Ulemper: Very expensive and the surprising thing about this hotel is their children policy, they consider any child above 7 an adult and you should pay for him as one. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, below 12 years old, and I traveled to different countries around the world . I usually reserve one room for us but never paid any extra unless I requested an extra bed. In this hotel I paid 150 euro extra per child per night. I paid the extra amount because I did not want to ruin our vacation in spite of that most hotels in Antalya have a better children policy and would not have cost me that much. Internet was very bad: we couldn’t get connected from any where of the hotel

Ulemper: Very disappointing welcoming and attitude from reception staff and front office manager, they are very rude and don’t offer any help, they make you simply feel guilty for choosing their hotel!!! I felt like canceling my entire booking with them as this was supposed to be the first impression! They give me the room key without explaining any of the hotel services and privileges and when I asked the reception staff he asked me rudely to read the booklet!! I will never book this hotel again!

Fordele: Det er meget svært at give en vurdering af stedet og dennes faciliteter, idet det var var i forsæsonen vi har været der. Men vi kan se et stort potentiale med alle de tilbud, som huset kan tilbyde. Dog er man lidt fastlåst angående evtl gåture langs stranden, idet der desværre ikke eksistere nogen form for strandpromenade. Dog kan man gå og nyde en pæn lille tur til byen Lara - alternativt er Antalya kun 25 km fra Barum Lara, som kan nås med de hyppig kørende busser tæt på hotellet.

Fordele: Det er et rigtigt godt hotel dygtige personale og de er enorm serviceminded. Vi følte os hjemme og i gode trygge hænder, og vi fik altid den hjælp vi havde brug for. Maden i det hele taget er fantastisk. Det eneste udfordring var at børneklub var åben bestemte tidspunkter, hvilket gjorte ferien med et barn på 2 år besværligt.

Fordele: Comfortable beds, lots of toiletries including shaving foam and razor. Fruit, wine and chocolates on arrival (I prefer white wine though!). The food was superb and so much choice. Loved being able to have a late breakfast and skip lunch maybe, just have an afternoon snack or even an ice-cream. The best for me was that sparkling wine was included! We enjoyed listening to the pianist in the evening, whilst having a drink in the comfortable chairs - my husband sang a couple of songs too! Brilliant and look forward to our return :)

Fordele: First of all We thanks Mr.SINAN at reception ,as we booked an ordinary room but they gave us the big one with see view without extra fee. We thanks ZHANNA at guest relation and her warm hospitality. The food was wery delicious and healthy. Indor pool was clean and excellent,you can feel sea in it. ARDA,great coach at archery. Ali,kind man in restaurant , all were the best. The nature in barut is brilliant and lovely. I really recommend this hotel and will back again.

Ulemper: The staff at hotel do not speak a word of English and those that do, abuse this. They con guests by selling services within hotel such as spa at a price that the guest cannot refuse but upon checking out you are given a totally different price and as you cannot prove this you are obliged to pay that balance. Fordele: Friendly staff, clean facilities, good access to the sea. This is nor good or bad, but worth keeping in mind - majority of tourists are from Russia and in most cases staff speaks Russian better than English.
Ulemper: Main complaint is food. It was tasty and they had a variety of different things to choose from, however it was very similar every single day for lunch and dinner... Also it is worth mentioning that it is a huge hotel, therefore it was very crowded.

Ulemper: I expect a five start hotel would provide a bigger bathroom. Three meals are all buffet style. There is no individually served restaurants on the property for free. We are used to all inclusive hotels provide different style services restaurants for couple dine.

Fordele: I was in Antalya for my wedding anniversary. Upon check in i told the reception who directed me to guest relations where i was gifted a complimentary meal at Alacarte restaurant (initially the lady asked me for a proof however the next day when i approached the manager he apologized and gave me the voucher). This was a great gesture! The activities , dedicated children area, pools and water slides , food, bars were amazing.
Ulemper: Everything was perfect until the checkout! I had an early morning flight so i went to the reception night before and asked for airport transfer. The lady told me that they have a shuttle for airport transfer at 6.15am and i should reach lobby by 6am. Next morning the reception had gentlemen standing whose name was Hakan. I asked him about this shuttle who was clueless unwilling to explain and help and asked me for the towel cards. I told him since i am in a hurry can you please get them collected through house keeping from my room his response was extremely rude and told me NO i cannot i am the only one on duty and you will be charged if you do not bring them back and went back to the room next to reception while i was still standing. So i went back and handed it over to him. Check out was great disappointment to an exceptional experience.

Fordele: Kids friendly. Nice staff, great location, lots of things to do. For younger kids- the Aqua-park was nice (our twins are 5 and they loved it). The beach is nice but note that the shades are really far from the beach, and the refugee park- while having no residents, is very visible and right near the beach. Lots of grass, for kids to run around and play in. Great hammocks for resting and playing. Alcohol- the good stuff :) They skimp on it, but if you ask for double shots of anything you get it no problems. All in all- We were there for a week and really enjoyed our stay.
Ulemper: They don’t accept MasterCard, which was a nuance while checking out because we needed to pay in cash for the little things we charged. The food- which is good!! Is quite the same with variations wherever you go. Same hamburgers in snack bar, restaurants etc, same deserts in caffe and general dining hall, same food in Alacarte restaurants and everywhere else.

Front desk staff were not as friendly The water at the Kids water fun park was cold, very cold at times, our kids couldn't bare it There is no kids swimming pool, all swimming pools are 140 cm in depth, there should be another kids pool with say 50-80 cm in depth for kids to enjoy, remember this is a family resort hence kids needs should be met at ease couldn't enjoy the balcony because the next door is smoking all the time, there should be a no smoking policy for balcony users

Fordele: I liked our spacious room - the Ottoman suite. The location of the hotel was perfect, very convenient to go anywhere on foot. One of the receptionists, I didn’t catch his name, was very warm and friendly yet professional person and helped us kindly and patiently with all our requests (we had quite many).
Ulemper: I didn’t like the breakfast, it was poor. Filter coffee was included, every other type of coffee was for extra charge. The pool was small and the water was highly chlorinated (we only went in once, didn’t want to go anymore). I wouldn’t recommend to a friend the travel agency the hotel works together with (the name was Lazy Duck or something similar). The quality of their service is low (not the fault of the hotel, of course), but to be fair, the price is low too.

Fordele: Stayed in the Ottoman suite - authentic turkish furniture and design, Jacuzzi, air-conditioning, comfortable beds, sound-proofing windows, great service, quiet and calm (no kids under 11 allowed), no noisy neighbours, amazing location at the heart of the old city of Antalya. The hotel turned out to be much better than I expected, the photos simply don't do justice to this hotel.
Ulemper: Had to cover the bright light from the minibar with pillows and towels at night. Other than that - all was much better than expected.

Fordele: I like the fact that our room is extremely spacious. We book the Anatolian Suite and it was definitely more than we expected. The Space is huge, the cleanliness is great and the facilities are all within the working conditions ( like jacuzzi and rain shower head ). We really love the spaciousness of this place and the wood decorations that makes it look very unique. Also, the location is close to a mini-mart that sells daily supplies which was really helpful in our stay as we needed a few daily necessities to stock up and its quite cheap . Also, we love the quiet atmosphere especially during breakfast even though the spread is quite limited. The Hotel staff is especially friendly and during our airport shuttle service back to airport, he even prepared for us a small breakfast as part of their extra mile service. Thank you for the great services during our stay :)
Ulemper: The swimming pool was very small, we didn't swim but its ok. We enjoyed the rest of the hotel facilities :)

Fordele: Great facilities and entertainment. The location is good too with proximity to the old Antalya city and the airport. We went off-peak so some of the services were not running (as expected) but I can imagine how much more fun this place would be during summer.
Ulemper: The buffet was good but there weren't many options for kids. My three year old ended up eating fries for the three days we were there. Pizza (the more traditional one) would have been good to mix things up. Also, would have been useful to have an ironing room for self service, since the hotel doesn't provide irons in the room.

Fordele: Love the resort itself. Was beautiful, the deco was perfect, room was nice and spacious, there is plenty of bars and outdoor facilities. The spa is lush.
Ulemper: Didn't like the service of some of the staff. All of them are miserible, non provide a service with a smile and non speak a word of english, so it is very hard for UK people to communicate. Also they favour the Russians and Germans over everyone else.

Fordele: All together Adalya Elite is an excellent All-inclusive Resort. You don't need to leave the hotel, everything is free inside, except for some small things, such as the SPA-Area, Photo-Shootings, Bingo and the Arcade games. But if you want to make a trip to Antalya, the bus station is only 100 meters away from the hotel. There are some shops around the hotel, but for shopping, a trip to Antalya is definitely worth it. The entertainment crew was really exceptional. From the first day on we felt welcomed and since they all introduced themselves already on day one, we felt like we had many friends in the Resort. Compared to other hotels this is really a plus. The pools are very clean and the range of food in the outdoor area is great. There is a list of about 20 alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, which you can order at any bar. The beach is unfortunately very stony, but there were, although it was very crowded, enough sunbeds. When we arrived, the deck was opened as well. Lying there is great. There is also a bar. However, you have to walk pretty far to find the toilets, as there are no sanitary areas on the beach. The rooms are clean, there is a spacious bathroom with a huge shower, unfortunately, no bathtub. The mini bar is filled every day with Coke, Fanta, Sprite and one Efes beer.
Ulemper: We came to the hotel at the end of April and didn't expect it to be so full. Even though most of the countries didn't have school vacations any more, there were many children and the hotel was really crowded. This was especially a problem when it came to breakfast and lunch. At 7 pm hundreds of people flocked in the food area, and the hotel crew couldn't manage this amount of people. There is an adult area. But of course, it is also very full. But you can find a good spot if you come after 8:30. The food was ok but compared to other 5 star hotels in the region is somehow boring. There was no variation in the buffet (especially for breakfast). The Variety of the fruits was very boring; we did expect more than apples and bananas. Every evening they served strawberries, which was nice, but after seven days, we really felt its time for a change. During the day, however, there are plenty of other places to eat at the resort. The A la Carte Chinese restaurant is no visit worth it. We went there to eat sushi but they only served three different kind of sushi, and many dishes were unfortunately not available. The staff was very friendly, but for a restaurant visit, we expected more. The room has thin walls which you can hear your neighbours through. It will be a problem if they have loud kids. We had not booked the room with sea view. That would not have been worth it, because you will look more at the pools than at sea. However, it looks like a new hotel is being built next door. Every morning we were woken up by loud excavators carrying away the first rubble.

Then a third person came to check the minibar. All these interruptions were not nice since I was having a holiday and wanted to sleep late.

Fordele: Hotel was too good and fairly priced. Rooms are very clean and have all the necessary amenities. I have got the sea view room. Hotel was awesome waterpark and good swimming pool. Location is very claose to city centre and all public transport available near the hotel for roaming around the city cheaply.
Ulemper: Hotel staff is very good but in one or two instances, need to be bit more courteous with guests. Make sure you have ample time before you enroll for a sight seeing trips with the hotel. I have enrolled for a rafting trip with the hotel and the hotel have promised that I will be back by a specific time. I need to catch the flight to Istanbul. But the sightseeing service provider was really bad, I nearly missed my flight. I spent extra money and took stress. Really bad experience in that sense

Fordele: Perfect location overlooking the main street and the old town. Perhaps slightly noisy if you don't want the buzz of the high street. We had a large terrace overlooking and it was great fun in the evening people watching. Big apartment, so much more room than anything but a top suite in a hotel and lovely facilities. Full cooking and laundry facilities in the flat but so many great places for breakfast and lunch, we never bothered using them. Vica the manager was really helpful and friendly, thanks so much.

Hotel itself is ok rooms are ok but are messy and they do not clean rooms often. Our fridge was broken when we came there and I informed them of this but they did not listen and Ignored so that they can blame me and expect me to pay. WARNING DO NOT BOOK. WASTE OF MONEY STAFF ARE RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE. Glasses guy is very rude he wanted me to pay for someone who broke the phone because that person wasn’t there and I was next door how stupid

Fordele: Location is amazing - right in the center of old Antalya city. Lots of places to eat and drink around. Nice place to take a walk around. Staff was very nice and helpful. I had a view to the marina - nice. Room was kind of funky - the shower booth door opens right to the room. In general the style of the room wasn't ordinary. I wasn't sure what I think about it at first, but I loved it afterwards. There is a small gym, and there is an outside pool.

Reception people are all really lovely and eager, although language challenges dominated. Pool, patio bar attractive. Some fitness equip outside, facing windows into pool. Truman Capote would approve.
Despite some issues, a super value for the price paid.
Ulemper: Unbearable heat in Antalya- 40c/105f. AC in room has some automatic shutoffs. Front desk tried, but still occurred. Towel bars & toilet tissue holders kept falling off wall.
Taxi told me tourism down 75 pct. i would guess there isn't the money to maintain property or top standards.

Fordele: The staff were extremely courteous, accommodating and helpful (special thanks to Hakan). Had the most relaxed and comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff r really capable and did a very good job cleaning our room daily (made sure to keep our stuff safely)
Ulemper: The food options for dinner limited. The food counter closed by 8pm which is a huge hassle when you have kids and elderly (they also have no outside food policy in hotel).

The reception staff was very kind and always ready to help and give you the right advise.

Room a little dated and a bad smell from the drains in the bath room.

Fordele: Et meget flot hotel ! Lobbyen tager nærmest vejret fra en når man træder ind på hotellet første gang. Servicen og maden i buffet restauranten er i top. Udsigten fra vores værelse og altan var også uhindret og storslået. Vi havde nogle dejlige dage der. Vi nød at svømme rundt nede foran klipperne og se fiskene i vandet.
