Peaceful, friendly, helpful, welcoming, good food. A real haven that I looked forward to getting back to at the end of the day.
We appreciated the woman's touch in the way of leading the hotel: hospitality, kindness, precision and really good food!
In contrast to other hotels that arrange a random grand taxi when you need transportation to another city, El Reducto has its on van and driver. Their taxi is new, clean, and comfortable, and even has seat belts that work! This is in contrast to the normal grand taxis that have hundreds of thousands if not millions of miles on them and although they usually get you to your destination, sometimes you wonder whether you will make it.
Visited the town centre, rode the bus to other cities. The hotel is conveniently located at foot distance from the bus stations. And it's in the heart of Tetouan's Medina. Beware: this hotel is not wheelchair friendly. However it is perfect for a romantic escapade. Very elegant decor, beatiful rooms, impeccable service, generous breakfast, good food, it will make you feel like living in an Arabian Nights tale. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to return and recommend to other travellers.
Wonderful atmospheric place, great staff, very helpful, great restaurant, rooms straight out of 1001 nights, very comfortable and spacious
+Owners and personnel are really dedicated to their guests and very helpful. +Oasis in a busy city that lacks midrange hotels. +Excellent location for a Moroccan experience.
It´s wonderful !! Very kind people and lovely place!!!.
This is a beautiful hotel, and was a welcome retreat after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and Rabat. There wwere no restaurants open in Tetouan during our stay (Ramadan), so we ate in the hotel every night, and were very pleased with the range of dishes on offer and the excellent value for money. The salon was a very beautiful, atmospheric place to eat. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was decorated and furnished very nicely, including the witty touch of a framed poster for the film Casablanca. The staff were very helpful despite us baffling them with our terrible Spanish, they showed impeccable patience with us, and arranged for a lift to the beach at Martil and to the ferry at Tangier. Worth the visit to Tetouan on its own.
Helpful owners, delightful decor, excellent restuarant, central location with car park nearby. An internal phone and a fridge for the summer would be reasonable expectations for the price
The hot water from the shower. 1. When I booked the hotel online it was stated that the hotel was fully booked with only 1 room left. After reading this I booked the hotel immediately. However when I arrived at the hotel it was not busy at all! It was literally empty! Having seen this frustrated me, especially since there were no shops or people surrounding the hotel! Merely motorway roads, and mountains! The closest shops were 20 minutes away! 2. Upon arrival, we were expecting the hotel to have 'normal' food available but all that was available was 'tea' / snack food, I.e. Chocolate croissants and cakes. I was shown the restaurant menu and told that there would be REAL food, I.e. Meat, etc, available, but all that was available were a small amount of chips and fish.
