rooms are great pool is pretty run down
The apartment feel resort was exactly what I was looking for for a relaxing, family, Las Vegas trip. The villas were well kept, the staff was nice & helpful, the pool area was great and the BBQ grills were a plus
The location to down town Las Vegas is great. Good room for a large family of 8 for this price range. Very clean & modern. Can not check in until 4:00 pm and must check out by 10:00 am?
The room was large and clean. The hourly free shuttle bus to "the strip" was handy. Our overall experience was not good. This is a timeshare facility, not a hotel. At checkin I had to stand and listen to a 20 minute timeshare presentation before they would hand over the room key (while my family was waiting in the car in 35 degree heat). They seemed to be trying to sell me a unit, even though I live on the other side of the world. Our room faced a 6 lane highway with terrible traffic noise. The maintenance men woke us at 7am each morning, even on the weekend. I think there are much better places than this in Las Vegas.
I didnt!! Dirty, didn't come and clean the room when they said. Noisy neighbors and nobody came and quieted them. Would never stay here agai!! Front desk staff was nice other than that addressed above.
Quality comfortable and clean
Loved the room, had everything we needed. We were far enough from Las Vegas blvd. to not have to worry about the crowds, but close enough to get there in 10 min. The pool was perfect.
hotel staff and the entire complex was great I thought my room had a washer/dryer and planned for that and it did not
The unit was nice. It had in unit laundry. Ridiculously oversized bathtub. It's definitely not a resort. It's a condo complex that looks to date from the mid 1980s. The units are one bedroom apartments. It looks much nicer in photos. When you check in, a 'concierge' gives you a hard sell on buying a timeshare. The check out time is a cruel 10 am. I stayed there because it had good reviews. It was ok, but more expensive than much nicer places. Keep that in mind.
Great location for exploring Vegas. Quiet facilities. Room felt luxurious. Staff very polite and helpful. All round excellent place to stay when visiting Vegas.
Size of suite was livable with kitchen, dining and living areas and master bedroom with spa. Bedroom closet ridiculously small; room-safe out of practical reach. Can't turn lights or fan on/off from inside bedroom,. only from living room. Insufficient dresser drawers for two people let alone three. Shower door gap leaks water onto bathroom floor; door scrapes on floor. Kitchen floor out of level so refrigerator door slams against wall. Ironing board wouldn't stand; clothes washer very noisy. Coffee table so heavy took two to move so sofa bed could be used. TV in living room on different cable system than bedroom, couldn't watch same program from both rooms. No computer/work desk or convenient device charging outlets; internet pages blocked.
I've generally been impressed with the Hampton Inn in any location. They seem to be nicer than comparably priced hotels. They are usually more updates as well. This was no exception. We planned on a small refrigerator in our room, because every other Hampton Inn Does. We were disappointed that our room didn't have one. We had to throw away some things that we had planned to have the beefcake day.
We liked the free breakfast and close proximity to the Summerlin area. There was a horrendous sewer smell from the bathroom that would come and go. We kept the bathroom door shut while in the room. Glad we did not spend much time in the room. Breakfast was okay, juice machine was very watered down, Room carpet was a bit dirty. Weight machine in fitness area was missing some parts.
Yes we'd stay again. We stayed 4 nights and we found everyone to be very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. But best of all the staff was genuinely friendly and each person spoke to us. Just a hop and skip away from the Red Rock Casino. The carpet needed to be cleaned.
Quiet, clean and comfortable
Every thing was wonderful
I love it Everything
The rooms were comfortable and the people were friendly and helpful. The bathroom shower was not clean.
The staff was extremely accommodating to our needs.
This is the second time that I had my vacation there. I really love the place. Far from casinos, this is not a best ideal for players. But I like the location near Canyons. The shower. No internet.
The hotel is close enough to the Las Vegas strip, but out of the crazy zone. The kitchen is the best feature of the facility.
We were able to stay for four days and were able to relax whereas hotels tend to not accommodate a family, comfortably.
The Cliffs at Peace Canyon far exceeded our expectations. From check-in until our departure, the staff was attentive to our every need. The location of this condominium is ideal for family, business or just a get-away for a visit to the city. They offer special events for all members of the family. We would definitely stay at The Cliffs again. T
The staff was extremely accommodating when it came to seeing that my family, all 9 of us, had a great time. They were able to arrange that we had units directly above and below each other so the cousins could bounce back and worth to visit.
Shuttle bus to the strip was convenient and the room size is better than staying in a hotel The queen sized fold out couch mattress was not comfortable. Two bedroom units with two twin sized beds in one of the rooms would work a little better.
I loved how it was an apartment and didn't feel like a hotel. Easy to relax after playing.
The hotel was a good value but the cleanliness was not all that great. The tile floors were dirty and the backsplash in the kitchen was in need of a good scrubbing Aside from the cleanliness issue it was a good value. Would recommend that anyone staying check the individual rooms before accepting the keys. Although we had booked a 2 bedroom suite we were given a 1 bedroom and had to prove our reservations were for a 2 bedroom before being checked in.
