Ulemper: Give clear information as to what is included in reduced fair. A small carry on should always be allowed without additional charges. And they didn’t seat my partner and I next to each other, wanted to charge to put us together, and the seat was empty.

No water or drinks were provided in context of possible turbulence.
Do not recommend this flight at all. Stay clear of it. Pay the extra and travel Sky or Latam.
Fordele: It was a basic flight. You can only carry on a personal item, no roller bags without extra costs.
Ulemper: We paid for tickets only to find out at check-in that we would have to pay another $165 USD for printed boarding passes and two carry-on bags. I understand budget airlines, but that price for two pieces of paper and two carry-ons is absurd.

You can’t like a flight that forgets all passengers luggage

Awful experience ever
Fordele: Nothing. There’s no food offered since it’s a 1 hr and 15 minute flight you have to buy it. Twice our flight was delayed even after we purchased the departure time to be 6:05am to arrive in Cusco before the 8:25am train leaves.
Ulemper: The one thing that really was terrible about this airline is that not only was our departure late but we were suppose to leave Cusco at 8:05 am and our flight was delayed 7 hrs with 2 small children and they didn’t even offer you water as a Curtisy of being late. This airline or any Peruvian airline is garbage, please splurge on a decent airline that will at least give their passengers water. I really would like my money back but they wouldn’t even give me anything because it’s not ‘there fault’.
Ulemper: Had to buy ticket again because we were supposed to have online tickets beforehand, and I failed to do this because I never saw any notification to the effect.
I'm not flying with Viva Aerobus again.
Ulemper: An airline that charges if you go over 10kg as overweight luggage on carry on (about 30%-35% upcharge to the airline ticket). They have a security personnel actually verifying weights to charge the additional fee.
An airline that doesn't allow you to board with coffee. I've been traveling quite heavily for the past 11 years, and it's the first airline that has this policy for a 1hr flight. Ridiculous.

Ulemper: Their staff was extremely rude in Guadalajara. They threatened to not let us on the plane just for wanting to take some shoes out of our bag prior to checking the bag in. The front desk person got upset out of nowhere just because he briefly had to wait for us to remove the shoes from the bag. He then purposely issued us tickets for three that were all spread away from each other when we were originally suppose to sit together. The flight was delayed for 4 and a half hours. Every 30 mins they would add another 30 mins to the delay. Made it nearly impossible to know when we were going to board. The flight attendant on the plane wouldn't allow me to get up to use the restroom until everyone was on board. I have bladder issues, so that was not ok. The flight attendants were rude as well. No one seemed to enjoy their job on that flight. The overall quality of the plane was pretty bad. They advertise having the newest planes, but that was by far the oldest and most run down plane that I've been on. No leg room at all, and the seats do not recline at all. Made it a very tight squeeze. Never flying with VIVA AEROBÚS ever again.
Ulemper: The worst customer service I have ever experience. Also Kayak failed to give me the details of this flight and ended paying a lot of money for getting our boarding passes and checking in two bags.
VivaAereobus charged us for printing boarding passes when I wasn't even allowed to check-in online. Terrible experience but also I blame Kayak for not giving me the details when I purchased my ticket.

Ulemper: Flight did not leave on time although my email said it did. There was no entertainment. My bag was marked fragile and I had many things broken when I looked in it after the flight.
Tip: Boarding Gates
Ulemper: All flights are listed as gate B at MEX until they're assigned a gate. But that doesn't sometimes happen until 20 mins before the flight takes off. Or in my case, never. So check in with information 25-30 mins before departure so they can tell you the gate. Mine was never posted, and the signage at the gate was listed a different city. So be sure to ask over & over again!
Very uncomfortable seats
Ulemper: Male crew member was rude, bags took forever to come out. The seats are the most umcomfortable seats, they don't recline

Ulemper: Var nødt til at købe billet igen, fordi vi skulle have online billetter på forhånd, og jeg undlod at gøre det, fordi jeg aldrig så nogen meddelelse om virkningen.
Jeg flyver ikke med Viva Aerobus igen.
Ulemper: Et flyselskab, der opkræver gebyr, hvis du går over 10 kg som overvægt ved transport (ca. 30% - 35% i tillæg til flybilletten). De har en sikkerhedspersonale, der faktisk kontrollerer vægte for at opkræve det ekstra gebyr.

Ulemper: Flyvetiden blev ændret før turen til at være ca. 5 timer senere end da jeg reserverede. Mistede en hel aften af min ferie og ankom kl. 1 om morgenen
Ulemper: Den værste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Kajak gav mig heller ikke detaljerne om denne flyrejse og endte med at betale en masse penge for at få vores boardingkort og checke to tasker ind.
VivaAereobus debiterede os for at printe boardingkort, da jeg ikke engang fik lov til at checke ind online. Forfærdelig oplevelse, men jeg bebrejder også Kayak, at han ikke gav mig detaljerne, da jeg købte min billet.

Ulemper: Flyrejsen gik ikke til tiden, selv om min e-mail sagde, at det gjorde det. Der var ingen underholdning. Min taske var mærket skrøbelig og jeg havde mange ting i stykker, da jeg kiggede i den efter flyvningen.
Tip: Boardinggates
Ulemper: Alle afgange er angivet som gate B ved MEX, indtil de er tildelt en gate. Men det sker ikke nogle gange før 20 minutter, før flyrejsen starter. Eller i mit tilfælde aldrig. Så tjek ind med oplysninger 25-30 minutter før afgang, så de kan fortælle dig porten. Mit blev aldrig lagt op, og skiltningen ved porten var opført i en anden by. Så sørg for at spørge igen og igen!
Meget ukomfortable stole
Ulemper: Mandlige besætningsmedlemmer var uhøflig, tasker tog evigheder om at komme ud. Sæderne er den mest umcomfortable pladser, de ikke læn dig tilbage
Fordele: Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.

Ulemper: Vi var nødt til at betale for boardingkort. Hvilket var en overraskelse, at der ikke var nogen meddelelse ved bestilling af flt om, at der var en afgift, sæderne små og trange, ingen plads til at nedfælde benene. Meget ubehageligt fly.
