Price was great and I was able to get a vehicle very quickly and easily. My biggest issue was that I selected a Tesla or similar luxury electric vehicle and was downgraded to a Hyundai Venue, which is a subcompact gas SUV. The experience was poor, I did the check in online to pick up the car at 8:30 am and I arrived around 8:45 to pick up the car and the front desk lady told me they don’t have the car ready and I need to wait 30 minuts. I wait for almost 2 hours. Delay all my trip.Anmeldt d. 19. jan. 2026

The company lied about inventory and had no trucks available for rental and sent me a text message. I called and customer service had no idea what I was talking about. They told me to cancell my reservation and try again at another location. Avis/Budget kept sending me messages as if there was a reservation in progress but there wasn't and no other locations had trucks for remotely close to the price I had reserved. I really enjoyed the gentleman who checked me in. I was unsure of what type of vehicle to get and he guided me in the right direction perfect. So grateful What could be better is I was unsure of where to pick the car up there was nobody at the budget desk so I had to go inside the airport and turn the vehicle in as well as check it out there was nobody at the office in the parking garage when I picked up and when I dropped off. It was an easy experience. I had some wait time at the Budget in Baton Rouge but once I get checked in, I signed a few papers and checked the car. Then I was on my way. The car was a good and clean vehicle, tank was filled with gas. Pretty seamless. Drop-off in Broken Arrow was even easier. He checked the mileage and gave me my receipt, and I was on my way.
