The price was perfect and hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice and well mantained. Did not have free parking
it was very comfortable everything was very well as place I really enjoyed myself I didn't have enough time to stay longer
Location, amenities, room HVAC was not working but the staff responded and fixed it quickly. They were willing to move us if needed. Price was nearly $350 for one night with parking, taxes and fees.
None Staff was okay and room didn't have a view
Very clean, updated, friendly staff, great room-- best beds. A quick walked to the board walk from the hotel. A soul food restaurant one block up the street. I wish breakfast was included, however a fridge was in the room, just bring some food or snacks.
Fast check in and out. Friendly, polite staff. Clean rooms. Prompt valet service. Elevator access was limited and very slow
Nice size rooms and very modern.free wifi was a plus to have. None
Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff that checked me out were not very friendly. I had questions on my bill and she did not even address them. She needs training on guest service.
The room was clean, stylish and the beds were comfortable. Had to pay for parking. No pool/hottub.
Very nice rooms, I was very pleased. Hotel requires valet parking. No breakfast included. Some of the channels were scrambled and unwatchable.
Got my moneys worth very clean everyone was soooo nice That we had to leave :(
It was a good place to be. Not close to casinos but not a bad walk/drive
Room was good size, roomy In room fridge Check in was difficult to find from self parking garage Not enough towels in room Room phone was broken Could not check out on TV
nostalgic and classy our fridge didn't work, but they replaced it immediately. the ice machine in the hall didn't work, had to go two floors away for ice.
Used a spare blanket from the closet in the room and next morning woke up with sand all over myself and the bed. Called in the morning to report the issue, room was made and sand and dirty blanket were born left in room. Called again in the evening and sand was finally taken off the bed but same dirty blanket was left in the room. Finally at around 9pm a new blanket was given to me and I was told that the spare blankets in the closets were not replaced unless asked by the guest. That is disgusting.
Price Elevators are almost impossible to get. Tv was broken, called the front desk about it, they lied and said they were sending someone up and never did. Children and families running around even later on in the evening
There's a classic Atlantic City feel to the hotel that cannot be outdone by most other properties in the city. Rooms are more spacious than others and everyone was helpful! Even their self-park employees were so helpful to give us helpful information on the hotel and its neighbouring properties (especially since the food choices helped our starving selves upon arrival.) Would have been nice if the counter at the second floor, which looks like a check-in and concierge counter itself, told guests to turn around and check-in at the first floor. It makes the hotel look a percent abandoned, so it makes that little spot look more like a museum half-done.
The place was close to the beach and board walk, staff was friendly, hotel itself was comfortable and clean. Terrible restaurant! Went there for breakfast- I've never seen someone mess up an egg so badly! Staff was extremely slow! Overall it wasn't a big deal, and they were very nice. Oh, and the drinks they served were awful!
Tv did not work, should have received a refund
Liked everything about my stay at the hotel. Nice big spacious rooms. Good value for money. Very close to the beach. Lobby area had a weird smell. Restroom in the room did not have a fan.
The king size bed The bathroom was small
Really terrific stay overall. Connected to 3 Casinos, while not being a "casino hotel" was great. Staff was very friendly and professional The decor of the hotel itself is old-school and charming, while the standard rooms feel like a modern hotel. Really reasonable rates. The pool area is very nice with lots of seating and mock-cabanas. When we went it was overrun with kids, but I know there are adults only hours in the evening (which we did not take advantage of - should have!) Only minor complaints here - towels in the room are small, and when we requested extra (we were initially provided two towels for a 4 person room) we were told that all the towels in the hotel were in use! But it was only a couple hours before they brought us more. No big deal. The elevators can be terribly slow on occasion. Most of the time its fine, but there were one or two instances where we waited a solid 5-10 mins for one to come. The drain in the tub is slow, so if you take a shower you will be standing in 2 inches of water by the time you're done.
AC kept returning quickly to auto mode and setting the temperature higher than comfortable.
Easy access to boardwalk , dining and casinos. Staff was excellent. Bathrooms needed some updating. More hangers in the closet.
All of the condo commodities, very up to date. None
Nice family clean hotel near many attractions.
my bedroom suite was great
The Wyndham resort was excellent! I wanted a place to relax for spring break with my children an this resort fit the bill!!! The unit was spacious the king beds cozy and comfy!
during my stay i love how my room looked, i love tha fitness and the swimming pool area, and last but not least i like how we were treated by your staff.
Hotel is in good condition, suites are spacious. Local transportation works well between Skyline Tower and city center. Was a great value for money. More than mile from city center. Not on the boardwallk. Check-in time 16pm and check-out 10am.
I liked the room and the recreation center. Valet parking could have been better. I gave specific instruction on how to start my car's security system but I still wound up having to wait 20 minutes and eventually go up and pick up my own car. I should not have been charged for that.
Very Clean and renovated so everything was new. Even though we booked on Kayak and paid for the room, we were expected to attend a timeshare presentation. When we didn't show up due to our agenda, they would not stop calling the room every hour for the next 2 days. We took the phone off the hook to enjoy some peace a quiet. There are only 3 elevators for over 30 floors. Expect to spend some time either waiting for the elevators (thank you for seating by the elevators) or inside the elevators (housekeeping will be using the same elevators as well). Next time I would prefer to stay at one of the major casinos in the future.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The master bedroom sliding door could be replaced. Understaffed. Should bring the casino back.
Very poor service
Dog hair everywhere?in the room and sofa. Dark lighting everywhere? Open to early to take ur money. There was no $ put into hotel. Nothing
The room price for this hotel was about half of what casinos were charging for the same night. The room was clean with a marble bath and granite counters on all of the furniture. We had a nice ocean view. Overall it was a good value. Resorts casino is nearby as is the Landshark oceanfront bar. Two additional casinos are planning to reopen on either side. The Hard Rock, at the old Taj and the Ten at the former Revel. The former casino was busy during our stay but had less amenities than the casino hotels. The hotel does have a couple of restaurants and one has a bar. It has large unused casino space. The hotel needs to find use for this open space. The former boardwalk front Johnny Rockets restaurant should be reopened. Old casino signage should be removed from the front of the building advertising a long closed buffet.
Cheap Not very clean, and just overall pretty crappy
The agent at the front deak was more than accomedating! Unfortunatly I cannot recall his name but he made a wonderful first impression of the place. The server during breakfast was a delight! Although the food at the breakfast buffett was subpar she apologized for the establishmemts shortcomings and engaged us all in conversation. I almost forgot how disapointing the food was. The place seemed to be in a limbo status under renovations or something. I felt like they were trying to hang on.
Pet friendly hotel and quick and easy check in. There is absolutely nothing around. With Taj being closed and Showboat no longer a casino, it is very far from other casinos.
Nothing Do NOT stay here. Not at all as pictured. Greeted by cockroaches on door frames & mice wandering the halls. Rooms dirty, bathroom had hair & blood, shower drain clogged. A/C-heat broke, had box fan on table. Sheets stained. Elevator shook. Lobby smelled. Staff sketchy. My neighbors were a prostitute (she actually called herself an escort) and a meth head. I have very, very low requirements for a hotel, and this was miles below my line.
The only thing that was good about this hotel was that I did not see any bugs and it was close to the beach. The lady who worked the breakfast area was the only employee who was very nice and attentive even though the food options were not good. Also the TVs seem to be the only thing new in this hotel. On arrival, we waited to be checked in and listened to the lady in front of us talk about how she was glad to be out of jail. Then we were greeted and informed there was a $10 per day parking fee which we had to pay cash for after she swiped our card numerous times and blamed it on our insufficient funds and not their card machine (it was definitely their machine). The lobby air conditioner was broken. The entire place was very very dirty, stains all over the couches, nasty small towels that we had to ask for over and over, random broken furniture just thrown in the room. The refrigerator was very small and smelled weird. The windows were bolted shut. At one point we came in from the beach to use the lobby bathroom and found blood all over the floor of one of the stalls. The worst part was when I was alone in the elevator going up to my room and a guy comes in with me. He asked what we were doing that night and I said I was not sure yet. He asked if I was "into weed or cocaine or anything." When I replied with no thanks, the elevator doors opened on my floor so I got out. He then shouted "don't be so scared you b*tch!" Very scary. Needless to say, DONT STAY HERE. Very sketchy and dirty. Not worth it.
Nothing... At all.. The worst place I have ever seen, did not stay, still have not reserved my money back. The worst hotel I have ever seen! Hookers, drug dealers, the smell was sickening. Dirty, disgusting! Should not be offered on your sight. On a 1-10 scale minus (-5) five. Do not book at this hotel unless they pay you to stay there!!!
The entire place was very very dirty, stains all over. the bathroom would not work properly. the door was open when i went to my room, its sad because Its a good location near the beach, by the boardwalk but the place is disgusting, i stay a few hours and left immediately, had to booked a different hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE! Kayak, you should not offer this hotel on your sight.
Staff was great, can't wait to come back!
We liked that it was very convenient for us to walk to the boardwalk it was clean The beds weren't comfortable the furniture was ripped in some places the t.v. didn't have much channels to watch the breakfast was not soo good it looked empty
Front desk staff was very helpful Lobby had no heat, great start Carpets looked so bad I didn't want to take my shoes off Bathroom was dated The SNL 40 episode was on and this hotel did not have NBC. That is unheard of right? The living room portion of the suite had no heat. I tried to turn on the heater and nothing happened. The bedroom had heat, too much heat. It was almost like I was trying to sleep in hell and there was no way to turn the heat down. When I woke up there was no more heat blowing from the unit, but instead it was cold air! I was freezing at this point and wanted to get out of the place as soon as I could. Also it is unclear where to park when you first pull up so I parked a block away at Bally's. Apparently the hotel's lot is behind the hotel on street level so I felt safer at Bally's anyway.
I was in the Beaumont hotel for thanksgiving and theirs was a lot of bugs and no hot water with the smallest and worst breakfast in the world this is not a place for humans
Overall it was a great experience we went during the pageant so all the big name hotels were booked. We got a bigger room for the price of the fancier hotels It was a great stay!
I like the fact I was able to find this place to be available on the same day of my trip as my original plans were cancelled. I also was satisfied with the price of one room for four guests. I didn't like the fact that housekeeping left our dirty wash clothes and towels in the room. They also didn't take out the trash.
Customer service was great. Quite, lots of parking space, not for from conversation center. Chinese restaurant right across the street. Price was just right. I would go back again I had to change room the next day because the heater in the first room was not working.in stayed for 3 days.
Pool The funiture was broken. The cup where plastic. I paid 166 per for plastic cups. Our room were attached to the hotel, motel style.
I liked the room clean and spacious. Nice and quiet relaxing at night not too many kids at least on my floor. The reception staff was pleasant and perry's diner was great. No bed bugs the sheet and towels was soft and did not smell like industrial detergent. The cleaning staffwere pleasant and professional. The mattress was terrible it's a spring mattress not great to sleep on 1 night was enough. Not great at all with people who have back pains. They need to change the mattresses. Not too close to the broadwalk walking to the motel in Atlantic city is not too safe.
The bed in the room was large. The bathroom was clean. The location was close to the boardwalk and beach. The front desk staff were slow and not very friendly. The lobby was dirty and needed definite updating. The chairs and umbrellas in the pool area were broken. They certainly should buy new chairs, umbrellas and consider some tables for the pool area.
My room was clean bathroom was so clean I didn't even see soap scum on the tiles grate water pressure and the A/C to the room keep it ice cold even with it being 95 out with high humidity pool looked nice but didn't have time to use it and the coffee was fresh in the morning and there was free off street parking The ice machine didn't work on the third floor and had to go to the lobby every time I needed ice, the outside carpet look like it needed to get changed out soon but you can tell the owners are working fixing the bad here. The last thing I didn't like was the houses behind this place and really trashy people living there they keep to them selves for the most part but from 2pm till 8pm you could here some yelling from in your room
I like the cly the room The atención to the costomer...
To me this is just a place to crash that is all Everything else
We stayed here for the convenience of being close to the boardwalk, and the price. We are a young couple, with young children. We felt very scared in this very run down and prostitute filled part of town. There is a crack house across the street, where drug deals went on throughout the day. The Endicott hotel down the street, is where homeless people, drug addicts, and prostitutes are out all hours of the day/night. A loud bar down the street, where apparently there is no cut off time, as at 7 am people are outside beligerntly drunk. I would not stay here again, even if they were giving away free rooms!!
I liked the closeness to the boardwalk and beach. The pool was nice. I didn't like the mold in the bathroom shower, black mold! The bathroom light was broken and wouldn't turn on without playing with the switch. The ceiling in our room was starting to fall in the corner of our room. One towel for 4 people. Our carpeted floor had nothing but white paint stains all over it as well as the chair at the table. Extension cords were everywhere. Outlets wouldn't hold our phone cords. Tv is old and remote didn't work. No iron to iron out clothes, but we had the ironing board. Would not recommend for a family.
It's a dump run by crooks. No irons in the room because "people steal them'. The breakfast is a joke. Do not stay here. Run away and don't look back.
If it rained I would have been indoors. The staff was courteous. Staying in a homeless shelter would have been a better option. The stains on the carpet in my room could have been modern art. The TV looked like the vintage that came out when the A Team premired The bathroom was so small, there wasn't room to change your mind. The smell of the establishment only can be described as "unique" If I collected the dog hair from the floor I could have woven a door mat I was afraid to sleep under the covers, the only thing missing from this room was a chalk outline of a body to complete the motif.
I liked that we arrived early and they let us park in their lot for the day. When we left in the evening and came back to no space available in their parking lot, they assisted us with not having to pay for parking in the lot behind the hotel. There was a lot of noise around the hotel during the night, with a lot of unsavory looking people walking around the area and argueing in near by rooms etc.
It was near the boardwalk ,enough parking out back and quiet . Not enough bedding and a little pricey just for one a couple hours stay.
It was in a convenient location. No coffee for coffee maker. Parking was from to back, so I you were in the front spot you were blocked in. No soda machines. Some light bulbs needed replaced; they flickered constantly.
frendly staff, convinient location, free wi-fi and parking.
The owner was on the 2nd floor yelling at a guest when we we're checking in to our room. Very loud, obnoxious, unprofessional.
I liked the size of the bed (King) and room. Very spacious. Just felt kind of old and dingy but that was expected.... It's not the Mariott!
Close to the Taj Mahal
room had no towels or pillow cases
I loved how close this was to the beach, especially for the value. The room was definitely clean, and well prepped. Love the acess to free wifi, and a good amount of parking. The men running the place seemed to remember me when checking out; he knew my room number and name so I didn't have to tell him; not sure if because he has a good memory or because a pretty single girl. The bed seemed to have sink holes in it. The room was set to 84 degrees heat when we first walked in, so it took awhile to cool down. Some of the furniture was visibly falling apart and needed replaced.
we enjoyed that there were no frills. it's an $8 cab to the strip, and a good choice if you just need a place to keep your stuff while you lose your money at the casinos. we were scared we might catch aids if we walked barefoot on the carpet... can't say we were thrilled at $10 a day per car, nor the fact that their doors weren't much more than cardboard that showed signs of previous forced entries. it is, however, atlantic city, so our expectations weren't going to amount to much regardless.
Price Almost everything else.
Location The staff was generally alright, except for the guy in the morning who kept calling us and harassing us about late check out. We agreed to pay the $25 to check out at 2 instead of at 11 and he kept calling and harassing before finally coming to our door and knocking and waking us up as we were trying to sleep. He never directly said so, but I eventually realized that he wanted us to pay the $25 immediately, rather than at checkout. After having to talk with this incredibly rude and obnoxious man I was no longer tired and decided to simply check out then instead. The hotel was dirty and smelly, cleanliness was clearly never valued there. I showered and felt dirtier afterwards. There really was a lot not to like.
It was close to where I wanted to be. Needs a lot of work.
I liked the room the location the cable tv the staff and again the location!! Had no issues but i must say the building is just outdated and things such as the tub. i first walked in and was scared of the old looking lobby wanted to cancel asap but got to the room and wasnt disappointed
I didn't care for anything at this hotel. Only thing good was that it was close to the boardwalk. Room was dirty. Towels dirty. Terrible odor in the room. Bugs. Not worth the 170 I paid. Total ripoff.
They are.friendly. They don't give.you.a.copy.of.the.payment...the.elevator.is.very.old & scared.
The locaton was very convenient. Air conditioning didn't work very well.
THe hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with dining and entertainment options. The bed's were very comfortable for the price.
very friendly staff, close to boardwalk and shuttles, was the cheapest place in the area on short notice entire building including rooms can use an upgrade or makeover. bed sheets were not clean, parking tight
That it was close to board walk The bathroom was dirty and smelled like weed. There was blood drops and pubic hair in the sheets. Waited an hour and half at 130am for them to bring new sheets. Next night toilet wouldn't work. No ofer to switch is rooms
The worst. Bloodstains all over the carpet, the roomed smelled terrible - like cigarettes and mold, pillows were flat and the blankets had burns all over it, pretty sure there was a camera in the vent in the shower. The one man at the desk was a dick, charged my friends to park and didn't even speak English. I felt like I as way overcharged for the shitty room that we got.. but I guess that's expected from a place run by Arabs.
Me and my wife stayed at the red carpet for a night just to get away from the kids for a little. The staff were very friendly and professional. The greatest thing about the hotel is the location The room could use a fresh coat of paint if ya know what i mean.
I liked that it was close to the beach/boardwalk. The room was decent and the ac worked great! Had everything in there that you would need. Then again, I'm not high maintenance. Was just lucky to find a room at a decent price so close to the boardwalk. Besides, when you're making a trip to the beach, how much time you really spending in the room? I really have no complaints, would probably use same hotel again. You can only have two people at a time riding the elevator. Again, not an issue for me but the elevator was kinda small and that was a little bit scary to me. But, had no issues using it.
