Fordele: Very nice room and comfortable bed and showers.

Ulemper: Paying for Wifi is ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. Having to wait and queue for breakfast isn't acceptable at this level of hotel. It destroys the experience of a nice stay.

Fordele: We stayed at the Conrad Seoul for one night as a long layover on the way back to New York. Our flight arrived early at 5:30 AM. We took the 6030 bus from the airport (14,000 won/person) which dropped us off at the hote. Check in wasn't until 4 PM and we were there at 8 AM, tired and sleepy. We paid 60,000 won for early check-in and happily took a nap and shower to recharge before touring the city. Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke decent English which was great since we did the speak Korean. The room was nice, spacious and clean although starting show some wear (the wallpaper was peeling off). Overall a nice quick stay. Took the 6030 bus back to the airport ithe next AM.

Fordele: Small birthday cake was prepared and staffs were kind during the check-in. Very convenient location to go to IFC mall

Ulemper: Half of the river view was blocked by the other buildings and some lights on the ceiling kept blinking - for emergency purposes I guess but way more disturbing than the other hotels - which made it difficult to fall asleep

Fordele: All of it very good

Ulemper: Paying for WIFI that is bad and very unusual!

Fordele: Everything was excellent!

Fordele: The staff was extremely nice at the hotel, even though I’ve got tons of extra requests at the very last second they still managed to resolve it. Their is free WiFi at the hotel, so no worries if you read any other complains on the App. The room was still cleaned the next day even though I forgot to turn on the cleaning bottom. Nice experience after all, a nice stay for couples or family vacation.

Fordele: Breakfast have many choices. Hotel lower floor is connected to IFC which easy for food, coffee and some shopping. The water supply is stable. The bath tub is long enough for long legs resting

Fordele: Cosy and comfy. Was an amazing stay for Valentine’s weekend.

Fordele: The hotel locates near railway- and subwayline stations and bus stops. There are also many attractions near the hotel: for example Namsan Park. The staff was friendly and breakfast good: Asian and European foods. There were many different beverages in the minibar.

Ulemper: The safebox in my room did not work.

Ulemper: That was not possible to simply upgrade room without breakfast to room with breakfast. Even that condition was not clearly mentioned on booking.com

Fordele: Location and the chinese restaurant

Ulemper: Stiff and inflexible staff. Slow service

Fordele: The breakfast was superb. Bus service to and from the airport to the entrance of the hotel

Fordele: Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent location and good Chinese Restaurant.

Fordele: The staff was so extraordinarily kind and generous and were accommodating in every single way possible. The view/interior/exterior of the hotel we’re absolutely magnificent and worth every cent. It made my experience in Seoul a paradise.

Ulemper: The hotel is situated on a steep hill, so people with luggage or children should take the hotel’s shuttle or a taxi.

Fordele: Very well located, well kept Hotel, with lovely food.

Ulemper: No major shortcomings to note from the stay at the Hilton.

Fordele: Good Location. Lobby are good decoration but the room are quite old.

Ulemper: The reception are not friendly and no service mind. Breakfast are good but lack of waiters and poor of service . This is 5 star hotel but Guest must pay extra charge for sauna and jacuzzi.

Fordele: high-quality hotel at the center of the city. It is close to Namsan Park. Moving to Seoul Central Station and the city hall and business center is very convenient.

Ulemper: A little bit walk from every station.

Fordele: Beautiful and clean lobby. Great bell staff.

Ulemper: Rooms warn down. Check-in staff unfriendly. I was clearly not welcome because I was wearing shorts.

Fordele: Breakfast at the hotel was not good

Fordele: Friendly efficient staff. Good rooms, very quiet, and with a window you can open. Excellent amenities. Excellent Korean Grill restaurant on the ground floor. Overall an outstanding find. I'll be back.

Ulemper: Shaving kit isn't part of the complimentary amenities (it should be!).

Fordele: Location: Hotel located directly next to Hoehyeon Station. Within walking distance from Seoul Station and Myeongdong shopping area. Room: Stylish contemporary room with a decent bathroom. Considerably spacious for Seoul. Facilities: 711 (24/7) within the hotel. Tmark also have swimming pool and fitness room which we didn’t have a chance to check out.

Fordele: The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Really nice looking hotel and great gym as well!

Fordele: Located in the heart of Gangnam, this hotel offers everything you would expect. Great service by staff. Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast is superb.

Fordele: Room was great, very nice city view, and comfortable place to stay.

Fordele: the propert itself is located at the heart of myeongodng station exit 5 then around 2 minute walk. i booked a room with no window because its cheaper and then when we checked in the hotel staff asked me if it was my first time in seoul, then she told us that she will upgrade us with a view for free, and that view is the N SEOUL TOWER. staff are really accommodating, plus the left luggage locker is for free for the guest for the first 7hrs. you will know that your luggage is secured while roaming the seoul and waiting for the flight.

Ulemper: the buffet breakfast its not appetizing at all, always the same viand everyday but its good for the cheap price

Fordele: The hotel right next to the understand station, very convenient! Staff were very friendly and good in English communication.

Ulemper: The room a bit too small and did not have the space or shelf to put the luggage !

Fordele: Location was the best. The bakery under the hotel is great. Lots of staffs to help you. If you have any problems or needs. It's most likey to be solved. Love 5 stars quality service! Food was great at club lounge.

Ulemper: Cleaner broke my eyeshadows and pretended like it didnt happen. But hotel staff reacted very well for this. I was afraid of the size of the room but it was bigger than i expected and would love to go back.

Fordele: Close to shopping centre, it has underground pedestrian directly to Myeongdong Shopping Street.

Ulemper: Too bad the room is too crowded with many things, even though it has large area. Pls consider to make changes for the lay out.

Fordele: The location was perfect, the times I ate at the restaurants was excellent, and the staff helped with questions and assisting me to go where I wanted

Fordele: The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the main shopping streets and night markets, very well connected with buses and subways too. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and try to help. Go there.

Ulemper: size of the room is a bit small, but you would expect this in Seoul. Not really a big issue.

Fordele: Had an amazing stay at The plaza. Great location, friendly staff, excellent morning buffet breakfast (Even for a vegan like me) and pretty room with a view of the palace.

Fordele: The location of the hotel was excellent, and the hotel was clean. The staff we met were friendly.

Ulemper: The hotel did not accept credit cards with a chip instead of a magnetic strip, so we had to pay cash. Also, the staff in the breakfast room seemed a bit harried and unprepared.

Fordele: I liked comfortable bed and coffee . ^^

Ulemper: Nice looking hotel, but issues with execution. Room was hot, and smelled strongly - either of mold or some odd chemical. Air conditioner (ceiling mounted) leaked water - good thing didn't leave laptop on table. Would not stay there again

Fordele: Obliging helpful staff. Good location really handy to metro and bus terminal. Also first drop off point for airport limousine bus service. Great well equipped fitness centre. Rooms were a good size

Ulemper: Rooms were a bit dated and lighting was not great. Lighting was remedied when maintenance staff replaced a faulty free standing lamp.

Ulemper: Ceiling was leaking water although they fixed it straight away. Concierge was unhelpful and unfriendly he needs to go back to hospitality college or school.

Fordele: Warm reception and attentive staff. Comfortable bed.

Ulemper: Charging for the spa, which should be included in room charge.. Room is a bit small. Would have appreciated brighter lighting, some large drawers and more closet space.

Fordele: 5 min walking from subway station. good breakfast clean room everyone was kind amenities

Ulemper: i couldnt open the curtain because apartment building was right infront.

Fordele: Great hotel in a quiet side street just near Eulijro 3 subway station. Do not get confused with the one in the very busy Myeongdong area. Lovely simple room, very insulated - I had panoramic but the view was just ok, mainly due to the grey weather. Temp of the room was perfect, not too hot or cold and the beds are super comfy. Love having the convinience store below. Anything you want just downstairs.

Ulemper: I didn't take breakfast so don't know. They send housekeeping super early, like before 9. So if you want a lie-in, put the do not disturb sign on. There is no need for the shower curtain.

Fordele: This property was beautiful and exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Also the beds and pillows especially were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Fordele: Room and toilet are all well maintain...very clean and smell nice too...receptionist are all very nice and accommodating. ..even called a taxi for us even if it's in short notice...all in all highly recommended worth your money...

Fordele: Good location, close to Airport Bus, walking distance to most of places like Myeongdong, Markets, shops, many places to eat around hotel, friendly staff who help you with any question, as I needed to send parcel to overseas and they helped me to process with EMS effectively. I would definitely come back and highly recommend

Ulemper: The room is a bit to small for three people.

Fordele: Clean rooms with modern amenities. Bottled water complimentary. Hotel facilities are convenient with la coin op aundry room in B3 level and convenience store in lobby. Elevators operate efficiently. Hotel hallways also quiet. Top floor view is a plus with coffee and water available throughout the day.

Ulemper: Not much you can say unless you are a critically nitpicking nagging person.

Fordele: The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Ulemper: Definitely overpaid. Trying to schedule an extra night was a nightmare. It was a long walk to get to the local area and to get back was all uphill

Fordele: Stunning views and beautiful lobby area

Ulemper: Outrageously tried to “sting” us an extra 50% room fee ( ie “you’ll have to pay a $500 early check in fee”!!!) in order to check in at 1.30pm. Very very poor way to “welcome” your customer. No baths in rooms - $750-1000 per room per night for a room with no bath?

Fordele: Staff. As always they are your best asset.

Ulemper: Price. Outrageous for a suite that has seen better days. Had a feeling of a lot of wear and tear about it. Also I paid the extra for club access but it wasnt even open in the morning so I couldn't have a business meeting I needed there. Very poor indeed.

Fordele: Love the location and views when the weather is good. Unfortunately it wasn’t so a room Upgrade for a river view was a waste.

Ulemper: We could hear everything in the rooms in both sides of us. At these prices there should be better sound proofing. Mattress was extremely firm not Grand Hyatt quality.

Fordele: Excellent location, fantastic views and attentive service. Will definitely stay here again.

Ulemper: The breakfast buffet is an absolute embarrassment. Advertised as one with American, Korean, and Japanese foods, I was really looking forward to it. However, I was totally disappointed. I've seen better breakfast buffets in $30/night hotels in third-world countries. It was so bad that I didn't even go back the second morning of my stay.

Fordele: Friendly staff, good location, and clean facility.

Ulemper: Whenever I stay at the Hilton, I feel like there's always something missing. Friendly staff, good location, and clean facility but no free wifi (the only hotel I know in Seoul who charge for the Wifi service) and no toothbrush. It's a good hotel to stay but not worth the money they charge. It's a shame.

Ulemper: You have to pay for the Internet separately in a 5-star hotel, which is quite unusual.

Fordele: Awesome view of the mountain in super clean bathtub

Fordele: Breakfast was amazing, variety of choices and food of great quality. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and luxurious. Great stay.

Ulemper: Location is not the best, it is far to almost every tourist attraction. But it is situated next to the metro line so it is not that of a problem.

Fordele: The room was spotless, the bathroom very clean and spacious, the bath was able to comfortably fit me with my long legs. The supplied toiletries were very high quality, and I was even able to use the provided razor without cutting my face! The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. Since we were staying as an anniversary/valentines day gift, there was a nice note and small box of chocolates which was a nice touch. The hotel was very accommodating when trying to book dinner, managing to get us into La Yeon that night after putting us on the waiting list after I had booked dinner too late. My partner took full advantage of the Shilla duty free store bonuses (10% off voucher and fast-tracking to a gold membership) which we received for staying.

Ulemper: The only small annoyance we experienced was that the blinds in our room automatically raised whenever we entered. That meant we had to find the blinds remote and manually lower them. Actually, a second annoyance is that the points for staying at the hotel have not been added to my Shilla account; there was information for registration via the app in the room, and I left my membership number (after I had registered that morning) with the front desk, but four days later I haven't received anything. I would recommend downloading the app before booking and staying so you can get the benefits. It's a little unclear as to how to redeem.

Ulemper: Restaurants are closing too early for dinner. At 21:00..

Fordele: Great, accommodating staff. Easy to reach anywhere in the city. Amazing rooms which were clean and well equipped.

Fordele: Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlige hele tiden. Vi blev opgraderet uden ekstra beregning. Generøs med drikkevand på flaske og kaffe på værelset, og ansigtsmaske var et sødt touch. Vi elskede vores DMZ Tour By CK, som blev anbefalet af PJ's . VIP ture, han var "fantastisk"

Fordele: The view was great, although it was a bit cloudy at the time so you couldnt see much. Lobby staff were very friendly and the receptionist spime very good english. The room was spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. Parking available in the underground garage was a plus.

Ulemper: Our room was tucked away down a cramped corridor with very low ceilings off of the main hallway, as if it were renovated and repurposed from a prior utility space but you forget about it once you walk into the very spacious room, eslecially for Korea. The bathtub was a bit too small.

Fordele: The free shuttle services to popular shopping and eating districts.

Ulemper: We were only allowed two keys even though we stayed in a quad suite.

Fordele: Hotel staff is friendly, facilities is good, location good but room is not clean,

Ulemper: Noticed room cleaner didn't clean properly, I was eating biscuit in the room morning, when came back in the evening, carpet still dirty as morning.

Fordele: We did not speak Korean nor read Hangul, the staff assisted us with all our questions and need. We really appreciated that.

Ulemper: It was just a little bit hard to figure out where exactly it was located from where the bus dropped us at the chungmuru station. Other than that the services where excellent

Fordele: Lounge and massage chair

Ulemper: Breakfast menus were unchanged during our 8 - night stay. Quite boring.

Fordele: The shuttle really helped getting around tremendously.

Ulemper: The carpet could've been cleaner and on certain days the room would smell of smoke.

Fordele: All rooms are clean. Suite King room is spacious. They have a chinese speaking receptionist. She is very helpful throughout our stay. They provide hand sanitizer at the hotel lobby and face mask for all the guest upon request. Shutter bus to myeongdong and dongdaemum is a plus point. Self check in luggage service. You can lock your luggage and stuff in the lockers provided. There is a weighing machine for your luggage too.

Ulemper: We have booked 3 rooms for 6 of us in total from 18-24 Feb. Heater in the King Suite room wasn't working properly. Quite frustrating to wake up either feeling too cold or too hot. The concept of my room is completely wrong. After entering the suite room, u will find your wardrobe along the walk way to the living room. After entering the living room, you will find at the end of the living room on the left side is bedroom with a door and on right side of the living room it is where u enter into the wash up/makeup area (without a door) and further in is the toilet/shower area with a door. There is no space to hang ur clothes and towel inside the toilet/shower area so u can only place your clothes in the wash up/makeup area. So after bathing u need to walk out to the wash up/makeup area and u would feel extremely cold as there is no heater or door to keep the area warm. Pillows are too soft. My sister-in-law requested for 2 extra pillows and was told that they need to pay extra for one of the pillows. Although me and my sis also requested for extra pillows for our rooms, we will not told about the extra charge. Location wasn't that convenient. Construction is currently going on around the area and abit noisy at night. Not all the receptionist are helpful and in fact one of them is actually very rude. No eating is allowed in the hotel lobby and perhaps they should put up a sign to let guests know. We were just finishing the donuts as we do not want to bring it up to our rooms but was told that we cannot eat in the lobby.

Fordele: The staff are really helpful and friendly.They can speak english well.Location are great 10mins walk from Chungmuro station and cinema.Theres a free shuttle bus.They are construction going on but the noise doesnt really bother much.The hotel warn us about the noise but we didn’t heard a thing

Ulemper: Absolutely nothing!

Fordele: It is close to Myeongdong, 5 mins walk to MRT station, full of local food the hotel area. The hotel staffs are friendly and attentive to foreigner guests with fluent emglish speaking. Will hghly recommend!

Ulemper: Overall experience was great except the breakfast buffet is rather boring as in the exact same menu for my 3 days stay. Hope they could improve in this area.

Fordele: The room size and room arrangement for family with 3 kids.

Ulemper: The full rate (jan 6) even of we checkin at 1am. And the full rate (jan 12) even if we checkout at 7pm, jan11.

Fordele: Staff is great! Room was quite nice with the balcony.

Fordele: Great location. We were able to walk to everything from the hotel and hardly used the metro. Best laundry with washing machines and 2 irons. There was a 24 hour convenience shop next door.

Ulemper: The other twin bed was a bit on the small side for our 2 children. We only ever got 3 towels which made me think it was a triple room rather than twin deluxe? There was a free bus service which we found too unreliable to use.
