Fordele: Lejligheden var rummelig og velindrettet. Temmelig god beliggenhed til turistområder, shopping og nogle kølige barer/restauranter. Hotellet opgraderede os også til en større suite!

Ulemper: Personalet er ikke det mest venlige i forhold til de typiske vestlige hoteller.

Fordele: Personalet var høflige, dygtige og hjælpsomme. Engelsk var klart og let at forstå. Værelset havde ingen problemer. Morgenmaden var standard Europæisk buffet. Beliggenheden var praktisk i forhold til shopping, restauranter og offentlige transportmidler.

Fordele: Lovely spacious room with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a quiet room. The location was about 20 minutes walk from Central Station, and 20-25 minutes from the Old Town. There were good places to eat nearby.

Fordele: I was upgraded to a beautiful apartment with everything going for it.

Fordele: Awesome location. Room was an enormous 1 bedroom suite. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean and central close to an abundance of restaurants, shopping, bars and cafes. Felt like having my own apartment as opposed to a stuffy hotel.

Ulemper: Room decor was really dated and quite run down which was really disappointing considering the price paid but it was super clean. The gym was not a gym in any sense of the word.

Fordele: The staff attention was very good and helpful. The place was well decorated and really clean. Good restaurants around. We were lucky and get free parking in the inner patio between buildings, otherwise they have parking available but yo have to pay for.

Fordele: A charming hotel on a wonderful street in central Warsaw. The staff were very friendly and the junior suite was absolutely perfect.

Ulemper: We were rudely greeted by construction workers outside the hotel blocking us from entry. No one from the hotel cane to help us deal with them or offer any help period. When I complained, the receptionist simply told me that she didn’t like them either and they were a bother to her. So much for hospitality...

Fordele: We got a really spacious 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a balcony. Very good in-house restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and some small grocery stores. Parking possible in the underground garage.

Ulemper: Room cleaning could have been done better. Parking spots in the garage are fairly narrow, but it is not a big issue if you do not want to move the car very often or if you have a small car.

Fordele: Everything was wonderful. Having a separate bedroom is always nice when traveling with kids, but this apartment was very modern and comfortable as an added bonus! The street is lovely with both an elegant white cloth restaurant and a pierogi place located conveniently across the street.

Ulemper: The lighting in the room. So pretentious and utterly annoying, hard to master, blasting you with light or leaving you in the dark.

Fordele: Beautiful hotel in central Warsaw with excellent food and super comfortable beds. Very clean with ultra modern design and very close to trendy bars and restaurants on Nowy Swiat.

Fordele: Loved the rooms, very clean and tidy, with comfortable large bed, although a bit high for my taste. Even though I was in an inner room, the large window facing the hotel lobby, made me feel as an exterior window. The hotel has nice amenities and we even have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room with complementary water replaced everyday, tea and coffee bags. The employees are very nice and accomodating. The breakfast has many options and a nice selection of alternative breakfasts such as smoothies ou chia pudding. The location is near the "most beautiful" street in Warsaw, with nice restaurants around, and with a 20 minute walk straight we reach easily the Old Town Market. We can even go to the Mall where Hard Rock Café is, by foot.

Ulemper: It's near a club, so on the night of Saturday to Sunday, even though I was in an inner room, on the 4th floor, the noise kept me up all night. I complained to the front desk at 8.30 in the morning and I was told that I've should complain during the night, because the club manager always asks if any hotel guest is complaining. I had no ideia where the noise was coming from, and was too tired to even call the reception in the middle of the night. So important information for those who seek a quiet hotel, during weekeds, it's not. It's near a trendy club that is open until 8.30 in the morning.

Ulemper: I nabohuset er natklub med høj musik til om morgenen. Trods øreværn havde jeg søvnløs nat. Personalet meget imødekommende og tilbød skift af værelse - som løste problemet. For mig og min søn!

Fordele: New hotel, spotlessly clean, very well located, well equipped room, comfortable mattress, very effective and helpful staff. Spacious building but still intimate. You feel you are in the hands of professionals.

Ulemper: Some room features (at least ours), bordered on the dysfunctional : bay windows facing similar windows, making constantly closed curtains a necessity, A/C vents blowing up from the floor by the bedside, uncomfortably high mattress. The breakfast offered cost more than some dinners we had in Warsaw.

Fordele: I like the location, the room was very nice and comfortable, the swimming pool and the view. Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I loved the concierge.

Ulemper: I was expecting to have a Nespresso machine in my room, and my room did not have one. One morning I ask where there’s coffee and the front desk person said go to the restaurant next-door to get it . I think there should be a free cup of coffee in the lobby a little bit longer than until 8 AM or so .

Fordele: We enjoyed ourselves very much in Warsaw, and the hotel played a big part in this. We liked everything about it: the way the staff handled our requests, the room was very nice, the view was spectacular (from our 29th floor) and the breakfast was very diverse.

Fordele: We were offered an upgraded room which is always nice. Staff was exceptionally helpful. One in particular is Tatiana who helped us with a variety of needs. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing but good things to say about this hote.

Fordele: The staff and the location were perfect. I loved the bathroom and the modern feel and cleanliness of the hotel.

Ulemper: It was a little too quiet. The seating set up on the front patio didn't see to say"come and sit awhile".

Fordele: The hotel is located on a quaint street just steps away from restaurants, the old town area, main square and plenty of shopping. The hotel itself is breathtaking upon entering the lobby and you knew you were entering into luxury. The staff greeted us with friendliness and warmth. A very nice young man assisted us by taking our luggage from the car to the room. Entering the room was amazing, as it was so elegant with charm, clean and a nice view of the quiet street. Another unique feature was the mirror was the TV!

Ulemper: Everything was perfect! No complaints at all and would definitely return. I would tell anyone traveling to Warsaw to book a room at this hotel as it is a perfect location and an amazing, quiet hotel.

Faciliteterne på hotellet er fremragende. Maden i restauranterne er fin og til at betale. Stort indkøbscenter indenfor gåafstand - 1,4 km.

Fordele: Wonderful, comfortable, modern, clean, hotel with a very accommodating staff. Super comfy bed, quality linens! I enjoyed a nice massage. My husband said the gym is one of the best he’s seen in a hotel. We had a nice dinner with wine. Delicious breakfast; we only ate a la carte, but a large buffet is offered. Prompt, friendly airport shuttle that runs 24/7 on the half hour.

Fordele: The location of this hotel is excellent for access to the Warsaw (WAW) Airport. This hotel provide shuttle service every 30 minutes to WAW, which we used.

Ulemper: I specifically asked them to pack my vegetarian brrakfast as i have to leave early at 05.30a.m. but they gave me chicken or ham sandwich????!!!!!! .eveeything else was okay

Fordele: The shuttle bus from and to the airport is free and I had to wait only few minutes. Very big buffet for breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean.

Ulemper: Thin walls to the next room - laughing and shouting until 1:30 am. Then I called the reception and they stopped the people to make such a noise in the middle of the night.

Ulemper: It's weird but window in the room doesn't open. In any room in the hotel! (we asked the receptionist) We dont have lack of air - ventilation and conditioning works perfect but it's so confusing. Dirty mirror in the room - a lot of fingerprints on it.

Fordele: Pleasant twin room. Great breakfast. Location a bit far on foot to center, metro station a bit far too. Maps are deceiving!

Fordele: Very good location in the center of Warsaw near The Old Town. The staff is hospitable. Room was very clean and comfortable. The rest was super after long way to Warsaw. Excellent value for money.

Fordele: The breakfast was really nice and provided items for every taste! The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the swimming pool with a salty water very much. The service and staff were nice and attentive. I loved the SPA and the treatments I received.

Ulemper: We did like almost everything. Maybe in terms of the placement in the rooms - the hotel is relatively big and therefore it took a while to reach the swimming pool area or the gym from our room. It would be useful to ask at the reception while checking in to be placed in rooms that are closer if you intend to use these facilities. Also, at breakfast, the staff were little bit too eager to clean tables and so they were literally removing plates from us while we were still eating.

Ulemper: No possibility to stay 30 minutes longer. No possibility to have an appointment in SPA.

Ulemper: Room was not cleaned up for one day

Fordele: Very nice pool (if you are lucky and miss the groups of children that apparently come at times), comfortable room.

Ulemper: Due to a lot of noise (power tools etc.) linked to setting up an exhibition in the lobby, it was impossible to eat in the restaurant. Even if it is understandable that such work has to be done, in such a case there should be doors to close or other soundproofing to the restaurant. This is not a hotel for visiting Warsaw (far out), but for a stop on a drive or similar (although a bit complicated to get to).

Fordele: The hotel is very comfortable including all necessary facilities. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good.

Ulemper: At vi gerne vil have opgradering til bedre værelse og ville betale for det, men receptionisten sagde at der ingen ledige værelset var,hvilket var løgn. Jeg stod og kiggede på ledige værelser på både deres eget hjemmeside og booking. Skrev til hotellet om det men modtog ikke det svar, jeg ønskede. Hotellet burde opgradere os gratis, pga denne oplevelse. Ellers som minimum tilbyde en rabatkode Der mangler kontrol i pøl område, folk opfører sig ikke ordentligt og vasker sig ikke , inden brug af pøl

Fordele: Everything else, location perfect, food was amazing out of this world, even though it was right by a main road nights can't be more quieter. Though the rooms were nice and comfortable, the wood touch in the rooms did not do it fair. What I most wanna point out is the amazing job the hotel did in helping me to set up the room So I could surprise my wife celebrating our wedding anniversary. Especially katarzyna, what a nice person.

Fordele: Beautiful decor. There were lots of lovely mirrors all over the hotel, including my room. The bathroom had a really nice jet shower + bathtub and I slept in the most comfortable queen sized bed! Really helpful hotel staff as well.

Ulemper: For lack of anything negative to say about the hotel, the walk from the city center was a bit long on foot, especially after a full day of exploring the Old Town.

Fordele: Staff is very professional. Hotel is clean and service very prompt. Room was spacious and full of amenities. Restaurents offered great food choices.

The most magnificent Bathroom I have seen so far: Has many mirrors, is fully equipped, and even has 2 places for your bath: A standing Shower AND a normal but luxurious bath where you can sit/sink and even dive, hehehe, so a relaxing bath is certain, 4. The Hotel has very spacious Turbo-Elevators offering a glass view at the back 5. The Hotel's Lobby & Bar: Nice, Relaxing atmosphere, one can enjoy a drink or some food here 6. The Hotel's Massage Spa Service: A super-effective, Relaxing Massage with the young girl Ola, is a truly unforgettable experience, so, many thanks and congratulations to her & her amazing techniques, 7. The Hotel's Reception: So eager to help you with everything you might need or want, just ask them nicely and politely; Congratulations to all of them, but especially to Gema (She is a real Gem!) Paula and Justyna (if I recall their Names correctly, that I hope I do!). Also many thanks to Hanna, 8. The Hotel's Location: Is indeed one of the very best and easy to find; Walking distance to Metro Station, Supermarkets, Cafés, Restaurants, there is even a Bus Stop across the Aleja Jana Pawla for the Red "Hop-On / Hop-Off Sightseeing" Bus. Zlote Tarasy Mall and Warszawa Centralna are close to this Hotel, 9. The Hotel's Gym , The Hotel's kind gesture of offering free water bottles, every day!!! 10. The Room's Minibar: Effective, Silent and can be emptied upon request, to store your own drinks!

Ulemper: Please note that these are only meant to be a constructive feedback for this SO NICE Hotel: 1. Poor Noise Isolation (Al. Jana Pawla is huge!), 2. The Room's Windows can NOT be opened, not even a small piece of them(need to get some fresh air in), 3. The "Heavenly Bed" wasn't so divine... It was quite harder than I wanted it to be, but then I am used to sleep on Talalay Latex Bed Mattress. Having said that, I strongly believe that the Hotel could REALLY benefit from having at least some Rooms with that kind of Mattress, and if that's too costly, Mattress' Toppers made of Latex or Memory Foam could be used, offering the benefit of an easy "on"/"off" solution, to fit the needs of all people staying at this SO NICE Hotel. Also, some better quality pillows would be a great option.

Ulemper: Access to the Internet is poor. Nothing changed since I left a complaint 2 years ago.

Fordele: The location is perfect and the building in which the rooms are located is quite pretty.

Ulemper: There was no electricity or hot water the morning of my check-out. I only stayed there one night, so it would have been helpful to have been informed of this before arrival. Also, there is no space in the small shower for soap or anything.

Ulemper: When I arrived I asked a receptionist to keep a place for me for the next day. She said there’s nothing to worry about, she’ll do it later. When I came there were no places for me. Sad, sad. I didn’t like men snoring in the room, it is a disaster; maybe you should create a special room for these people. It’s the first time I saw it in hostel. That was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at all. And in the morning I came to pay for another night and ... places left only in women’s rooms.

Fordele: Room is beautiful. All staff are super nice and helpful. Wifi works well. The hostel is near central station like 8-10 minutes walking. I called an Uber to Chopin airport in day time it’s 17PLN. Many restaurants and bars near by.

Fordele: Everything was great, very clean, and perfectly located. Also great value for money!! Totally recommend it!

Fordele: it’s near to centrum location is great surrounded by different kinds of restaurants. the receptionist are also friendly and kind. kitchen is amazing as it provides everything. coffee, bread and some fruits are free. Room are quite big and bed is comfortable. It exceeds my expectations and i get beyond i pay

Fordele: really nice hostel with friendly staff and good location. not exactly in the center but 5 minutes from a metro station and close to food market. for us it was good location to discover few parts of Warsaw. the hostel has no elevator, so it can be hard for some people to climb 3-4 floors.

Fordele: This hostel was fantastic! Really really good location with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and close to the city centre, The staff were so good here that I extended my stay twice and found it so difficult to leave! Zofia and Dorota have the patience of saints, I witnessed them go above and beyond with not only myself but all the other guests, providing useful information and assistance. They gave me so many great tips I even changed my travel route around Poland. The guys on the night shift were also unbelievable, Kuba and Artor are really fun, sweet guys that will do anything to help and so easy to talk to. They both gave me amazing advice on where to go and what to see, so much so, I'm unexpectedly heading to Lviv, Ukraine and other great places. There are group activities in the hostel 8pm every evening and if it wasn't for these guys I'm sure it wouldn't be a success. Believe me when I say you have to stay here!

Ulemper: I'm a real coffee lover so the free coffee wasn't great but hey what to expect it's free! Need to find a negative somewhere! ;)

Fordele: Location was close to Central Station so very convenient if arriving by train from the airport. We really appreciated the heated bathroom floor!!

Ulemper: There was nothing I did not like. Front desk staff was very friendly and even put a handwritten note on our key card with his name in case there was anything further he could help with.

Fordele: Excellent location, really nice and helpful staff, clean rooms.

Ulemper: Small room, tiny closet (also, if you open the closet door, you can’t get out of the bathroom - wasn’t fascinated by this solution). Quite expensive for the value you get. Really crowded on breakfast time, you share tables with strangers, wait in big line for the coffee (which is not even that good).

Fordele: Morgenmaden var utrolig lækker og med masser af lækre specialiteter. Bl.a. var appelsinjuicen friskpresset og udbuddet af brød var lækkert og stort. Kaffen var frisk brygget på bønner og der blev hele tiden fyldt op i buffeten

Ulemper: Prisen jeg havde fået fra booking.com stemte ikke overens med den pris, som jeg havde fået, da jeg bookede værelset. Jeg betalte ca. 150 dkk mere end den oplyste pris, og da jeg gjorde opmærksom på dette i receptionen, fik jeg blot den forklaring, at booking.com altid regnede forkert (kurser), og at jeg ikke havde anden mulighed end at betale den pris, der blev forlangt. Jeg synes, at denne detalje laver en dårlig afslutning på et ellers lækkert ophold. For mig at se laver hotellet rigtig dårlig reklame for sig selv og kommer til at virke upålidelig. Jeg har skrevet til booking.com om problematikken, men har ikke modtaget noget svar?

Lidt irriterende, at alle engelsksprogede tv-kanaler havde voice over på polsk, så man ikke kunne høre det engelske!

Fordele: We loved everything from the moment we arrived. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our apartment room was beautiful and had everything you could want. We thought we had landed truly in a Palace !! And the location was so great, on a street that got you to the best restaurants and activities and public transportation. This was our first visit to Poland and our accommodations were over our expectations. Don't hesitate to spend your time in Warsaw here.

Fordele: Excellent location in walking distance of Warsaw Central train station, and also of lots of restaurants. I could walk to the Old Town (about 15 minutes) and a metro station was v close. Room was v clean and v comfortable

Fordele: Perfect location. Clean, spacious apartment, hairdryer, AC, good breakfast. Easy check in and out, smiley English-speaking stuff.

Ulemper: I missed the air-conditioning in the smaller room with the single bed. Breakfast is only until 10 am. No private parking for hotel guests, it's not easy to find a place.

Fordele: The apartments are well positioned, just off a busy street with a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops all around. For those who don’t mind walking, the old town can be reached on foot in 20-30 mins. Our apartment overlooked the beautiful, well maintained and peaceful courtyard. We frequented and liked the cafe located there. The apartment itself was fine. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The living room had a nice size.

Ulemper: There were two little things we would have preferred - a separate toilet and a second two-seater sofa - because there were three of us in the apartment.

Fordele: Beautiful, clean apartment. Good for long term stay and fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine available as well.

Ulemper: The drainage system for the shower and bath tub clogs up.

Fordele: Very comfortabel hotel, you feel like you are at home. We stayed at a Junior apartment and liked it a lot. Breakfast was also very good. Can't say the location is very central but if you arrive to Warsaw just to visit the city then it's quite ok since it takes only 15-20 minutes walk to get to the center of the city

Ulemper: The only thing that I personally would recommend to the hotel management is to fix at least one small shelf in the shower cabin, just in case your guest would like to use his/her own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a razor, a comb or a hair clip in the shower. I had to put all this stuff just on the bottom of the cabin. And flushing system is not operating very good presumably due to saving reasons. But, imho, the hotel is spending more rather than saving.

Fordele: The suite was quite large and rooms were generous. The rooms were clean. The sofa in the TV room was comfy if it was a touch longer it would have been better than the beds.

Ulemper: The breakfast was very poor. The bed was a slab of concrete and the pillows hard. No TV in the bedroom. We paid a good price for this hotel but would not recommend this hotel for the full rate.

Fordele: St. Andrew's Palace is not your usual hotel. An all-suite hotel, it offers generous living and sleeping rooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious bath. There is no room service, house cleaning on the weekend, or 24-hour front desk, but non of that detracts from the extraordinary positive experience of staying at the St. Andrew's. It is conveniently located in the city. A suite facing onto the courtyard tends to be quieter than those facing the pedestrian street zone. The courtyard cafe offers a decent breakfast. It closes at 11:00pm, whereas the street scene can go on until after midnight. St. Andrews offers more than luxury hotels in the area and at a lower rate. The air conditioning came in handy. TV, video, DVD player.

Ulemper: St. Andrew's does not have its own parking. I did not get any information from them before my arrival. Upon arrival, I was directed to a large guarded surface lot about a 10-minute walk, but I found a much better deal in an even closer underground guarded garage just 5 minutes by foot. The entrance to the pedestrian zone in which the hotel is located is difficult to find at first, and I was not quite sure that I could drive into it. But you can. The hotel's website could provide better information, maybe even a map to alleviate the search. But, Ende gut, alles gut!

Fordele: Excellent security and reasonably quiet provided you are overlooking the courtyard - spacious and well appointed - close to shopping in department stores and to the weekend market along Nowy Swiat - easy walk (for those without impairment) to the University and down into the old city.

Ulemper: There is no room service or reception on Saturday and Sunday - make your own beds and no change of towels and bed linen - the 24hr security guard takes over the reception role but English can be a problem if you want more than a taxi. Chmielna is rather run down (undergoing renovation) and has its interesting collection of colourful characters.

Fordele: Dejlig meget plads

Fordele: God central beliggenhed tæt på hovedbanen og indkøbsmuligheder/shopping. Ikke et egentligt hotel, men nogle meget store og lyse lejligheder med køkken og opholdsstue som vi dog ikke benyttede, selvom det var dejligt med al den plads. Gåafstand til den gamle by. God morgenmad på hyggelig cafe i egen gårdhave. Trådløst internet fungerede, men dog ikke optimalt.

Ulemper: Receptionen var lukket i weekenden og bestod af en vagt, der udleverede nøglen. Men egenlig ikke noget problem, hvis man er indstillet på at det er en lejlighed og ikke et hotel man bor på.

Fordele: It is like a home away from home. Lots of space and close to shops and places to eat. Close also to tran station.

Ulemper: Only thing we thought was required were fans in the room or better still air con to be installed. It was very hot.

Fordele: Friendly, helping, english speaking stuff. Spacious room.

Ulemper: As this is an appartment hotel, it worth mentioning that the hotel doesn't provide elementary amenities, e.g. soap, shampoo.

Fordele: Value for money. The location compared to price paid was very good.

Ulemper: nothing; maybe that the "reception" only was open Monday to Friday and we stayed there during the weekend but wasn't a problem as we didn't have any problems.

Fordele: Fin morgenmad. God betjening.

Ulemper: at både lobby baren + sportsbaren lukker kl 23 om torsdagen. Skybaren var fyldt. Når man nu trænger til en kold fadøl efter en lang rejse.

Fordele: The hotel looks quite new and good equipped. Except personel everything is ok.

Ulemper: The staff doesn’t know, what the service means. So many words NO I haven’t heard in my life. No willing to help. There was no remote control for TV in a room. During the first night we couldn’t switch off the AC, next day we had to contact the reception, it should have to be done from there.

Ulemper: The AC cannot be adjusted manually by ourselves even if the is a switch for this in the room. It need to be done via reception - ?! First room - AC was not working, I called reception and they informed me is should be fine in few minutes I need to wait. Question - why is the hotel asking about my arrival time if they are not able to prepare the room on time ( 23:00 check-in...) AC didn't get fine. I changed my room - in the next room the temperature was by 15 degree maybe, so it was freezing - none of the stuff called to check if I am satisfied with the new room and if the temperature was ok - this point is very poor, considering I was already very annoyed and super tired after a long journey... Hotel itself was great, but customer service should be improved

Fordele: Clean, closely located to a tram line that brings you to the city centre. And relatively conveniently located when you need to catch an early morning flight. No airport transfer though.

Ulemper: It's a typical chain hotel. Clean, offers all the hotel room should offer...but it has absolutely no character whatsoever. I can't say much difference from other chain hotels. The room was a bit cold. Turning up the aircon did not help.

Fordele: Recently built modérn hotel at the airpot Chopin. It s fir those who has transit flights and need overnight place. Hotel rooms are large. Bathroom is clean, wifi works well. It u should stay in Warsaw as a turist than it s better to go to city center as there is nothing to do around.

Fordele: The breakfast was AMAZING! We spent the Friday evening 20/09/2019 in the Pool, jacuzzi and we we're almost alone. So it was almost like having our private SPA. All types of service worked effortlessly and we enjoyed it a lot

Ulemper: Sometimes we found it difficult to communicate with the staff. The location isn't very central and we needed an Uber to get to the centre. It would have been nice to just walk. However the hotel is right next to a beautiful park.

Fordele: We stayed at the Regent, and usually do when we travel to Warsaw. You cannot beat the service. The staff are so accommodating, the rooms are extremely clean, and the amenities are amazing. The indoor pool, and gym facility are both amazing. The breakfast is so delicious as they offer so much! Definitely worth it to stay here! We will be back!
