The hotel was very comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient. No, I had a very good experience at the hotel and would use it again for future business.
Hotel Facilities and room was big enough and new ans the Clubcar transportation The beach wasn`t good enough where the water was shallow.
The hotel's building itself is huge which is great as even when it is fully booked you wouldn't feel the crowd. Free oudoor gym, jacuzzis and sauna are very enjoyable and we had a great time at the spa. The buffet breakfast was average and when it struck 10 30 am the food was quickly removed so you had to be there at least half an hour before closing time else you'd get into the restaurant and have nothing except a cup of tea.
Nice place to spend holiday, kids area is great. Animation team are lovely. There is a clinic for any emmergency. Food is good. Beach and pools are nice. Heated pool is available for kids and adults. Beach volly ball was really fantasatic. The Shisha corner is totally bad. No servise, bad drinks. We had to wait more than 45 min to get our order from shisha , and then also 10 min to get drinks. No further charcool. It is really not related to the hotel.
Lots of space around the huge pool. Nice terrace for breakfast. Perfect hotel for a nice holiday.
There was good swimmingpools and good place to kids. Too hard beds!!! Wireless Internet connect too expensive.

The multiple restaurants and the effort that they take to prepare different dishes daily plus, the continuous cleaning of floors right thru the day. The rooms can be classified between 2 to 3 stars and the prices charged were exorbitant. Beds were very uncmfortable and full of bugs. Restaurant staff are very rude and unproffessional.
I liked best at this hotel the quality of the food, the cleanliess of the room and all throuout the hotel, the goodwill of staff ready to help you at any time, whatever efforts they were supposed to make. Also they had plenty of relaxing areas, with confortable chairs inside and outside. I did not like at all at this hotel: the size of the pools, the fact that just one pool (the smallest one) was heated, too many mosquitos, the beach was too crowded and just one beach bar for two hotels (Alf Leila and Jungle Park), and the size of the plastic glasses (100 ml for one beer)
Was told upon arrival that the price on the site is not correct and they wanted to charge me extra however after a big argument the hotel manager opolgise for the mistake occurred. Food was not good at all. All doors licks in the room were not working including the security chain and no safe box in the too
Everything was great lovly place I was unhappy on checkout as I was misinformed regarding a late check out I thought it was agree for free however I was very surprised wen they charged me 40 euros and wen I called the manager he was nonbank at all as they all assumed I was making this up
Great buildings and interior, spacious and clean rooms. Rater than fine sand, the beach is made from gravels. Note that reservations for the a la carte restaurants needs to be made 1 day prior to eating, and they only take one seating per night. Very limited menus, unless you wish to pay extra. This hotel suits best families with small children, and without expectations for great food experiences. The service level in general is not 5 star standard, but this could be related to this being a quite new hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is very nice within, but stepping out of the hotel area, you will find construction sites. 10 minutes by taxi to go into Hurghada. At the private beach, you can expect persistant enquiries by henna tatooers Service level needs improvement. Not corresponding to the 5 stars of the hotel. Better information about the hotel facilities upon time of arrival, especially regarding how reservation at a la carte restaurants works. Opening hours for pools are a little short.
All inclusive basis of the hotel, helpful Hotel staff and the hotel view was the best thing in that trip.
The resort itself is nicely designed, some of the food at the restaurants wasn't too bad... It was packed with nasty overweight Russian families, so if you're not in that category, you will feel like an alien. Deck chairs by the beach were all reserved by 8AM, so we had to use the open beach next to the resort, which is full of rubbish lying around, nevertheless a nicer sand and water than the "fake" sand on the resort's beach. Staff was rude, people assume you're either Russian or German, and speak to you in those 2 languages only!
The hotel is a part of a group of hotels in Makadi Bay in Hurghada and offers various activities in cooperation with other nearby hotels. The hotel is situated directly on the beach and there are good activities to participate in during day time and night time. The food variety was limited (okay quality), rooms offer only basic comfort, and the hotel does not offer safary trips.
