It provided good quality clean accomodation in a very pleasant and quiet location
We enjoyed swimming each day. Had a great view of the golf course from our apartment. Having to pay for sheets was a bit mean.
a lot of space bad possibilities for arriving on Sunday after 6 p.m., not very clean, position of the residence is far out (esp. without car), not close to the city center or the beach
The site is beautiful and tranquil. Apartment size good for short stays. It has both heating and A/C which worked fine. Our apartment had a broken-down dishwasher about which we complained. Staff sent a technician but problem not fully resolved. They should have changed the dishwasher. Also, it took one week to clean outside hall. Otherwise fine.
It was large, airy with good location and access. Double bed was a bit small, an awning or cover sun screen would be an advantage as there was no cover on the terrace on the top floor.
Only the position,Overpriced,Dirty.Made To Check Intinery Which Was Wrong,No View .Ripped Off, Very Poor , For Golfers Only
The balcony Electricals in the apartment were very bad -- kept shorting out; the provision of towels was miserly (why not just provide as many as people want to pay for??)
pool & view were good we did not have proper electricity for 4 days and no central heating at all on cold evenings and this was still not sorted when we left
Room was clean and good size. Nice pool. Hotel is not really suitable if you don't want to use a car. It is not within walking distance of beaches at Cap d'Agde. Agde town is at least 20 mins walk.
The hotel front desk gentlemen was so kind. Can't remember his name. He goes beyond his call to assist. This is very refreshing when you have someone so nice to help you and goes out of his way. The room was sufficient and had air conditioning, it was portable and loud as all get out, but nonetheless, the room was cool and comfortable. This is a huge plus during the summer months so don't ever book a hotel without air conditiong during that time frame! We learned the hard way at another hotel and left there early to stay here. If you have a car, there is plenty of free parking and getting to the beach is not bad at all. It is about a 5-10 minute drive. Also, there are shops and food not too far (by car of course). The floors in the room were so very dirty. Housekeeping needs to vacuum and mop daily. My feet were filthy by the end of the evening. Seems like they rush through it so they can leave since there is no room cleaning service after the morning hours.
Special personlised service .
The staff were really helpful and friendly The description of the hotel said 5 mins from beach, did not say by car, unfortunately the walk into town was okay but not good for walking back in the dark, so we had to hire a car which we did not expect to do. I would recommend this hotel to someone who had a car.
It was clean we had four children with us they did not want any noise
Very clean. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of both Agde town and Cap d'Agde beach resort. Lovely breakfast at reasonable cost and nice relaxing surroundings.
nice pool-area, value for money
Very quiet and is located next to the street and the advantage of hotel rooms is clean and easy to reach, and is characterized by the hotel staff graciously and friendly too. After 6:00 there is no one from the hotel staff, but they give you the pin number so you open the main hotel in case you will be delayed.
The staff is great. The hotel is realy far from everything and there is only 2 lines of bus in all the city and they are very rare. There's one bus per hour or less. The bathroom was realy dirty.
My room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. It is a nice quiet area about 15 minutes walk to the beach & to the city centre. I will stay there again if I in that part of France again.
Excellen clean. Breakfast was OK
The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The room was large and airy and had a good size balcony. No complaint about the hotel. It was small and appeared to be a family concern, therefore it did not have facilities to serve dinner or have a bar. It's a bit of a hike to the port and beach to eat and drink outside when you are tired. But the hotel itself is fantastic and we were sorry to leave.
Staff very friendly and helpful despite the fact we lost the remote control for the secure car park.
The hotel is owner operated by Laurent and his wife Francoise (I hope I've spelt this correctly!) are they are a very nice couple indeed. They made me feel very welcome and were as helpful as possible during my stay. My room was located on the ground floor and had a terrace. Whilst the room itself was perhaps a little dated, it was immaculately clean and very comfortable with the added bonus of a little fridge in which to keep my water and drinks etc and air conditioning. I didn't partake in breakfast so cannot comment on this. There's also a swimming pool on site which is located just next to the hotel and is kept very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. There are little or no facilities such as shops and restaurants within the immediate vacinity of the hotel, facilities such as this are around a 15 to 20 mins walk away. Obviously if you've hired a car or bicycle this won't be a problem for you.
The location was good
Very friendly, family run hotel No
The staff treatment was excellent Slightly dated deco.
Hotel met our expectations, room was clean, comfortable and the service from the staff was excellent
