Ulemper: Water can still be free, I mean I know it’s a budget airline, but water?
Fordele: I had a goos seat the crew was courteugus/
Ulemper: The check in was.very slow only one person at the desck making it very stresfull for passangers. we had to hurry to the gate because nit. I will have more personel to expedite check in, also need to provide the paperwork requiere like the health declaration it was rewuiere to pass to boarding and there was no forms any were. Passangers had to scrable to find some. Running agains the clock because all the delay to check in. 2hrs on line is ecxesive.

I requested a mobility chair and was denied, however they did get a chair for my grandma at the airport.
I was told by my grandma that there was a portion of the walk to the gate that she had to walk, she made it, but she got tired. This is not professional at all.
Fordele: The friendly of the staff and that the crew was strict to put order in the unloading

Ulemper: Our flight got delay 2 hours

Ulemper: No free food or drink. They give you a menu with overpriced sandwiches, then inform you they've run out. One look around the plane and you see no one is eating. You have to pay with credit card and wont accept cash, which is nonsense! Had to ask them 3 times for my cup of noodles.
Fordele: Cleanliness of the plane and cabin
Ulemper: Online check-in needs work!
Ulemper: Crew is always late. Felt like we were thrown into a box and rocketed through the air. Handled my bag horribly. Was covered in mud in arrival
Fordele: Very friendly and welcoming crew.
Ulemper: Service was great!
Ulemper: We borded plane and stayed and did not depart until 1hr and a half after. No explanation from crew as they sat and joked around. Once plane did leave the crew was extremely childish having full blown personal conversations loudly during the flight. During the emergency briefing crew was laughing at eachothers jokes. Super unprofessional overall
Ulemper: No way to get a refund, which seems crazy in light of the COVID-19 situation.
Fordele: the fly was delayed and the seats are too crowd

Ulemper: No reclining seats very little leg room
Ulemper: Communication! Flight was delays over 5 hours. The flight changed from delayed to on time twice throughout the day.
Ulemper: We were 7 hours delayed with no explanation and the airline was terrible.
Fordele: We got VIP Boarding without choosing in advance.
Ulemper: Very little legroom, seats were not reclinable at all, not a single snack included. Cheap.
Fordele: Cheap and on time.
Ulemper: No Wi_Fi on board so that could be better.
Fordele: Able to fall asleep as soon as possible during my flight.
Ulemper: For starters, when I checked in I was charged for a damn carry on!?!? Super unexpected expense, and in my opinion wrongfully executed. I was told that I had to pay for my carry on or else I could not board the plane. When I asked why, he said it was over the limit, I weighed it and then he said, u have to add the other small bag too. — THE OTHER SMALL BAG WAS A BAG FILLED WITH SOUVENIR ITEMS PURCHASED AT THEIR AIRPORT PRIOR TO ME CHECKING IN! I explained that and of course nothing happened. The viva aerobús person that ran the register is called Jose A. Carrizo #21 badge. 31/12/2021. - The problem is not the amount that I paid, but the fact that customers before me were not asked to pay, even though I could clearly read the numbers on the scale as they weighed it. My bag weighed 10 kg exactly. i weighed it when I packed it. And the other bag was a bag used to carry around souvenirs from the airport. I think this was a bad way to do business and I’m simply not happy about it.
Ulemper: Terrible turbulence and very uncomfortable seats

Fordele: The flight attendants were great. They gave very good service.
Ulemper: The menu listed sandwiches but they didn’t have any :( The temperature inside the plane was so stuffy and hot. I prefer warmer temperatures but this was terrible.
Ulemper: Seat space
Ulemper: Make the luggage policy and fees more clear, they charged me 50$ for no good reason. Smallest seats I've ever had in my life.
Fordele: Airplane was clean, crew was attentive and made for a peaceful ride.
Ulemper: Many things could have been better. There was no kiosk for check in, the crew was not helpful prior to checking in, multiple occurrences where a group member was stopped for no reason by airline crew member, there were at least two seats that were duplicated on the airlines part, there was a delay on the flight due to over booked seatings, seats did not recline, no phone charging services.
Fordele: Price is unbeatable. Convenient direct flight. The rest is all charged so I didn't make use of it. But for those who did pay, it seemed to be fine.
Ulemper: If at least water was provided for free.
Ulemper: In your email, can you include what door I enter at the airport terminal 1? It was a bit difficult to find the ticketing area

Ulemper: Checkin in, boarding, Seats, on board entertainment, food
Fordele: They gave me a free checked bag! When I took out my credit card to pay for it, he said "No, es un regalo (gift)." How nice for a budget airlines!! May have been due to the holidays, but Volaris just charged me MORE for a bag during the holidays. We boarded on time and landed early. Our baggage came fairly quickly as well. Those are important things to me (especially if I have to catch a bus or a connecting flight)
I'll definitely use Viva Aerobus again!!
Ulemper: The seats were pretty cramped, especially if you're tall. But that's to be expected. What I thought they could've done (and this goes for all the cheapo airlines) was at least offer us a cup of water. I mean, come on!
Ulemper: Did not my luggage
Ulemper: I was early to aborde and I wasn’t allow to check in due to apprently being late
Ulemper: They weighed bags 3 times just to to to get money not for the safety of the flight
Fordele: I liked that they got me to my destination alive.
Ulemper: The seats, being on time, docking at the right terminal so we didn’t have to bus to another terminal to go through customs, the food, the check in process... everything was sub par. For a thousand dollar ticket, I’ll never fly Volaris or Viva Aerobús again.
Fordele: Flight itself.

Ulemper: Some glitches in the loading of your pages made The printing of boaring pass and electronic ticket complicated and confusing resulting in an extra charge yo print the boarding pass.
Ulemper: seats don't even recline
Ulemper: Luggage delivery is still incredibly slow!!
20 mins for the first piece
Fordele: I didn’t get chance to flight . They changed departure time . At the first time when I showed up at my gate 17A , 50 minutes before the departure there was a lot of people waiting for flight to Hermosillo , not the Cancun. ( wasn’t any information about Cancun flight on information display) When I asked crew from desk about my flight to Cancun they told that I need to wait for announcement . I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it.
They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later.

Ulemper: 1. Couldn’t do web check-in 2. When picked my seat in vivaerobus website , emergency seats were not indicated, as a result, i got exactly a seat infront of the emergency seats line. Not only my seat wouldn’t lean, it was also less than 90 degrees. I was terribly uncomfortable the whole flight!!!
