Bed was very comfortable, and overall room was very clean. Great presentation. We ordered room-service and the food was outstanding! The bellboys were awesome, very helpful and friendly (can't say the same about the rest of the staff) The gardens and pool are beautiful, clean, and family friendly. Jacuzzi was cold, had to ask for it to be turned on however after about an hour it was only a bit warm. Also having to leave an ID to borrow towels for the pool/Jacuzzi I thought was odd and felt a sense of distrust from the hotel. The vent in the restroom was not working, I mention this to the cleaning lady and she said simply that there was no air available in the restroom. The staff was courteous but not as friendly as I would expect, I have previously stayed in Hotel Maria Bonita and the staff there was much friendlier, no matter where we turned all the staff would say hello and asked if they could be of assistance. In Lucerna we had to ask for any help, some of the staff didn't even acknowledge our presence.
This was false advertised as being in America and I didn't stay there because I had to rebook a hotel that was in AMERICA. I want my money back. It's not in El Paso which is what I typed in. Beware.
excellent buffet staff is very friendly and accommodating , room quality is outstanding very clean. the buffet is billed separately it is not included with most reservations not a big deal onsite it was 234 pesos
Good food good service for the price all was excellent. nothing everything was good.

Staff and location also good food the breakfast buffet excellent clean etc. in general good place to stay. no. nothing everything is ok.
Very clean and rooms very comfortable. did not have refrigerator.
Everything was great. I only stayed for 1 night so i didnt get to experience the hotel. I will be planning to stay this location in the near future.
Location and staff
I liked their friendly staff and location. I wish we had been reimbursed somehow for the power outage that lasted hours. It prevented us from having internet service, cable and power period. NO bueno at all
Ubicacion perfecta y el staff muy amable
Very unclean, beds very uncomfortable, no hot water, beds were stinking and not clean with some ugly liquid spoiled over the sheds. This is my last time I will visit this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice and comfortable. Safe parking lot as well and safe property. Access to the hotel is a little difficult as the streets to cross are very high traffic areas without proper signals or traffic control.
I like how clean the rooms are kept but most important the awesome hospitality. They can do a little better with food serve after 4pm.
Shuttle takes you anywhere you want to go, they give you all the information you need for the consulate appointments. very friendly and very safe!! n/a
Everything! All I wanted when I made the reservation was a decent, inexpensive place to stay while processing my husband's visa in Cd. Juarez. What we got was so much more! Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean, and even though the hotel was completely booked, it was quiet and peaceful. They have a shuttle service that brings guests to the consulate and a handful of other locations but will also come when you call them free of charge. They serve a very nice breakfast too - usually scrambled eggs with ham, refried beans, chilaquiles (kind of like nachos but for breakfast), and fruit. There were also a few kinds of cereal, basic breakfast pastries, coffee, milk, tang, and some kind of fruit punch. I didn't use the gym, but there was one, as well as a pool, computer room, and laundry room. The staff were all so friendly and attentive too - I wish we could bring this hotel with us everywhere we went! Nothing - they exceeded our expectations in every way!
I like the customer service they gave ous also that they treat you like your at home .I will really recommend this hotel it's the best one in ciudad Juarez. I just didn't like the morning driver he was to serious when you talk to him or say goodmorning he didn't respond I think he hates his job.
Los trabajadores son muy amables y ayudan con todo. La comida de desayuno muy deliciosa. Te llevan al mall o consulado. Todo fue perfecto. Nada
There's nothing to like about it. Everything from the room to the staff. Rooms were super dirty and nothing worked, not even the lights. The staff were horrible not well mannered at all. They don't like guest that get cheap deals on Expedia because they say they can't make money off of us customers. What was worse is that before you can claim your reservation there, they ask how you booked your room so cheap and once you tell them through Expedia they give you the worst rooms ever and give the most horrid staff service. My reservation had free breakfast included but the staff were charging it. Over all I do not recommend others to stay at this hotel at all, not even for businesse or pleasure. Oh almost forgot they charge to use the pool. Like seriously?
The staff was friendly and helpful The wifi was really slow
Very cleand and everyone is very friendly. They have good breakfast options.
The staff was very accomodating! They helped us with all of our questions in regards to the Consulate appointments, and they have computers and printer to use. The breakfast was delicious! Everything was within walking distance! Sometimes the smells from the drain pipes in the bathroom shower were unplesant, but they would go away. I think it is just the Mexican pluming!
Friendly and helpful staff. Across from very nice and secure mall. Two blocks from consulate. Restaurants all around this place. Very safe and secure area. Nothing we had a nice stay.

The staff is super friendly. I felt conformable being there during my stay. The hotel features fridge but none were found. The bathroom toilet was dirty when I got there.
The last time i was here was for a few days during the week of 8/16. I had forgotten some important paperwork in the US and I think the overnight desk manager (*, *) did a great job trying help rectify my situation via fax machine. I mustve called the desk a half dozen times during that morning. He was very polite the whole time and never got upset or had an attitude problem. This was early AM (like 5am). I am from the Northeast US and its very refreshing to deal with people that seem to genuinely care if and when you need help. The free lobby internet is great to because they have a laser printer.
More then I expected, all employees were super helpful and nice N/A
Hospital next door. Mall across the street is nice with good food court. Wendys, Dennys, McDonalds, Starbucks, Subway, Dominos and Buffalo Wild Wings within walking distance. Free breakfast is great. WiFi is excellent!
Breakfast Should have longer breakfast hours on weekend. Hotel overpriced
This hotel was great. It was extremely clean and the staff was very nice. The free breakfast was excellent. The hotel was safe as well. There was a fence around the hotel and they had a security guard letting guests in. There was also a shuttle to take you places. The beds were extremely comfortable. I think they are the most comfortable beds I have slept in when staying at a hotel. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Ciudad Juarez.
I highly recommend this hotel because the staff is super polite and courteous. Our hotel room was clean and its location is great; its walking distance from the american consulate, restaurants, and a shopping mall. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at microtel. Our room smelled funky, the breakfast was OK, I paid close to $400 dollars not pesos but dollars for 5 days. Which I thought was a little steep.
Clean, is within walking distance to everything you need if your going to consulate Breakfast could be better
It is inexpensive and in a safe part of the city with decent food and bar options. There's only one or two English television stations.
The room and the location The staff at the reception was very rude everytime I wanted to get to my room
Quit it always nice to stay there The shower was clogged the water would not go down.
The location, the room was presentable and clean. Towels a little bit worn out, but all in the room was nice. They do offer room service for the very well chain nationally known restaurant 'Sanborn's'. Exchange rate was good too. The recepcionist was not friendly, she looked at the computer and I guess she did not like the way the reservation was made. She did not offer any help and failed to give us the breakfast food coupons, didn't know they were required at restaurant.
This hotel is Located 10 minutes from the border ! I only stayed for about 10hours before our Paquete Came Then we left Town !
Price is great iv stayed here several times.

everything was perfect location parking
It's location is the best. It was close to everything. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. Very inexpensive. Great value for my money. Very few amenities. I had to open the window because the AC was not turned on. But it was great for the price.
Nothing, bad service. Nothing, bad service.
That it was close to the consulate Everything staff was rude, they had bed bugs.Staff wanted to hook up with customers there when they traveled alone. 6/6/15
The hotel facilities including room and breakfast area are clean and well kept. Good breakfast included with our stay. We couldn't get extra towels from hotel housekeepers, we were told we had to request them from front desk because they have to approve getting extra things like that in the rooms. The hotel does not offer late check-out and you only get 10 min. grace period to leave room after the hotel's set check-out time.
Staff was awesome and Accomodating. When we had to extend our stay for unseen circumstances, they easily extended our reservation and let us pay per night. Several that we met during our stay said that it was the best hotel within walking distance of the consulado. If you get tired of Mexican food (we did), there's a Texas ribs place on the same corner. Real food (not deep fried) prepared in an American style. Yay! Definitely check out the bar recoveco in the hotel for a quiet place to hide in the afternoons when you need to get out of the room. The outdoor patio is wonderful on breezy nights with a pina colada or margarita. A little confusion in pulling up the booking from booking.com when I called ahead to confirm. Not all the consierge have access to those who booked online. The pool is a little TOO warm for my tastes. Restaurant Service can be slow at times, so be sure to not be in a rush. .
The hotel amenities were very nice, very clean, there is a nice Spanish style to the hotel. It has a very elegant, relaxing feel to the hotel. The staff was also very accommodating of my children, even going so far as to straighten our pack-n-play, which we had brought from home, every day. There is not a refrigerator or microwave in the room.
This is my second time staying at the hotel. The staff is very nice and the hotel is clean. The morning breakfast is very poor. The hours are only 7-9 a.m. If you are on vacation or you were out late the night before, you will miss the breakfast. When I was there the first time, which was in February 2016, the breakfast was better. Now it isn't worth it. The food is poor quality and minimal selection. Also, the hot tub in the pool area wasn't working.
Clean, good breakfast, staff overall everything is pretty good Is just 1 washer and dryer, Internet is bad
I have to travel to Juarez Mexico for business purposes.I stayed for 9 days and the service was excellent staff and people there are very nice. They have delicious breakfast which is included. Most of the customers where there for similar reason so we share experiences and I left leaving great friends there. I will definitely come back and choose same hotel again. I didn't like WiFi. I couldn't access to my tablet no Internet access and the only computer you can use is old. I think if they provide better Internet connection would be really nice and ppl would feel 1000 % satisfied.
It was walking distance from all my appointments. Unfriendly staff, our reservation was at 3pm and we didn't get check in until close to 5pm. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were to small.
It's close to the consulado In internet show a picture of the room and we you're see the room is smaller that's disapointed
Friendliness, & made me feel welcomeN N/A
It felt somewhat secure The room had a very bad smell When I ask to switch rooms they ask someone to investigate and after a long time they switch the room. All the linens are old and the matres are hard Do your self a favor spend a little more and get a better hotel there is plenty in ciudad Juarez.
