They do not have a kids club and our room did not get cleaned until after 7 PM and we had to make the request.
Big & relaxing swimingpool Long distance between the reception area & the rooms & no elevators.
Good atmosphere. Nice beach with beach chairs and good service. The coffee was not good (Nescafe instead of fresh coffee). The water in the swimming pool was colder than the sea.
i like the (Tikiya) its a place on the beach side were you can have shisha and watch the nice programs they do i tried the Italian restorant but i didnt like it
Lovely hotel, great staff, good location, really quiet. I would have liked the mountainside hotel to have a place to shower if you do not leave until later on and there is not the availablilty to have a late check out.
the friendly and warm attitude of the staff
nice garden view , great time at the swimming pool
Great location, within walking distance of everything. The private beach was awesome. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived very early for our check-in and they were nice enough to let us check-in early. No.
the warm and friendly attitude of the staff
god location. Excellent breakfast. none
everything is fantastic when i the currency prices exchange make me pay more than booking site. i should pay by doller.
Great scenery, beautiful weather and nice location.
It is avery good hotel for for a family it fit all ages . The food is not bad but it is not so good .
Events on the sea more
the spa,the design of the hotel, the breakfastand the staff are friendly the beach is small and the sea sports were expensive compairing with other hotels
Good facilities, very helpful and friendly staff, closely intergrated with Soho Square shopping and restaurants, shares some beach facilities with Savoy Hotel. Food is well presented, but fairly average. Many guests reported stomach problems. Hotel is very weighted to Russian guests.
Pretty and large hotel gardens/pools,easy 5-10min walk to lovely snorkelling beach and shopping/restaurant boulevard with fountains.Reliable hot weather (28c in nov).Good standard of singers in bar each evening.Only there 4 days,if longer would have enjoyed using sister hotel Savoy on beach.Plenty of poolside and beach sunbeds in nov- quiet season- and no towel bagging of SUNBEDS,what a pleasant suprise.Majority of guests Russian but we had no probs as other reviewers had. Bitten by flies while sunbathing at pool or beach, even with spray.Only thing putting me off going again. Beach cafe opened only at midday and poor choice. No morning coffee or afternoon tea in hotel,no tea tray in rooms.ALL Inclusive but nowhere for tea/sweet snacks round pool 10.30- 6.30.Only savoury snacks (pizza )12-5.So was bit hungry most days, particularly if lunch choice not to your taste.Meal choice large but samey and mostly lukewarm buffet.A/I Alcohol choice poor.Dark at 4.30 in nov so v long evenings- can be cool, always a breeze blowing, need a warm jacket.GUEST Relations are not fully aware of all trips available.Push for what you want-Check with stall holder round pool first!
The best part of the hotel was the deal of "eat & drink as much as you can" and the indoor swimming pool. Location-wise the hotel is good in terms of being next to a shopping area called Soho Square where you get almost everything that you will find in Na'ma Bay (however, obviously on a little higher prices since Na'ma Bay is the city centre). Do not have complaints as such except we got a new/recently renovated room, which still required finishing and the hot water supply had some problems. The beach is nearby and shared with Sierra's parent hotel, Savoy, but the beach/seaside itself was not that great. Perhaps Ras Mohamed areas and Hurghada are much better.
The resort was all encompassing for those that enjoy that. The place was well set out and very enjoyable You felt captive to the resort. Prices were too high in the restaurants. The resort taxi service too expensive. As our stay was short, only at the last moment did we realize that there were univited taxis available outside the resort for use
The place is large and big but the building of oais is old need refibish ,the view bnice alot of activity in the hotel weather was nice their it is on top of a hill , the food is good the problem that hotel is not very clean , some of the public bathrooms in the resturent not clean ,
nice enviroment the staff is not always very professional
It's really nice and safety place and we want to go to this hotel again
i travell alot all over the world because of job but the most interesting thing was the security man named ramy he made my stay ther funny and pleasent as is,if i want to come back just for hem(ramy) we chat alot and i think he is agood addition to the hotel to work inside the hotel i did not like the gate to the hotel i think its takes the charm of the hotel
quite, the beach, calm
Great accessability to the excellent coral reefs on the hotel beach. Mini bus transportation to all hotel restaurants was very useful. Some of the restaurants were average. Next time, we would buy the more expensive meal voucher for the better restaurants.
