the service, the cost the bathroom was a bit tight, the elevators quite ugly and I don´t think it deserves to be a 4 star (although the deal I got was great)
The staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging Although touted as being a 4*, this was probably awarded some years ago - the rooms could do with a 'refresh'.
good location parking difficult
pleasant hotel clean, friendly staff very difficult to find, extremely difficult parking, also very difficult to find entrance to parking
close to shops Hard to park outside the hotel on first arrival. The hotel could do with redecoration.
We arrived on a public holiday and the hotel was very quiet. Reception staff were most helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The location of the hotel is such that it is only minutes walk from the historic centre of Murcia and from a wide selection of places to eat. As with many city centre hotels in Spain, the car park is a nightmare with limited space and many obstructions. A public car park is nearby and would have been a better option. Our room on the first floor overlooked the square at the rear of the hotel and it was not possible to obscure the windows to stop being overlooked. The curtains were heavy and almost blacked out the room.
nice building, very central and good breakfast slightly tired paintwork
Visiting the sights of the city of Murcia Nothing really.
Central, good restaurants very close, very efficient desk and parking service room small, but no problem for short stay
Location and staff friendliness. Pillows were rather flat and uncomfortable.
In the middle of town, especially useful during fiesta parking available, but access a bit difficult
Hotel very nice but very hard to find!!
Location of Hotel to main areas of interest Lack of bar facilities, although coffee bar was open on our last day.
city trip the hotel need to be renovated, it is quite outdated style, but nice price & services
Close to shopping we did leave after 1 night as was not in walking distance to the arena as we had been told. Were remoldeling so a bit askew. The person in the room next door took a shower at 4am and I thought I was in a raging waterfall as the wall was very thin apparently.
Ideal location for exploring the old town and cathedral . Helpful and friendly staff, bedroom clean and bright Bathroom very small with only a half bath. Walls are very thin, you can hear people next door quite easily
The location was good near the centre of the city and the hotel staff was friendly. Many of the hotel staff did not speak english, but the were though eager to serve in spite of the common language.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was just perfect in the center of the city, while it was cozy and quite.
location convenient for site seeing and shopping. Staff very helpful and courteous .Although we arrived two hours before check in it was no bother to them and we were allocated a room immediately
very central staff very poor at english.first room given was very poor,I was moved
Bottled water should be made available at all times.
Morning meal was good but felt rushed by staff to leave at 10:00 AM Lack of parking a problem even at check in. Surrounded by old buildings and neighborhood.
It was clean and central The room was on the small side and the breakfast was prettyu limited (shortage of fresh fruit and lacked variety)
We were very pleased with this hotel. The position is very central and the price was reasonable. We shall use again when visiting Murcia.
Comfortable, clean, close to the city center and central bus station. The breakfast was poor - just few pieces of cheese and ham, dried off and shrunk...
This hotel was central to where I needed to be. Everything in the room was smart, clean and worked! Despite being in a busy location, it was not noisy. Staff were always accomodating and friendly. My previous experiences of single rooms left a lot to be desired, but not this one. I thought it was excellent. The only thing (and this is very minor indeed) is that my room only had a window looking out into the central shaft, so it was pretty dark all the time and I could never tell what the weather was like.
Good locaton in the middle of the city.
The hotel is fully renewed, the room was very nice and confortable, nice TV set, complete (and expensive as everywhere else) minibar. Fairly good shower too. The cleaning service is quite noisy, forget about sleeping until 9. Breakfast is rather poor and absolutely not worth the 8 euros it costs.
Ok space might be little small in the room but I really prefer this hotel than many other 4* hotels. Even if "on the street" hotel is quiet for the location. Staff was execellent and i'm sorry for not finding the same guy on reception when leaving as I wanted to thank him for the room he gave us; the window was on the street and gave us the opportunity on 1st of may to have a priviledged view over a local celebration in the church in front of the hotel. Room is very clean and well designed/furbished considering infrastructural limits. Breakfast was very good and also a good choice we'd recommend. We were in a city trip but the hotel is also best for business. Well, yes the big problem is parking and being by car we've lost more than 1+1/2 hour to be lucky enough to find a parking place (in a forbidden area anyway). A towel hang was unsticked but this is suck a minor item compared to the rest that I still keep on suggesting the hotel (unless you're nervous on parking)
