Fordele: Everything was fantastic. It was intimate, clean, great food, very helpful and accommodating. We loved it ALL!

Fordele: Amazing hosts. Great location and facilities. Best homecooked Italian food ever. Probably the best resort we could have found in Mexico. Completely different experience than any of the large hotels in and around Cancun.

Ulemper: It has now spoiled all the other hotels for us. The bar has been set way too high.

Fordele: This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. Tranquil, friendly place. We loved our little bungalow! Located right in the jungle, no noise except singing birds and talking geckos. Super clean. The nicest staff. Great hint on how to get to a beautiful beach as well.. And delicious meals prepared by Italian chef :-) Highly recommended!

Fordele: This place is a dream! The hosts are super welcoming, the bungalows well equipped cosy charming and perfectly clean, breakfast is delicious and they offer a beautiful swimmingpool. This is the perfect romantic paradise !

Ulemper: Everything was absolutely perfect!

Fordele: Little paradise in the woods. Nice relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Owners are wonderful people. Very hospitable and super friendly. Wonderful to wake up to the sound of all different birds in the forest surrounding the property. Breakfast was superb! We had dinner as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

Ulemper: WiFi was limited in our cabana, but we found it to be very relaxing

Fordele: The hosts are really taking care of their guests with a lot of kindness, the place is beautiful, the rooms (cabanes) are perfectly organized and well furnished. This place is like paradise! And the breakfast is delicious! I wish I will come back one day in this paradise!

Fordele: The owners, staff, pets, food and the facilities were all wonderful. And our family loved all their pets, especially Ramon! The bungalows are beautiful and even the toiletries are awesome. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was very unique although it was not real cold because it was very hot outside. You can tell that this property is very well taken care of and the owners have put in a lot of effort to make it very nice. And the sheets were very soft too.

Ulemper: There is truly only one negative and that is lack of air conditioning. It's too hot during the Summer with no air. It would probably be fine during the Winter months but it was a bit rough.

Fordele: Everything, from the location to the room itself and the service. Vanessa and her family are running this hotel in an excellet way. They are always at your disposal and they fulfilled any extra request. One day we had to start the day very early and they ensured the breakfast was delivered at our porch half hour before we had to leave, even if well in advance of the normal operating hours. Also they were always available to give suggesstions on the surrounding turistic areas. The cabin is built in a very nice typical design and give from the get go a feeling of cozyness. All that is needed is there. The cabins are facing a central pool that is very family friendly. Also, the fact you have a kitchen allows to cook you own meals, should you wish to. However, we used the family reastaurant that delivers mexican and Italian specialties really home made and delicious. The location is retired from the main road that brings you to all major locations in the area, from Akumal to Tulum to Cancun or the nerby biosphere. Being in a forest, you really feel the nature and not the cars or any non-natural noise. The sound of nature and the quiteness makes this place very special and the entire family appreciated it above all the hotels visited while being in Mexico. The fact that also the complex leaves almost entirely on solar power makes it amazing.

Fordele: Beautifully located eco hotel which is wonderful to have a total relax, chill by the pool

Fordele: We loved it here!! The property is amazing: very natural but also refined. The cabanas (we had a standard one) are also awesome: beautiful and no sacrifices regarding comfort (fridge, kitchen, ...). But the best part of staying here: the staff. Vanessa and her mom are amazing. The food was EXCELLENT, both breakfast and dinner.(Make sure you eat dinner at the villa). They helped me to set up the proposal to my now fiancée with a romantic dinner at our own cabana. More romantic, no way. Muchas gracias y espero que volvamos!!

Ulemper: That we only stayed for 2 nights

Fordele: The Rosewood Mayakoba is quite possibly one of the finest resorts I’ve ever experienced around the world. The staff is hospitable and accommodating and the luxury, pampering experience can best be described as other-worldly. Each guest is treated like they are old friends of the staff and every detail is catered to hand and foot. There is no request that can be made and not achieved. I plan on visiting this location from this point forward for many years to come.

Ulemper: Nothing, it was absolutely perfect

Fordele: Everything! The location, the amazing considerate and friendly staff, the privacy, the amenities, the whole experience just staying at Banyan Tree Mayakoba was amazing! You MUST try the Haab experience, it was an amazing experience. Also, FYI the hotel offers free professional photo sessions which you only need to pay for the actual photos(we were bummed that no one told us we would’ve liked to try it).

Ulemper: I wish there was an all inclusive package, not sure if there is. Also, it wasn’t clear to us that the food stations(french toast, omelette, quesadilla stations) at the breakfast buffet were not included in the price of the breakfast buffet.

Fordele: Everything about this resort was amazing and exceeding our expectations. We will be back.

Ulemper: Only 1 thing: The villa pool could have been cleaner.

Fordele: We really enjoyed our stay at the Banyan tree. It was so peaceful and homey. The staff was wonderful. We were pampered and taken care of from the moment we stepped on the property. The villa was well cleaned and attended to during our stay.

Ulemper: Prices of the restaurants were quite pricey and the food wasn’t really worth it.

Fordele: The staff and property overall is amazing. Front desk is excellent and knowledgeable plus willing to provide with lots of insights. The decor of the room is modern and clean. We didn’t have time to use the bikes but they looked very nice. We had a great time!

Ulemper: At first the location looks sketchy ... but it turns out is not bad.

Fordele: Elva the receptionist was amazing, always happy to help and give good advise. The beds are very big and very comfortable. The little apartment has everything one could need including speakers and netflix. The washer and dryer for our clothes was also an added bonus.

Ulemper: Nothing! Or maybe just better deals with the beach club.

Fordele: This hotel is a little slice of heaven! It’s beautiful, clean, modern and relaxing. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop area is an absolute sanctuary. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. I will come here over and over again :)

Ulemper: Alle og alt var fantastisk

Fordele: Really wanted to like but...On first day, requested quiet room but was put near large construction site. Was told that it would be quiet because it was holiday week and not construction would occur. Jackhammers started and 7 a.m. and continued until 7:30 at night. Called to ask why they told me that information, and they didn't have an answer but said the hotel was full and I would have to wait the next day. I called the next day and got the same answer. On the THIRD day, I went to the front desk and told them that I was told I could be moved that day. The front desk said no because others were being moved first. The front desk had no record of these phone calls. I felt lied to and manipulated. They also moved be finally to a room where the fan rattled continuously even when turned off. Hard to sleep.

Fordele: The resort is a wonderful size. The staff are fabulous. The food is flavourful. The location is superb. The jacuzzi tub on the patio is a great idea. Every room faces a beautiful ocean view. The snorkelling and swimming were beyond our expectations. Who knew sushi on the pool deck would be such a great idea? Very firm but soft mattresses.

Ulemper: We were not warned that construction was ongoing and we could not sleep later than 7:00 due to the noise. The room patio only has one chair and we asked for two but none was forthcoming. We were locked out of our room due to a malfunctioning electronic lock and it took well over one hour to have the boss return to the hotel and open our door. Smoking is allowed on room patios and as non smokers we did NOT enjoy our neighbours nasty habit. Double beds instead of queen size made it difficult for my 6'3" hubby to get comfortable - they should find some way to put the two beds together.

Fordele: Snorkeling. Staff. Activities. Restaurants. Penthouse suite! Overall, it was a good stay for the price but we probably won't return in the near future.

Ulemper: Seaweed was definitely an issue for about 4 of our 8 days. Staff work all day to clean but it's still bad from morning to 1ish. Hotel is a little older but well maintained.

Fordele: Traveled in June for 8 nights. Wonderful staff, very friendly. Only had a little bit of trouble finding space at the beach or by the pools - but we did hear the hotel was at capacity. No problems with our room, which was on the bottom floor of building 2, but heard about flooding in other rooms during the storm that hit. It was worth it not to have any room issues, but our room was super close to the snack bar and main pool, so not a great view. Was nice to walk easily out of our patio door and to the pool or bar though. Loved the yoga instructor for vinyasa yoga - wish I remembered his name - he was a really terrific instructor and the location/view was out of this world. For an hour a day you could rent free snorkeling gear from the hotel, but I recommend bringing your own so you can be out in the water with the sea turtles for hours. Lots of tour groups, so the best time to go is early in the morning, but we went out many afternoon and still saw plenty of turtles, rays, and fish, without being crowded. The food at the a la carte restaurants was great - our favorites were the Mexican and the Gourmet (just skip the chicken at the gourmet). Restaurants were all small though, so we heard there were frequently long waits to eat dinner at any of them (though we usually went at the beginning of service ~ 6 or 630pm and were seated immediately). The made to order eggs for breakfast and pasta for lunch and dinner at the buffet were excellent. The sushi bar was so so and very slow service. I think I got very sick from eating a mushroom at the Japanese/Peruvian restaurant (it was just about the only thing I ate that my boyfriend did not eat that day). The room service was included with all-inclusive 24/7 and usually very good (though it varied from day to day with regards to quality, quantity, and even ingredients for the same menu item).

Fordele: We loved the snorkeling, saw lots of fish and turtles everyday. Although sparce, the rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi is a nice idea but we never used it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: Overall the food was OK, some we liked some we didn't. We ate most of the time at the buffet because of the variety. We did not like the sushi restaurant of the asian fusion. The brazilian restaurant was pretty good once we learned to ask for rare and medium rare pieces, otherwise the meat was so overcooked it was like leather. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of Mexican food, there was chips and guacamole but would have liked more variety of local foods.

Fordele: Hotel is amazing. Very much recommended. Staff and stay. Breakfast is great! If you have an auto rental even better because staff can recommend you places to visit near by. Second time staying. Also they release turtles they keep when are born.

Ulemper: The problem of seaweed in the beaches! The cusine suppose to have an international standard

Fordele: The bed was very comfortable and there were so many amazing animals around!

Ulemper: It’s a perfect resort. For me the only downside would be the mosquitos ... I would like to return in a different time of the year. (Avoid the raining/mosquito season!!!)

Fordele: It was amazing, beautiful hotel, very relaxing, service is excellent.All staff are so good, can't fault it, wish it was closer to go to.

Ulemper: If I was being really picky, more specials on the menus.

Fordele: The staff, the pools, the beach. If you just want to sit on the beach all day and be waited on and don't really care about the room it might be for you.

Ulemper: The rooms were uncomfortable and needed updating. Sea facing rooms balconies practically facing each other so no privacy and all seem to be right overlooking the bar/restaurant (view of the ocean in our room 26 almost totally obscured by the huge roof of the bar as well). Smoking allowed on the balcony and our neighbour was smoking cigars so it wasn't nice to sit outside. Food hugely expensive. Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Captive animals really upset me. They keep a peacock in a tiny cage and put a poor stressed looking parrot out each day for people to gawk at.

Fordele: Beautiful hotel and beautiful beach if there would be not the problem with the seagrass. The hotel makes everything in their power cleaning up daily this natural Desaster. It’s a pitty but the reality is different from what the hotel provides on pictures from the beach and the sea which I do not understand . I would communicate this subject transparent wit the customer. The kitchen / food is excellent but a bit to expensive. Same for wine and others .

Ulemper: Food was excellent . The provided cooking classes are super nice

Fordele: The people are super friendly and honestly want to make your experience unique. The facilities are very nice, a bit old fashion so you need to like it (I do). The weekly program keeps you busy (yoga, tennis, cooking classes, theme dinners, trips). 24 hour service. Good food.

Ulemper: I think prices are a bit excessive but I learned this is the case in all Riviera Maya so I am not criticizing the Hotel necessarily but the destination. The restaurant serves good food but 100 $ for a BBQ buffet dinner or a Mexican buffet dinner it is too much in my opinion. All prices have an additional 16% service and 16% tax. you feel like you are in the US! In Mexico City for ex. you pay 100$ in the best restaurant in town with Michelin stars. 240 $ for a 50 min massage (I pay less in Switzerland in the same type of hotel!) I think they could balance by offering more complementary things (more yoga / Pilates class over the day for example, or nonalcoholic cocktails by the pool). I had to organize the trip to Tulum myself because they could not find a guide for the Friday and they work with only 1 tour operator that charged double the price of what I paid. Overall it is a good hotel and I had a good time but I am not sure I would travel 14h from EU for it.

Fordele: Food was ok but still need to improve the quality of the ingredients

Ulemper: The staff was mostly unfriendly and left unsolved matters for a while. Their responses very discomforting. After a few attempts we started getting our concerns resolved.

Ulemper: Travel Club hard selling (time sharing).

Fordele: Food was consistently good, including the buffets. Never felt crowded, always a trolley to help get around, staff always eager and helpful

Ulemper: Petty complaint, but there is No elevator to rooms. And the beach can be rockey when entering the water.

Fordele: -The service was great, the staff were always there to help. -Te food selection was very good, there is always a restaurant open. -The beds were very comfortable and the room was very big. -The resort itself was beautiful and surrounded by nature.

Ulemper: nothing really, we had an amazing time!

Fordele: Cost was good for exploring the area.

Ulemper: Distance from Tulum. Taxi fees added up on excursions to beach as the hotel beach was all rock and wall. Place was a maze so I ended up wandering aimlessly looking for the beach...which was a bit of a disappointment. For a family, this would be great. For somebody that wants to sit on the beach and explore - pay a bit more and stay either in the hotel zone of tulum or la Puebla. You’ll spend the difference in taxis within a day or two unless you take the collectivo.

Fordele: Food Is good but not Spectacular.

Ulemper: Employees are always angry and hace a very bad client attention. Definitively i Will never back here. Was a very bad experience since the frint desk. Jorge Is retard ir something happened with this guy, doesn't understand we were 6, not 8. Spanish specialty restaurant have great food but very bad Service, they turn off air conditioning and ventilators when we arrives at 10pm. Hot was awful inside, we need to stand up and retire from that place. You can't grab anything from any restaurant and go out, all employees convert into cops if you atempt to do it. I would not recommend this hotel. Try Royalton or Palace Resorts, ir even camp at the beach....it's better.

Fordele: Very well organised, good food, nice beach, good logistics with trolleys everywhere if you didn't want to walk. Entertainment in the evening ok. Great service after check out as you can still eat and even have a shower before late afternoon journey. Service in a la carte restaurants very good. Overall we were happy with our 6 days here, thank you.

Ulemper: Huge complex/resort. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Maybe not enough umbrellas on beach.

Fordele: I love d water park and the pool. My kids love it

Fordele: Room is large, clean, updated. Food is good with lots of varieties

Ulemper: Beach is narrow. Swimming zone is very narrow and shallow with lots of rocks on the bottom. It's limited by artificial dams that separates swimming area from the open sea. On windy days there are TONS of seaweeds that cover the entire swimming area.

Fordele: The staff is absolutely excellent and very helpful. This is something usually found all over the south of Mexico and the hotels related to their service. The amenities are varied and they have many activities inside the facilities so you stay entertained.

Ulemper: They have a HUGE problem with the electricity and therefore the AC in the rooms (Villas). It seems some time ago, not too recently either, they had a big problem with one or several of their electric distributors and transformers most probably due to the Huge size of the 3 hotels they have together. The thing is they turn the ac of the rooms off at around 4 pm so the restaurants have enough power, then turn it back on at around 10 or 11 pm and that is half way... obviously is not enough time to cool the rooms while we slept with the heat of the Caribbean Summer. This is something that really needed to be displayed before you make your reservations because it's absolutely unbearable to sleep in those rooms.

Fordele: Everything was great the food the staff everybody was so helpful and kind lots of things to do on the property. The kids waterpark it's a plus and the server basilio may from the main buffet kukulkan it's great in anything you need.

Ulemper: Beach was disappointing/ rocky/ small with large barriers blocking view. Far from airport, about 1.5 hours.

Fordele: The grounds, the restaurants look nice. Some of the food is of OK quality, there are usually many choices at the main buffet. Some of the staff works hard and they try to serve you well. Many however are just overwhelmed.

Ulemper: This is the perfect example of the resort that could be nice and yet it is ruined by management and their policies. Again: this is not a kids and family friendly resort. Don’t let yourself fooled by the waterpark and other things. -First off, the waterpark has zero food, zero drinks and zero snack facilities around it. You have to walk 10 minutes in the heat in order to get a fresh drink for your kids. -There are no chairs to be found in the shade like ever, unless you wake up early and drop your towels on a few chairs. The shade by the greenery does come with tiger mosquitoes, which bite like crazy all day long (google them if you are not familiar with this bug). -there are some nicer, smaller pools, with a bar in proximity, however the depth of the water is to great there fir small kids, so in effect they are mostly fir adults. -the main buffet closes at 10:30 and until 12-12:30 there is no decent food to be found anywhere on the resort. I’ve been sent away when I arrived at 10:35, with a backpack and with my 2-year-old holding hand. She said to go to “casita”, which is a buffet more than 10 minutes away in horrendous heat and with no food that my kids will eat (they had burgers, hotdogs, ribs, cookies and soft serve ice cream... that’s about it). -the service in the main buffet is often just inexistent. They are overwhelmed and they don’t care. One day our waiter literally refused to bring drinks and my kids kept asking for water. My wife went straight to the bar and they refused to give water, saying that the policy is for the waiter to serve. She has eventually been directed to the hall manager (Jonathan) who came and gave us water. -the staff in general will make no accomodations... as per policy. Asked for cereals at “Casita” (the only 24 hrs buffet)... can’t be done. Asked to take food away for my kids... can’t be done. Even at the a la carte restaurant they refused initially to bring both fruits and ice cream for my kids, they said we have to pick one. -the room on the ground floor had such a strong mold stench that we couldn’t take it and requested to move -the beach was fool of seaweed the entire week, which may not byme the hotel’s fault but it just adds to the insult.

Ulemper: Had to pay extra to use the safe We were not clearly communicated to that all restaurants needed reservations on New Year's Eve

Fordele: Access to bikes for all hotel guest was a great way to get around.

Fordele: The property is large but just amazing. The waterways make this place very special. The staff are top notch. Toiletries are divine. Having water sup boards and kayaks add so much.

Ulemper: Not enough bikes around.

Fordele: Tranquil location Food was good

Ulemper: Can only bike or travel by golf cart. Lots of kids at the resort. Only ten bikes for kids. At least 50 kids at the resort. Took 1.5 hours to get bikes. Kids paid cooking class was eat cotton candy (they didn't even watch the making) and movie.

Fordele: The customer service was very good especially at the bars. Food was very good.

Ulemper: Too many rules. Not enough staff. Not enough service in some places. Shows just ok.

Fordele: The landscaping, our housekeeper, and bar staff at the pool.

Ulemper: ANTS IN ROOM & BED, poor customer service from management, staff with bad attitudes (that expect tips for lousy service), terrible food at buffet (we got food poisoning), crowded beach, old rooms. I've had better experiences at hostels in Tijuana.

Fordele: The pools were great and the beach was beautiful. The beach is a very short walk from the hotel so don't let that discourage you. Food was great, especially compared to other all inclusive hotels I have traveled to in the past. Staff are very friendly!

Fordele: The location

Ulemper: Need more diverse food in the dinner buffet. They served the same menu every day.

Fordele: The rooms were clean and quiet. We were in a room with two full size beds with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 11) and the room was enough space. The resort is very large and the staff is friendly - especially if you tip - a bit less so if you do not. Our kids enjoyed the activities at the pool and the shows in the evening.

Ulemper: The front office staff and the bellmen could explain the resort and its amenities a bit more upon check in. You basically need to discover things on your own. The food in the restaurant was average - many things became stale or overcooked when sitting under the heat lamps.

Fordele: The resort was very clean, and the drinks were well made.

Ulemper: The size of the riu isn't well represented in pictures. This place is massive and crowded. It was a five minute walk to the lobby and a fifteen minute walk to the beach. Unless you get up early and snag a chair at the pool, there won't be any available. The crowds at meals were overwhelming and rude. The single king room was actually two double beds pushed together with scratchy sheets. All in all I was very unimpressed with this resort and will not be returning.

Fordele: Being able to go to other Riu Resorts properties in the area

Fordele: It was clean and beautiful beyond our expectations. The design of the hotel, separating us from the rest of the town, was very much appreciated.

Ulemper: Yes, the total lack of a solid wall separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. Privacy is a must for a bathroom, and there was none. Even the door for the toilet stall had a huge gap so no privacy there either.

Fordele: Great hotel and staff.

Ulemper: The room I purchased is not the room I was given.

Ulemper: View of tree trunks & dirt. Unhelpful front desk & concierge. No comfortable seating or place for luggage in room. Loud music blaring 8am-10pm. Hundreds of dollars in unexpected extra charges for 5 night stay. Very stressful, not relaxing experience.

Fordele: Proximity to 5ta Ave was definitely a plus. Conviniently located at a walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and the hotel is well maintained.

Ulemper: Condensation in guest rooms created a minimal odor in the room.

Fordele: God beliggenhed, flot spa område.

Ulemper: Det er et stort hotel område. Pool område og stranden var ok, men ikke noget specielt. Der spilles musik hele tiden. Ikke højt, men der er 2-3 timer i døgnet med stilhed. Der er generelt set meget støj i området. Der var en del larm fra renovstionsarbejde på nabohotellet.

Ulemper: The bathroom and specially the shower are a bit old

Fordele: Everything great! Good food , beautiful pool and perfect location. Staff very helpful.

Fordele: Atmosfæren. Det er en oase midt i et larmende centrum, hvor man virkelig nyder det og slapper af. Og så kaver se gode drinks. God og varietet morgenmad.

Ulemper: Ikke noget

Fordele: The location of the hotel is the selling point. It's right in the middle of all the action and surprisingly when you walk into the courtyard/pool area, it's very quiet considering how loud and busy the streets are outside. Unfortunately, that can't be said for the rooms. The staff is also very nice and the food is good and priced reasonably as well.

Ulemper: The rooms are extremely loud from both the outside noise, and the noise from the AC. While the staff is extremely nice, they have limited English proficiency and for some reason there are no phones in the rooms. The overall cleanliness of the grounds is nice but the rooms themselves are not. From the sheets to the toilet/bathroom and even walls, you can tell there is little time spent cleaning the entire place.

Fordele: Location is great and staff is always ready to help. The bar and pools un the roof are a great place to get some work done.

Fordele: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was good. Unlike other hotels, airco is placed at a good spot. Next to 5th and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. You get beach towels for your stay at the beach.

Fordele: Everyone greated is coming & going. Javier always took time to talk with us personally to see if he could be of any assistance with our day. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Ulemper: Noisy at times. Relatively loud music at the swimming pools throughout the day. View.

Ulemper: Although we are a family we still like privacy when doing private things. The door to the toilet area in the room just have too much of a gap that everyone can see you doing your stuff on the toilet.

Fordele: Excellent Hotel in the center of Playa del Carmen. Fast access to the 5th Avenue. Amazing pool view in the top of the hotel.

Fordele: Lækkert sted- stor lejlighed. Strand på den ene side og 2 minutters gang fra restauranterne og gågaden. Meget hjælpsom personale. Tæt på attraktioner.

Fordele: The condo itself was perfect!

Fordele: The staff got friendlier as the week went on. Indigo Cafe for breakfast had a great location on the oceanfront. The jacuzzi was actually hot.

Ulemper: There is limited beach by the hotel. The staff were not friendly at first.

Fordele: The condos are nice, the location is very good, beds and pillows are great and overall very celan

Ulemper: Food is ok but there’s a kitchen so you can cook and it’s pretty close to a lot if restaurants, If you are planning on enjoying the beach, this is not the hotel for you, even though it’s in the beach, fishboats are waiting right on the taj’s beach. It blocks all the view and you can’t swim right there.

Ulemper: I would definitely be coming back. The only issue is the smell where the boats are but other than that I loved it

Fordele: The condos were close to beaches, night life and shopping. The units are beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Fordele: Strand fyldt med sø græs - og det var ikke muligt at bade overhovedet ved hotellet. Byggeplads ved siden af - som larmede - og der faldt byggemateriale ned på vores egen terrasse - og arbejderne havde direkte udsigt til vores penthouse terrasse...

Fordele: Very good food, very nice staff. Nice pool. Room was large and comfortable.

Ulemper: Large room but it was facing inside so pretty dark. Beach is more for boats than people -- that was a disappointment.

Fordele: Beautiful spacious condos, clean and perfect located. Good breakfast.

Ulemper: If you aren’t intimate with your roommate it’s a little weird bathrooms aren’t very private, bathrooms were completely see thru from bed In room I was in toilet and shower .Guest that don’t stay there cost to visit.

Fordele: The staff were extremely helpful and every query was resolved fast and even followed up to ensure we were satisfied.

Ulemper: Jacuzzi in the roof pool wasn’t working

Fordele: Perfect location. We were only there for one night, but it was perfect. Very close to 5th Avenue. Cool decor, friendly staff. Breakfast also really good.
