Fordele: Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on.
Ulemper: Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time.

Fordele: The crew was great!
Ulemper: Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money.
Fordele: The plane was already delayed they didnt notify us and when they posted the time on the board, we went 15 mins before the take off and they didnt let us on the plane
Fordele: Nothing Horrible service
Ulemper: The customer service. The flight attendants have no respect
Fordele: Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well.
I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated.
Ulemper: More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again.

Ulemper: I was not familiar with Transavia before this trip. It is a discount airline. ‘Nuff said. I guess I understand now why the ticket was so cheap...
Fordele: Nothing I like!
Ulemper: No free food or at least water. You need to pay for everything. High air fare, No seat LCD TV, No wifi. Worst airline ever
Ulemper: I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket

Fordele: Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!

Ulemper: Water for free. I prefer airlines where I can drink my own one or two beers ;-)

Ulemper: No changes to be made, or offer a free coffee
Ulemper: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Ulemper: Extremely hot boarding and no air conditioning while waitin to taxi to runway.
Ulemper: The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect.
Ulemper: No delay
Ulemper: We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again.

Ulemper: Timing Cz I was delay 1 hour and half ! And we already booked a taxi to pick us from the airport and he left n charge us! ! So we had to take another taxi . As for the website! I’m trying to book luggage online I can’t get through at all! I’ve been trying since yesterday ... thnx

Ulemper: Easyjet seats are way better. Limiting the hand (cabin) luggage to 10kg and actually weighting it is ridiculous.

Ulemper: monitors for flightinformation was not present. the stewardess was acting here performance for incidents. not 2019 anymore !!!

Good value for money
Fordele: I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground.
Ulemper: It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can.
Ulemper: Delayed 2 hours
Fordele: Nice crew and pilots! Good food and beverage selection
Ulemper: No wifi. Luggage went to Detroit instead of Amsterdam. Was delivered 3 days later to the house I was visiting in sevilla Spain
1st time but not the last time
Fordele: Quick boarding and friendly crew.
Ulemper: Only being able to carry on one bag even though some people had 2. There was plenty of room in the overhead bins.
Fordele: Both of our experience to an from Alicante via Amsterdam has been an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transfers went without a hitch. I would recommend KLM to anyone to fly with.

Fordele: Nothing...it was ridiculous
Ulemper: No kiosks? No online check in? Seats were vinyl and terrible, and the plane was hot. It took us over 2 hours to check in
Fordele: It got me here in one piece
Ulemper: High school kids ran wild talking screaming standing in aisles and flight crew did nothing to stop all of the noise and nuisance. More like a flying bus than airplane
Fordele: Crew was professional. We did not have food on the flight nor used the entertainment.
Ulemper: There was a huge lad beside us and the seats & legroom are less than we would like. The huge lad made it uncomfortable Bob
Great price and comfortable
Fordele: New plane, comfortable and the staff is nice
Ulemper: Even a small plastic bag with McDonald's in it is considered a hand luggage! The staff need to be in more control of the travelers - we had one & a half hours delay because a traveller wanted to change seats and didn't sit down.
Fordele: Seats were more comfortable than I expected.
Ulemper: It would have been better to have 2 carry ons. Even a bag of snacks was considered a carry on and i had to put it and my purse in my backpack.
Cheapo flight fine, airport a nightmare
Fordele: Crew and pilots appeared competent. The plane was clean, the air conditioning worked well, even when we boarded in Crete.
Ulemper: The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in.
Fordele: Our of the budget airlines I've flown, this has been the best. They were upfront about the things they didn't include, and gave you the option to purchase them simply. Crew was excellent and friendly.
Ulemper: Unfortunately, we were about 30-45 min delayed. Wasn't an issue for us, but could have been with a connection. Seats weren't too comfortable.
Fordele: Lost cost, I suppose you get what you pay for.
Ulemper: Very slow to clear the waste cups and litter away. Only one run of drinks service. Very slow to get off the plane at Rotterdam, had to wait for geriatrics and disabled to get off the plane first and took forever.
Changing fly date
Fordele: the date I take my flight, my father makes accident and I find no time to travel on the date of reservation
Ulemper: I have contact customer service to make the change of the date, it is answer me that I have not the right
Ulemper: Our plane was delayed an hour and then when we landed well after midnight our bag came off the plane with a broken shoulder strap. Will not fly again.
Ulemper: Not much food choice otherwise a really good flight
Ulemper: It didn’t happen.
Ulemper: Wpuld be helpful to be able to put the online boarding pass in iPhone “wallet.
Fordele: There was an airplane
Ulemper: No leg room, chaotic boarding, uncomfortable seats, delayed flight
Ulemper: Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible.
Cattle on no frills airline
Fordele: Inexpensive fares are worth something. Where else can you fly half way across the EU for 150 euro? The crew was cheerful and helpful. Website, phone app and email reminders are great.
Ulemper: You do pay alacarte for everything. And service suffers in the name of low price. Checked bags, drinks and food. Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap.
