.
Ulemper: Seats are a little tight.
Fordele: Everything was great with sun country

Fordele: The crew were friendly and professional!
Fordele: Crew seemed to have some issues with people in wrong seats - they handled it very professionally and explained to everyone why it was important to be in their assigned seats.
Ulemper: Drop trays could be cleaned and bathrooms were very dirty. Needs a good deep clean!
Fordele: Prompt departure and arrival. Efficient inflight crew. Simple inflight entertainment on personal devices.
Ulemper: Snacks. Please serve basic snacks sun country
Ulemper: It took 45 minutes for baggage even though it was after midnight and very few planes at the terminal.
Ulemper: Late flight, minimal beverage service....on a four hours on a plane one would expect at least a second pass through the cabin with water
Fordele: Excellent crew on this Sun Country flight. My typical experience has been that their FAs are pretty new.
Boarded quickly, smooth flight, crew efficiently handled the passengers, arrived early. Seating new, clean, comfortable for a budget airline.
Ulemper: Beverage service remains complimentary. No snacks however we offered on this flight.
Fordele: Well we made it to our destination and it was on time.
Ulemper: There was no kiosk, no one working until 6:30 pm, the employees were rude, tossed our bags carelessly, condescending, nonexistent email communication when trying to precheck and make sure we were set up, the girl making announcements kept messing up and getting mad at herself and stopping her announcement so it was hard to keep track of who was boarding. The seats were incredibly tight - OH and it was ridiculous that after purchasing tickets they then hit you with additional fees - like you have to PAY to pick a seat?! And then if you want to bring a carry on it costs the same as a checked bag?! Nickle and diming at its finest. All of the passengers we talked to from our flight all said the same thing. We will never fly Sun Country again.
Ulemper: It would be nice if the pilot would tell us what state we are flying over or give us information about what we are looking at out the windows. We only get -we are experiencing a bit of turbulence or we will begin our descent in about 20 minutes. They may see the view all the time and know where they are but we don’t fly much and would like to know.
Fordele: Good crew. Good pilot.
Ulemper: Other flights I've been on included a snack. Also, there were very few in flight movie options on the Sun Country app.
Ulemper: On time

Ulemper: My ears have never hurt so badly on a flight before.
Fordele: Crew members were friendly and fun
Ulemper: Delay after boarding caused us to sit on plane at gate for over an hour with no explanation of why.
Fordele: My special needs son wasn’t seated with us, crew was very kind and accommodating. And even though we managed to shuffle the rest of the family ourselves, they came back to check to make sure he wasn’t by himself.
Fordele: Flight Crew was professional and pleasant for a full flight.
Ulemper: Checking in was a nightmare. Long line and SLOW! Stood in line for over 2 hours - the tsa line that was longer only took 20 minutes. Many people were shut off from their flight due to Sun Country being so slow and they were not helpful to those that lost their flight. Counter staff was slow and many didn’t know what they were doing - had to wait for the manager to come walk them through checking in.
Fordele: The plane took off, flew and landed safely.
Ulemper: When I bought my ticket, I didn't realize I would have to pay $35 to put a bag in the overhead compartment and $35 to check a bag; only a personal item under the seat in front of me was free (came with the ticket price). This resulted in the ticket being at least $70 more expensive than I anticipated. Probably could have gotten a cheaper flight overall. Also, the plane was 2 hours and 45 minutes late in taking odf, resulting in landing 1:00 am. I picked my flight time deliberately to avoid flying after about 11:30 pm. With the lateness of the flight, I probably could again have gotten a cheaper flight that was scheduled to land in the wee hours of the morning. Finally, the complimentary food was non-existent - didn't even get a cookie or small bag of pretzels. Did get a free drink and water.
Ulemper: Late going down to Vegas and late coming home from Vegas.
Fordele: Flight was fine
Ulemper: 3 hour delay sucked.
Fordele: Crew was terrific! Nice folks. Courteous and professional
Ulemper: I paid extra for a window seat and ended up next to a bulkhead with no window. I can get claustrophobic so concerning and Frustrating! Also, unlike the trip to Minneapolis where the Wi-Fi worked great the Wi-Fi was awful on the return trip and made watching a movie challenging.
Fordele: Counter attendant was most helpful.
Flight attendants were more cocerned with selfies.
Fordele: The seat pocket had enough room to fit my book and water bottle.
Ulemper: Make it clear right up front that you charge for checked bags and overhead carry on bags - my flight is now $70 more expensive than I thought; don't charge for overhead carry on bags as well as for checked bags; at least provide a bag of free pretzels or something with the free beverage, fly on time, when you don't fly on time, update the monitors in the arrival airport as soon as possible - not just after the original arrival time (by then it's too late for the people picking me up!).
Ulemper: Super uncomfortable seating, WiFi/entertainment did not work. Given 1/2 of a drink. Which would have been ok if the price of the flight had been really low, but in fact the flight wasn’t that much less than the other airlines.
Fordele: Most of the crew was very friendly. Good selection of entertainment options and decent food and beverage options.
Ulemper: I had three short interactions with one of the female flight attendants who never made eye contact. The movie service frequently froze for 30-60 seconds at a time.
Fordele: I would like you don’t delay the flight and time.
Ulemper: It could have been better if it was on time.
Ulemper: Delays could have been communicated better. My overhead light wasn’t functional.

Ulemper: Snacks and working entertainment
Fordele: One helpful person at baggage check.
Ulemper: We arrived early at recommended time. The line was so long that by the time our family of 6 reached the front, they had put us on standby for 8 hours later, then that flight was delayed. SunCountry owes me not only what I paid for tickets, but also for my PTO used, my spouse’s PTO and the expenses incurred which include food and the UBer because the car rental will be closed by the time we arrive. This may include the extra expense now of a hotel night at our destination. I could not be more disgusted.

Ulemper: I wish there was an option for WiFi

Fordele: Love the how comfy the seats are and the USB charging ports at each seat.
Ulemper: Airfi could’ve been better. It didn’t load any movies for me at all. I got frustrated and just went to sleep.
