Ulemper: I paid too much for it, anywhere around 40 euros a night is totally worth it.

Fordele: I didn't know these places still existed! This place cannot be beaten for what it is. Was welcomed at reception by multi-lingual young girl who could not be more obliging and helpful. Amazing - huge - place with all sorts of visitors from backpackers to older guests like me on a sightseeing trip. Very positive and very friendly vibe. Check out the roof terrace and eat as much as you can buffet in the evening [free!], chatting to other guests or just people watching. A very well run, professional hostel. I left my bags in a secure room as I checked in early and had no concerns about the level of security. Very clean bedrooms/ sheets and towels [I shared a room of 5 with bunk-bed set up]. 2 mins round the corner from Centrale station so perfect for arrival and departure from Malpensa. 45 mins to walk into the centre of the city.

Ulemper: Not a criticism - but this is a hostel and so you will be sharing a room with other guests and so everyone has to manage their privacy etc. But it works, everyone very respectful, chatting and doing their own thing.

Fordele: I liked everything the place is so cool, the guy at the reception named Hedler was really nice, cool and funny, it is so cozy and felt like home ❤️, food is so yummy. One of the best thing that happend to me in Milano actually

Fordele: This hostel is located 200 metres from Milano Central Station. It is an excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful, all basic requirements are met here. Free breakfast AND dinner every day with coffee on tap with biscuits & fruit plus other food stuff! This is a fun place for all generations and even though we are retired, we did not feel out of place. We played table tennis and drank at the bar like everyone else. Beds were comfy & we did ask for additional blankets which we received. Clean, tidy accommodation and a great stay - loved it!!

Ulemper: We were on the 5th floor right under the kitchen on the 6th floor - we had interrupted sleep due to the noise at night until the early hours - most annoying.

Fordele: The Hotel Principe Di Savoia was probably the very best hotel and most beautiful property I have ever stayed in my lifetime in every way. The staff was outstanding, the room and bathroom were magnificent, as was the entire hotel. The restaurant food was so creative and excellent that we dined there our last 2 nights. The staff in the restaurant was also so professional and attentive. The fitness center was perfect, and the rooftop garden of flowers were a beauty to behold. It overlooked the old historical buildings that it was shockingly jaw dropping. Every staff member was helpful and pleasant in the service of guests. A beautiful ending to our Italian trip. Fordele: The rooms (we had 3 rooms) were clean, modern and spacious. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the places we wanted to see, i.e. the Duomo, La Scala and Galleria. I would highly recommend your property to my friends. Your staff assisted us in securing transportation to Lake Cuomo. The driver arrived on time and got us to Lake Cuomo without any issues. Your buffet breakfast was also excellent.

Ulemper: There wasn't anything I didn't like. Your property exceeded our expectations.

Many options to choose from. - We were upgraded on our arrival to Executive room. - Modern and new hotel in the heart of the city. Tram station is just 200 meters away. - Friendly and helpful staff..

Ulemper: Well , if you wake up late missing your dinner reservation @ 10:30 pm, all you can eat is cold food. Although the staff was super nice to me post that incident sent me complementary champagne , booked for me in a Resturant that offers late dinner offered to pay the taxi, offered free breakfast , however the hotel policy needs major change , the previous day I had been driving for a continuous 11 hrs and arrived also at 11 pm and still couldn’t find a decent meal. Moral of the story , if you are in Milan and in that hotel .... eat early cause otherwise you won’t find something decent to eat. I do appreciate the friendly staff especially the concierge he worked hard to please me;however, I was so upset not to be able to get a late decent meal at the hotel . All in all , it was an experience, but next time I know what I will be looking for other than hotel facilities .

That’s was the reason why they even wanted to leave earlier . And the hotel didn’t have free rooms to exchange

Ulemper: High end market felt a little snobbish area not staff they were lovely. Limited breakfast included likely better to just pay for what you want. Not good for people who can not get into bath for shower very BIG step over bath tub.

Fordele: My 3rd night stay which is the double room compare to the twin bed annexe (new building opposite the road), it needs some refurbished especially the mattress and pillow. The jacuzzi is the only thing I am happy after all the walking.

Fordele: Location of the hotel was good & convenient as it is a walking distance to Milano Centrale Train station as well as the Metro Stations. Friendly Staff. Breakfast Buffet was excellent - a lot of variety of food to choose from fruits, cheese, juices, Joghurt, breads, cereals, etc.

Ulemper: The bathroom glass door makes noise when you open/close it.

Fordele: It was super close to Milano Centrale, very easy to find! Communication from the hotel before arrival was very good. Staff was helpful, breakfast service staff very good.The continental breakfast buffet was also very good.Bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. There is loads of newspapers to read, a tea & coffee area to use during the day.

Ulemper: There is some areas of the hotel that could do with a little renovation and love. I love the old-world feel of the hotel, just an update on wallpaper and fabrics.

Fordele: Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Berna. Commuting was super easy because of close proximity to the train station. The highlight was the breakfast offering. The buffet had a wide range of foods to pick from.

Fordele: Short ride from Milan airport. Excellent Staff. Exceptionally clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower. Online lobby pictures were a little deceptive, but was soon forgotten with all the other positives. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices including vegetarian. We had dinner at the hotel one night and found the food very good.

Ulemper: Two comfortable chairs in the room versus one comfortable chair and a desk chair. We arrived on the later side for breakfast and found most baskets empty, didn't feel we got our money's worth. The staff was willing to make us eggs, but that wasn't one of our food choices. Best to show up for breakfast on the early side.

Fordele: The room was enormous, super comfortable and impeccably clean. The bathroom was amazing. The services offered by the hotel were great, the staff were wonderful. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar at the start or end of the night.

Ulemper: The property advertised airport transfers however it was just a taxi that reception booked for you. If you're looking to stay somewhere before flying out, look into the transfers offered or choose a location closer. My airport transfer cost €120!

Fordele: The room was very good and renewed. Complimentary mini bar is a gentle detail. Breakfast was also good. The staff is very helpful.

Ulemper: The rooms are very small and old, the bed uncomfortable, the minibar is not greatly equipped and finally the pressure of the shower is a joke, very bad for a hotel with that price

Fordele: The elderly at the reception desk feel very kind, he is very enthusiastic

Ulemper: There is a strange smell in the room, and the facilities are very old. I think the hardware facilities of the whole hotel are difficult to meet the standards of the four-star hotel.

Fordele: Extremely friendly and wise personell. Not from those penny-wise places.

Fordele: Great location. Bed comfortable. Couch in room comfy. Large size room.

Ulemper: There was some mold at the edge of the shower. The floor tiles didn’t seem fresh. The door to bathroom didn’t leave much room. A sliding door would be better.

Fordele: These are lovely apartments with everything you need. The staff are pleasant and helpful and there is 24hour reception. The best thing is the location right in the centre of Milan and very handy for the Duomo, shops and La Scala. Despite being in the centre it was very quiet. It is great to be able to make your own meals and drinks. The bed and seating are comfortable.

Ulemper: There was not a great deal of equipment in the kitchen, Enough to make meals but some extras would have been helpful.

Fordele: Large clean serviced apartment with kitchen. Amazing location on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk to the Duomo and all the sights of Milan. Great value. Fab pasticceria just next door for coffee and panini.

Fordele: The property is ideally located. Very near the Duomo Cathedral and shopping areas. Room was clean and size is perfect for couple. Beddings and linens are changed daily.

Ulemper: The concierge staffs are not so friendly. Maybe just the Italian ways.

Fordele: I loved the location. The aparthotel was walking distance to most of the venues during fashion week. The room was also bigger than most hotel in Milan.

Ulemper: Den ene lejlighed lugtede stærkt af tobaksrøg Det dyrt ift at lejligheden rent faktisk ikke fungerede som lejlighed - fx to stole til et bord i en lejlighed til 3-4 (luksuslejlighed) - detvar det samme i den mere normale lejlighed

Fordele: Fantastisk beliggenhed, det kan ikke være bedre. Lige i centrum og ved siden er Duomo. Gågaden var lige ved hjørnet, der var en lille supermarked ikke så lang fra os. Jeg vil bruge stedet igen.

Ulemper: Vi var 4 voksne, for jeg havde min mand og to voksne drenge med. Dobbelt sengen var ok, men sovesofaen var ikke så komfortabel. Den duer ikke.
