Fordele: Everything was as expected. It's idea JAZ standard as usual. Last year, I've been to Jaz Makadi Oasis resort, it was a little bit more cozy, luxurious, and comfort. Animation team was below average in Saraya resort compared to those I met the last year in Oasis resort. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Sustainable excellent service, quality food , choice of food is fantastic(Chef Emad is real wizard!),rooms are large and clean , the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Friendly and professional staff, hospitable and considerate. Special thanks to management of Jaz Makadi Saraya for our gorgeous vocation. Cannot wait to be back!

Fordele: Alt! Fortjener helt sikkert 5 stjerner - også efter europæiske standarder. Skøn beliggenhed tæt på lufthavn og lige ned til en rigtig god og børnevenlig sandstrand. Stort udvalg af barer og a la carte restauranter, og faktisk er maden og udvalget rigtig fint på flere af dem. Vi kommer aldrig til at vælge Egypten pga maden, men den var ok her.

Ulemper: At rejse med to kønne teenage piger er nærmest uimodståeligt for de lokale medarbejdere på resortet - der er altså enormt stor forskel på dansk og egyptisk mentalitet og kultur.

Fordele: The staff is very good, helpful, and friendly. Variety of restaurants to choose from and the food at the main restaurant was good. Snack bars offer good options. They have many pools with at least three heated pool. The aqua park is fun and there is another small aqua for children. Animation team is good and offers fun night entertainment.

Ulemper: The facility is a little old with poor master plan design. You have to walk a lot to navigate between places (aqua, sea, restaurants, etc). Room bathrooms could use some updating and better cleaning. No easy access for strollers or wheelchairs in every building.

Ikke godt nok ift at kalde sig et 5-stjernet hotel (Egyptisk standard eller ej)....

He was very helpful from the beginnig. The guest realiton also called me every day, that am i statisfied. Very polite really!!! The meals ohh my god!!!!!! it was so delicious!! The soups, the starters the cakes and so on. I could speak with the Chef of the kitchen, i congratulated for this perfect kitchen, i saw he checked always everything that the guest are satisfied!! One of the best hotels in the world!! You are doing a great job!!!!!

Fordele: We came as a family with our one year old daughter and we found everything easy and convenient. we especially liked the fact that there were several restaurants to chose from and the staff which was absolutely adorable. The heated pool was awesome for our daughter and the room was what we expected. It was a success.

Ulemper: The hotel staff around the pool are not respecting the Muslim religion norms, they didn’t stop the music last Friday during the Azan for Jumaah prayer although my daughter asked them twice to do so

Fordele: Staff members are very helpful, cheerful, and well trained. Animation team, and fun activities are really joyful. Food variety and quality is fine.

Fordele: Pool and beach were great. Quite good WiFi. Strong entertainment team. Clean and well kept property. Responsive reception desk (before arrival).

Ulemper: Blunt food at the buffet, every meal the same overcooked dishes. Turn down service in the evening was a call from the reception desk instead of knocking to a door. Staff (bartenders and waiters) sometimes seemed tired and annoyed with the guests (guest facing training might help as they all are good people). Overall very good experience so these are only small flaws.

Ulemper: The reception staff don't welcome their guests and don't even smile, the housekeeping and room service are are not professional and very slow, very loud machines on roof that was very annoying especially at night, I received a phone call that wake me up the day before the departure date to tell me that I should leave the next day before 12, animation shows place was poor, no animation at day time on pool area, all fresh juices are not included in all inclusive package, heated pool area is small and always crowded.

Ulemper: small beach comparing to facility people smoke every where even at the mean hotel hall/lobby the hotel is under renovation (never been informed) The only thing egyptian is the land and most of stressed employees There are a lot of attitude in this location!!.

Fordele: Dejligt hotel til ren afslapning. God morgenmad, masser at vælge imellem. Sødt personale, alle smilende, venlige og hjælpsomme. Buffet frokost og aften, god. Men rigtig dejligt med mulighed for at spise på forskellige steder. Buffe en hel uge kan godt blive for meget. Brugte ikke poolen, ikke fordi den ikke ser skøn ud - men havet er nu bedre. Anden gang vi boede på dette hotel. Kommer gerne igen.

Fordele: Very friendly staff, very good service (food/drinks/housekeeping).

Ulemper: 1) There are noisy constructions going on on top of the two wings of the building. At first, our "Deluxe Suite" was placed right below that, a few days were needed to resolve this. 2) The lobby/central area looks great, but is lacking a central staircase to the upper floors (and the elevators are notoriously overloaded). They are thus somewhat difficult to reach, especially so because one elevator/staircase at the wing was blocked by the constructions. 3) There was an irritating strong smell on the corridors, maybe related to the constructions, maybe not. 4) Internet (via Wifi) bandwith is too low for the many users around. 5) I think the ratings at booking.com are skewed for this one. A truly overproportional number of enthusiastic reviews seems to come from bookers of the Egytians & residents only rate.

Fordele: All front disck staff are professionals, helpful and friendly specially Mr. Michael and Mohamed Mahmoud. All restaurants and pool staff are very polite and supportive, Restaurants varieties is good idea to suit all tastes, good location and design

Ulemper: Animation team is very poor, entertainment and activities during all the day are not good, Shower gel in the bathroom is not available in all days, Transport boat closing time is not good and not matched with facilities timing, there's no Turkish coffee in all the resort, no ironing facilities available in the rooms.

Fordele: The beach was amazing n the pool was heated n nice. The staff were friendly n gr8 (except for the reception staff). The food is good especially the Asian Restaurant.

Ulemper: The reception staff are so disrespectful and aggressive, they are always nervous and angry. Even on our way out of the hotel one of them ran after us with a scissor in a scary way to cut off the wrist band, which was weird and that is why I will avoid Albatros group next time.

Ulemper: Absolutely not worth the money! - The check in took more than an hour - the rooms seemed to be not cleaned for quite a time - a bottle of wine as an excuse took 2 hours and 3 phone calls (wasn’t sure if we would get it anymore) - minibar in „suite“ only had water and 2 Softdrinks Idk about the prices of the standard rooms but the suite was ridiculously expensive for what you get! For a tenth of the price maybe okay

Fordele: kids pool is overseed by lifeguard pretty well, fish cookings from the chiefs are nice and tasty, volleyball is normally good but only one field(up to 6 teams in a raw), kids mini disco is nice, shows are pretty well done, baby room animators work well with kids esp. Vika(Viktoria), unfortunately romm works only 4h/day

Ulemper: overall service level is medium, some staff is not smiling at all, wifi disconnects on a daily basis and does not work for skype calls properly, rooms are not that clean as it can be, sea can not be entered directly but only via buoy/ponton darts and ping-pong equipment is too old(rockets, dart shifts)

Ulemper: Staff - particularly waiters were annoying. Many of them seemed in bad moods or fake friendly trying to get a tips. Clearing the table before we had finished eating was prevalent. Food - Very average quality and every meal similar salads and deserts.

Fordele: The hotel was very clean, most staff was friendly, the daily food selection was good, but could be improved to offer more a selection. The beach is a long walk from some rooms, shuttle rides should be offered as an option for customers who can’t walk that far. The Christmas dinner was exceptional.

I would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to my friends.

If your going to tip hotel staff and tour guides, you will need bank notes not coins as banks in Egypt will not change coins for bank notes. Don’t go the pharmacy over the road, he will rip you off for stuff, Make sure you have enough sun cream and pain killers for your trip Tour guides will walk around the sun loungers all day trying to get some business, which can get annoying.

For breakfast, there is nothing you cannot find: from a wide wide range of cheeses, to pancakes, eggs, waffles, French toast... even their chocolate spread was not the liquid one, it was the true glass jared ones comparable to Nutella. For lunch, you can either have it in the main restaurant or at Nassaya, the snacks lounge at the beach. In the main restaurant, there are so many types of salads that indecisiveness strikes you. For dinner, every night you will find a cuisine from a different country or region in the world. It was very nice to be honest. The best part of my experience was the food, so a big thank you to Mr Wagih for doing such a nice job. - Organisation. To make a reservation for an A la Carte restaurant, there is a touch screen at the reception floor where you make you reservation for the dates you wish for. There are also a couple of rules to facilitate your stay. For example, when you are at the beach, you can hang a red flag so that you avoid the salesmen. - The beach is pretty nice. There is a main frontal area where it is not open sea so you could swim safely. Because the resort is adults only, so it is very peaceful and quiet. - Entertainment. Attended the best shows ever seen in any hotel or resort. Every night, there is a different show. The best ones where the talent show, the Hollywood dance show and the salsa dance show. It was excellent. - The wifi. The connection is amazing wherever you go. In the lobby, in your rooms, and restaurants. Even at the beach, but the connection is less strong. - The sea view from the room was stunning.

Ulemper: - The rooms in general need to be renovated a little bit. For example, the bathroom door was quite old and the wood was shipped.

Fordele: The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was nice. The hotel is older but well maintained and clean.

Ulemper: From our room we could hear the noise of the ventilation system and the strong smell of gas until 11 pm. The beach is quite limited. The food is not the best quality but it's not bad. The price of the resort could be a bit lower.

Fordele: The staff was professional and service was really good

Fordele: Everything was great , everyone working there helpfully since first minute I arrived Mohamed on reception helped me with check in and everyone else was friendly! My only concern about the hotel that there’s not enough activities over there!

Fordele: Meget afslappet og venligt personale, som gerne vil snakke med gæsterne. Strand sælgerne acceptere et nej. Ekstremt godt drikkevare udvalg. Lige fra café chokolade, milkshake til smagfulde drinks, som ikke kun smager af alkohol.

Ulemper: Der mangler områder, hvor man kan ligge i læ for vinden .

Fordele: The staff was great and the animation team made our stay perfect full with activities and fun.

Ulemper: The entrance was shocking according to the place inside i guess they have to renew it

Fordele: The entire staff was extremely welcoming and and helpful. The concept and design of the place is fresh and different. There are many food options, from the main buffet to all the a-la-carte restaurants.

Ulemper: My only complaint would be the club in the resort being shut down for renovations which made our stay a little quieter than expected but it didn’t stop us from still having a great time. We’ll definitely be back once it’s up and running.

Fordele: Perfect location great service very helpful staff and Manager so kind ! I recommend this facility for couples and friend as well, for relaxation and for good party! Also the food is amazing! Many restaurants and fish tavern as well ! :)

Fordele: Morgenmaden ok - med stort udvalg de fleste dage. Beliggenheden af hotellet i top. Værelset super fint og meget rent. En speciel tak for at gøre ferien dejlig, skal lyde til Mohammed El Nubi, livredderne Yaseer og Marawan, samt vores housekeeper Yousef.

Ulemper: Dårlig service i receptionen generelt. Beskidte pools samt områder omkring dem. Alt for lidt personale - gælder overalt - venter utrolig længe på servering. Utrolig meget larm fra underholdning til langt ud på natten. Kun et fåtal af de ansatte var serviceminded.

Fordele: Staff, food, beach, ...

Ulemper: Entertainment didn’t meet my expectation

Fordele: Everything! Fantastic welcome with refreshing hot flannels & a drink, then a tour of the resort. The resort itself was unbelievable, something for everyone. Older people like myself should not be put off by the "clubbing" aspect of the resort. Yes there is a pool playing loud music if you want it but there is a quiet pool & I would say that most of the resort is fairly quiet. Not kept awake at night either, except from inconsiderate guests! Food was fantastic with plenty of choice. Check out the burger bar!

Ulemper: The staff were, on the whole, fantastic & very keen to talk & interact with guests but the management, the guys in blue shirts, did not encourage this, in fact one of the waiters we often spoke to got told off for talking to us. The same manager who told him off took a tip from one of the waiters which another guest had given him. It's such a shame because the waiters are so friendly & only aim to please. Tips make up their meagre wages.
