Ulemper: Always late, an they blame it on the previous flight, as if it is operated by different company
Ulemper: Being on time. Always their standard excuse to be late is due to delay from previous flight; as if each flight run by different company.
Fordele: Bad experience with flynas
Ulemper: Saudia airplanes much better. This is the last time with flynas.
Ulemper: Flight again delayed , over 2 hours Complete lack of communication from the crew Once landed waited ages for the buses, once in the buses also waited ages on the Tarmack A complete disaster from start to finish And again no one to talk to no compensation Will not use these! airline ever again !
Fordele: Flight got delayed for an hour and they changed the craft to another airline which was super uncomfortable small and narrow seats and aircraft smells bad

Fordele: The boarding was easy and the personnel was so nice, the flight took up early and reached before time
Ulemper: The entertainment in the flight
Ulemper: not delaying 2 hours
Fordele: The flight arrived 30 min earlier than the scheduled time.
Ulemper: The coffee wasn't hot enough.. No hanger available on the flight to hang clothes.. Luggage took too long to arrive to terminal.
Fordele: The crew was very rude. They were not helpful at any stage.
Ulemper: Crew members should be trained properly about how to be nice in dealing with passengers.
Fordele: Business class seats are very comfy & dinner on airplane was delicious.
Ulemper: They are still using busses for boarding in both Taif and in Dammam airports.
Fordele: Departure was on time. Riyadh airport had good facilities.
Ulemper: During boarding, the line was held up moving passengers around. At Jeddah airport, stairs are hard for children and elderly.
Ulemper: Late departure and messy airport at jeddah

Ulemper: No knee room, pointy metal seat backs. Hard seats they charge for a can of soda...

Ulemper: There was no pillow on the flight and the hostess was rude
Onboarding took long time
Fordele: Onboarding took long time though i had reached airport at 8 pm. They didnt give me boarding pass for my second connection flight. Asked me to get it at abudhabi airport.
Ulemper: Ethihad Needs to train their employees.
I was not allowed to travel
Fordele: Howcome i was denied travelling when i had a booked and confirmed ticket? I am asked to travel after 11 hours. For me time is equal to money. Ethihad people in abu dhabi airport terminal 3 people treated me very badly and rudely.
Ulemper: Please speak to airline and give me a compensation for the huge loss i had due to this ignorance from ethihad and the organizers like you.I will share my experience with my friends and all social media groups and will do everything possible to spread this bad way of managing tickets and customers.
Fordele: Timing and convenient. No stops
Ulemper: I like Timing and convenient. No stops Or connection. I don’t like the jet its self, very old. I don’t like the the way they charge for EVERYTHING (seating, luggage, food...etc) They need to provide entertainment facilities

Fordele: Wide seats in the business, very cooperative attendances, departure and arrival on time, clean cabin and professional captain and crew.

Ulemper: Everything was fine, I didn’t order any food so can’t join dge
Ulemper: In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place.

Fordele: Dear, I made the booking through kayak fir Ethihad flight from Abudhabi to Riyadh and after the payment I surprised that which is been operated by Flynas. If I could know from the starting then I must buy Flynas which cost 1000 SR less than Ethihad. This is really cheating !!! And I can nit accept these kind of cheating. I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak.

Lost my luggage
Ulemper: There is no way of knowing which fly Nas flight I was supposed to board. Etihad is not very good at informing the customers about partner airline check in process. I was running around the airport like a mad man trying to figure out my flight number and check in station. The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail.

Terrible experience with etihad operator
Ulemper: Booked on etihad. Was not made aware connecting flight run by an operator of etihad (was in small print on final ticket - NOT communicated clearly). That furst flight was delayed 10 hours - not given any voucher for food or sleep, no etihad representative available to provide iformation about missed connections (everyone had missed their onward connection at this point). Phone of etihad is operator only never able to apeak to customer service. When called travel agent they said could not rebook me bc wtihad had not yet been informed of the delay of the first flight (even though their own operator!) Disaster in communicationa dn in tespect fot passengers from the outset. I will not fly again.
Fake airlines company
Ulemper: They say Al-Khayala airlines, which is Flynas (but merge in one company). That name cause me a big problem in Sabiha airport, the information desk confused just like me, how dare you to put Al-Khayala name on that booking? There is no website for it, no information, nothing. I was lucky to know on Wikipedia!

Ulemper: The boarding pass line. That idiot officer, who issued me the Boarding pass for Abu Dhabi to hyd but forgot issuing from Riyadh in the first place. Had to again return and request those idiots for their own mistake. Other one didn't allow me my laptop, which i had to leave at the airport. Also lost SR 1500/- while in the rubble.
