Ulemper: They do not necessarily seat minor children with their parents.
Much bigger fight to get them to seat families together, which should be standard practice in the age of COVID.
Below average legroom. Much less than in America and elsewhere.

Ulemper: cleaner cabin. There was visible stains on the floor in front of my seats and I'm supposed to put my bag there.
Ulemper: Always the same problem - not enough leg room.
Ulemper: Nothing is free. You must pay for everything INCLUDING a glass of water.
Fordele: Relatively inexpensive and on time.
Ulemper: Absolutely no customer support. No one to call or contact. In theory, they have a contact through Facebook but no one picks up. If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy.
Not for tall people
Fordele: Quick boarding procedure, good price
Ulemper: I am tall... 197cm... and my seat had so little leg room, I couldn't sit normally. All exit seats were free, the flight attendant told me they can't move me because you need to pay extra for those seats. I don't need to get anything for free, but I paid for my seat just like everybody else and it's very frustrating I was forced to spend my flight sitting not only uncomfortably, but also in an unsafe position in case any serious turbulence happened.

Ulemper: Leg room very cramped, but ok for a 90 minute flight. Hot Seats are better for $20 USD each extra.

Ulemper: The check in, the ticket agent the service at baggage window the fact they over charge me for baggage the attitude and unwillingness to help or answer questions will never fly this airline again
Ulemper: Better customer service, very rude ground and in flight staff
Fordele: It's a cheap flight and wasn't really suppose to nice and comfortable.
Ulemper: The delay was scary as I had a connecting flight. And they don't really communicate and let you know what's going on.
Fordele: The crew was eventually accommodating. I am pregnant and asked if I could stretch out on the empty row behind us. However, it was an emergency row and no, we weren't allowed.
Eventually, they offered me a seat with an empty seat next to it. The other passenger in the row wasn't very happy with me sitting there. One of the stewards offered me the back row to stretch out. There was no one sitting there. I don't know why that wasn't one the first options. But I'm thankful that I was able to lay down and sleep.
Ulemper: The cabin is very crowded. No food or drinks are provided so be prepared to pay or bring your own.

Ulemper: Seats way too small and uncomfortable, no in flight entertainment or plugs, charged for basic drinks, cash only, Seats too close to one another, seat belt not made for American bodies, took off late. Basically the spirit airlines for East Asia
Fordele: Flying from Phuket was so easy, check-in quick and straightforward. I had chosen not to reserve our seats, and this time that meant that we were in the very back row, so had the pleasure of those in front of us in our laps, with no chance of reclining our own seats. It was a short flight, so no real damage was done.
Fordele: From Check-in through Boarding and the flight it was like a dream, full flight even departed early.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed, AFTER WE BOARDED, for 2 hours. No attempt was made to provide food or s reasonable explanation.
Fordele: Seats were not comfortable nor were they worth any upgrades offered flight is cheap if only flying with carry on, not fit for a full vacation. All accessories will be charged. It is the spirit airline of Asia.

Ulemper: Know that everything is charged in flight and the bag at check in , been traveling the same bag all over the world and I had to check in my backpack and extra high cost
Fordele: It was cheap.
Ulemper: Everything else. It is a budget airlines. Don Muang airport is awful compared to BKK. Lines are so long for everything. Even getting food has long lines in hot conditions. It really is necessary to get to the airport a long time in advance. For frequent travelers this is not good.

Comfortable flight
Fordele: Crew was excellent. Seats border on the awful. I am 6'2". My knees were almost touching my chest. And, the airline allows seats to recline. Seriously? Short flight however.
Ulemper: Boarding area at DMK was in a large area for gates 1-6. It was packed. Almost wall to wall people. No air conditioning. Blowers circulating hot air. Major thunderstorm delayed boarding for 1 1/2 hours. All flights. Chaos in the bordering area. Not fun.
