Fordele: Everything about the hotel was beyond expectations and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were superb and the Marc Foch restaurant was a delight - well done to all the staff!

Fordele: We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke very good English and had patience with our Spanish! Very welcoming and attentive whenever called upon and had good knowledge of Palma itself. Breakfast was nice enough again with the staff being friendly each morning. The hotel room itself was very clean and well maintained.

Ulemper: Didn’t mind paying the price when the hotel was that good!

Fordele: Perfect hotel can't fault it. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the spa and free facility of the sauna, hot tub, and indoor pool. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Fordele: Hotel was fabulous. The whole was was exceptionally clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was really nice and well equipped with bathroom accessories. Lovely clean towels every day. There pool area was lovely although we didn't use it as only there for 4 days and 2 days were rather windy. The evening meal was brilliant and so much choice - you would have to be really fussy not to find anything to eat. There was a good selection at breakfast though did find some of the hot food could have been hotter. The hotel was well placed for the beach, although in November most places were closed. All in all a lovely stay

Ulemper: We weren't quite happy about the fact that at breakfast you had to queue for food - that is if you could get a table. The area surrounding the hotel seemed to cater for German customers rather than other visitors ie all restaurant menus, signs seemed to be in German.

Ulemper: Ingen sol på vores kæmpe terrasse hele dagen. I restauranten er der et meget flot marmorgulv, men stolene skramler meget når de flyttes. Giver meget unødig støj. Det bør der rettes op på.

Fordele: Got a Free upgrade to sister Hotel 5star Hipotel Palace with a Suite Room with seaview. The Best !!!!!!! Can recomend everybody this Hotel. 5star on all front.

Ulemper: Wasted space. No soundproofing. Noisy hallways. No security because people entered our room with a key card Reception made several mistakes. The spa and gym are way to basic an small

Fordele: Hotel is relatively new and beautifully designed, reception staff are attentive and efficient, and the room/suite was big with a stunning view of the sea. We requested a kettle which was in the room with a coffee machine. It was October, but the pool was quiet, if cold, and we had the choice of sun-beds. We had half board, and the food was amazing, breakfast was as good as you would expect for a 5* hotel, but in the evening the choice was amazing, as was the presentation. There is a fish cook and a meat cook as well as several hot choices, many vegetables and also an Asian themed counter. Best to get there early as they get busy even in October. Journey from airport is very quick so perfect for a long weekend break. Spa/fitness centre very easy to find although my wife got confused with the online booking and he=ad her treatment at the sister hotel next door. All in all, if you could pick up the hotel and place it in a nicer area, heat the outdoor pool a bit, it would be near perfect.

Ulemper: As I said before, the area is the only downfall. While the sea view from our room was amazing, you also look onto the tatty buildings between the hotel and the beach, including MegaPark. This isn't a 'pretty' part of the island. The beachfront is strewn with little bars and restaurants, hire shops and tacky gift shops. You also need to be aware this is a very German area, most people were speaking German and we were also spoken to initially in German all the time. There was a motorcycle event going on for a week at MegaPark which meant we had unbelievably noisy motorcycles revving and driving around the roads outside the hotel at all hours of the day and night. This is an annual event and unless you love bikes, it really spoils the tranquility. Getting into Palma was a doddle and less than €20 in a cab, highly recommended.

Fordele: This historic property is beautifully decorated. The staff are fun friendly and exceptionally good. Didnt eat at the hotel but enjoyed our stay enormously. Location is excellent.

Ulemper: The tower room is on 3 levels , quite poky, hard to get to and the hot tub takes forever to fill! .

Fordele: The location was perfect, right in the centre of town.. a stones throw from all the restaurants and boutique shopping areas. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive. Breakfast buffet was complete and complimented further by the a la carte menu. Rooms were luxurious, sumptuous and comfortable (we had the junior suite).

Fordele: The location was brilliant - just across the road from the beach. The pool was lovely, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was of a helpful, friendly, clean, upmarket hotel. The beds were so comfortable. The balcony had some wonderful rocking chairs to sit in and enjoy the view. The food was lovely.

Ulemper: Nothing about the hotel. However, be aware that if you're not German then you will be seriously outnumbered in the resort.

Fordele: - The management was amazing. - Friendly and attentive staff. - Quality of food, although I wished for more variety in some nights, especially considering a person that is not a fan of sea food. - The Spanish dinner on Thursday was very tasty and if you are a sushi fan, you will love the Tuesdays dinner. - Loved the room cleaning service. - There is some cold food and coffee/tea available after 2 AM for people who are partying late or catching an early flight.

Ulemper: - I cannot compare the quality of service in this hotel with other 4 stars on the island, but I think this was pricy for a 4 star hotel. - The dinner service duration was way too short, only 7-9:30 PM. - I sometimes wished for a handmade than a machine made Cuppocino. - The design of the hotel and rooms are not as nice as the photos. - It would be good to have more space to hang your clothes on the balcony. - The pools are small and useless, but apparently this is a thing in most of hotels in Majorca.

Fordele: It was all perfect. Except for last night in best restaurant. They had party in the other restaurant so we were ignored. Disappointing

Fordele: Very good staff, they are a credit to you. The hotel is excellent. Nice ambience and the room was very spacious. Very comfortable bed and the sheets were very smooth. The fillet steak was one of the nicest I have ever had. External views are brilliant. Excellent place to stay!!!

Fordele: Great location with fantastic view over Palma, great historic building, but in urgent of some refurbishment. But Real Madrid stayed there for their game against Palma.

Ulemper: Outdoor pool is not heated, water therefore cold. Indoor pool much too small. Spa not great.

Ulemper: Der er både fly- og byggestøj. Og Can Pastilla er ikke ‘en fed by’. Hotelopholdet var for os den vigtigste ramme, og det var perfekt, så vi kommer tilbage.

Fordele: The room was very big, the sea view was just amazing from the 5th floor! The location is perfect! There are nice restaurants around, a pharmacy is next door, a bus station is just in front of the hotel from where you can get to the centre of Palma for just 1,5 euro. The breakfast at the hotel is gorgeous! I really liked a Bluetooth music system at the room, so I could connect to Apple Music through my iPhone and it would play from dynamics around the room

Fordele: The staffs are excellent. Very helpful and often go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed every bit of their hospitality.

Ulemper: We were in the prestige room but the bed not the best.

Fordele: At hotellet ligger tæt på stranden og det er et voksen hotel. Der er rent på værelset og dejlig morgenmad.

Ulemper: At der blev spillet musik udendørs til kl 23.30, så højt at det ikke var muligt at sove før musikken stoppede og at morgenmad restaurant ikke var klar med alt ved åbningstid, juice maskine ikke tændt, kaffe maskine ikke klar, bestik til at tage mad med lå ikke klar. At der skal betales for at få skiftet badehåndklæder til poolen.

Fordele: dejlig aircon og rene værelser. Morgenmaden var ok god betjening i restauranten og baren

Ulemper: Aftensmad i restauranten Virkelig kedelig og uden variation. Det ville vi aldrig vælge igen.

Fordele: Skøn udsigt !! Dejlig seng... fin fin morgenmad.

Ulemper: Fitness-rum ville have fuldendt oplevelsen.

Fordele: Hotellet er ny renoveret og helt fantastisk. Lige fra pool området, rooftopen med fantastisk udsigt til indendørs spa og wellness området. Desuden tilbyder hotellet flere aftener underholdning, hvor der er helt fyldt med både de lokale og gæster. Om det er salsa opvisning, rooftop fest med dj, eller live musik med lokale er lige festligt.

Ulemper: Hovedpuderne var hårde som sten. Selvom der var stillet tre puder til rådighed, i forskellige størrelser, føltes alle tre som hårde sofa puder. Dette resulterede desværre i dårlig nattesøvn. Ligeledes er maden ikke noget at råbe hurra for, hvilket er ærgerligt, da hotellet ellers indbyder til hyggelige aftener der. Så kan kun anbefale at spise andetsteds. Morgenmaden er dog acceptabel og har et bredt udvalg.

Fordele: Near the airport good breakfast lovely sun balcony on 8th floor

Fordele: This is a very conveniently located hotel right on the beach. There are tons of restaurants around and the hotel has good food as well. The breakfast was tasty and good and the hotel very nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Ulemper: At times we could hear the jets taking off from the Palma airport. This wasn't a big problem for us but I did notice it a couple of mornings and some people might find that to be a problem.

Fordele: The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly from the housekeeping, the reception, to the restaurant-Xisco :) - he was always so happy and made good atmosphere. The location was very good, just in front of the sea, beautiful view.

Ulemper: The hotel was a bit run down. Some staff were not very friendly. Coffee machines were not working at breakfast time. Food was mediocre at breakfast.
