Ulemper: Volaris has no social distancing in flight
Fordele: Super rude, starting from the check-in counter to security inspection to boarding the plane- every attendant we asked a question to or asked for assistance had no clue what to do or respond.
Ulemper: Get better-qualified personnel.
Ulemper: Boarding too many unnecesary questions
Ulemper: Customer service.
Ulemper: Complimentary drinks & snacks
Ulemper: The social distancing was completely random. I had two girls sitting next to me meanwhile there were entire rows of seats completely open. Totally unnecessary!

I watched a crew member pick her nose.
Ulemper: It was a little too warm
Fordele: Is hard to think what did I like. Nothing
Ulemper: Poor customer service. They charge for every thing. You cannot change your trip without charges. They do not answer when you call them. The fly attendant are rode.
Ulemper: That they would have let my parents actually fly.
Fordele: Good price, cheerful people, direct flight.
Ulemper: Not charging extra for everything-- bag, carry on, seat selection, etc.
Ulemper: First time flying Volaris, both flights were delayed. The seats were very uncomfortable and overall bad experience.
Ulemper: Have electric outlets, seats too tight, have beverage service
Horrible trip, horrible service
Ulemper: Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris.

Ulemper: The airport reps were not at all helpful and my flight was changed to noon vs. The one I purchased.
Fordele: Service staff were very nice. I felt bad for them. See below.
Ulemper: Flying in an airplane that has the fuel to make it to the destination. We had to make an emergency stop during take off. The pilot said an American pilot in another plane caused him to make the emergency stop. Then he said we had to refuel!!!

Ulemper: They flew me from Veracruz to Guadalajara 3 hours later than scheduled. Instead of making an effort for several passangers to catch the flight from Guadalajara to Fresno (also ran by Volaris) they would not let us board the Fresno flight; even though the gate was still open and the last passengers were boarding. Instead, Volaris sent me to Los Angeles (they gave me the option of flying to Fresno, but 5 days later. I don't live in Guadalajara and that was not my final destination). In Los Angeles, I had to take a cab from the LAX to the Bus Station, take the bus to Fresno (spend all night on the bus) and take a cab to the Fresno airport to pick up my automobile. Thank you Volaris . . . great job!
Fordele: The flight was mostly empty
Ulemper: The flight attendant Paola was super rude. None of them had a pen even though they know every single passenger has to complete a customs form. Also, the gentleman at the counter was rude and said several expletives when I was boarding bc he had to do a little extra work to print out a boarding pass for my infant.
Fordele: On schedule A+, even ahead of schedule a few minutes.
Ulemper: Very little legroom, not reclinable seats, no carry-on included, no snacks included for the 3+ hour flight. They should include more for the price.
Ulemper: There were four gate changes. My husband was in a wheelchair and we were running back-and-forth trying to keep up with the changes. They don’t even give you water on the flight. If there is no food OK. But there should be water. The whole thing reminded me of traveling on a second class bus. Won’t do it again
Fordele: The crew were fantastic and the seats were comfortable.
Ulemper: Leg space was a bit tight for a tall person so if you can get an exit row do it.
Ulemper: Everything needs to change! Worst airline worst service rude people. Horrific experience wish I got my money back.
Ulemper: It was awful. Was not offered any food and refused when asked for water. Seats are awful uncomfortable and for small people, no leg room at all. No internet no space no comfort nothing. The attendants were rude and refused to speak English. It was horrible I will never use volaris again

Ulemper: no cold air on the flight, it was so hot on the plane, it was delayed
Ulemper: Boarding timeliness and process was bad.
Ulemper: You should provide food as you used to. Prices for food are very expensive on the plane, but plane tickets are still the same. They aren't cheaper at all.
Ulemper: Connecting flight was a nightmare. Airline did not accepted electronic boarding pass.
They made me make a 1 hr. line to get a paper one. Couple of passengers and I almost lost flight.
Volariis counter staff did not provided nor informed a paper boarding pass was needed to fly internationally when I told them I was traveling to Dallas.
Ulemper: Treat form Volaris personal at Cancun terminal

Ulemper: Giving food to passengers as it used to be.
Ulemper: If they had a vegetarian food option to purchase, and not only different kinds of meat.
Ulemper: I was flying with my husband and 3 you. Children and couldn’t sit together.
I was not told the high luggage charges and that I could register before for a cheaper rate. The lines to check in were over 1 hour and 20 minutes wait. The flight attendants do not speak English so could not communicate or help me at all.
Fordele: I only chose this flight because it is direct to Guadalajara.
Ulemper: Let me pay for my bags ahead of time. Seats are the smallest in the industry. Hurt my knees when the person in front of my moved. Charging money for everything isn't worth the money. My money is in my bag. The little bit of revenue you get from these sales isn't worth the lack of good will and discomfort given to the passengers.
Fordele: The passengers sitting by me were very helpful. They put my carryon on the overhead rack for departure and arrival.
The handicapped attendant was excellent when I arrived in Cancun and stayed with me until my transfer was found.
Ulemper: I have traveled several times annually with Volaris for at last 13 years and this is the first time the service was so bad, virtually no service was offered at any time. Everything seemed disorganized. No food was offered or even a glass of water. I am 86 years old and travel handicapped all over the world with excellent service. I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible.
Fordele: I sat in the first row so I had a lot of space and leg room. But the seats in coach looked super super cramped, and I heard people complaining. The crew was very very nice.
Ulemper: Check in was very very very very slow and the crew didn’t seem to care at all. I also got charged 75$ for my one bag. The people at the gate were not professional and everyone around me was complaining about their experience. I will never ever fly Volaris again. They should GO OUT OF BUSINESS.!

Ulemper: Crew informing passengers better, being reimbursed for seats i paid for but couldn't sit in because of a plane change
Ulemper: I’m very surprised for the poor service.and hold the people inside the plane for an hrs before departure iin Mexico City and Guadalajara. You have to work harder to your personal goals. For good service.
Fordele: The trip was for my mom , she couldn’t aboard the plane because the need a confirmation number not just with her name ,she lost the flight
