Staff was very friendly, advertised that the bed linens were freshly laundered for guests. Good variety for breakfast Omelet was terrible
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and was a nice addition. The rooms were a bit outdated, and the bathroom could've been cleaned a little more thoroughly
I liked the complimentary bottled water. I loved the "To Go" Bag." This really helped me for a meeting that day. Saturday's breakfast was wonderful. I really enjoyed the attendant on duty for the breakfast. Great selection and everything that I wanted was there. Thank you! I did feel that the beds were not up to Hampton's standard. The Comforter appeared a bit worn and the sheets were not there usual crispness or cleanly looking. The towels were also a little worn and the room's coffee maker did not work.
Really enjoyed the staff. Will stay again
friendly staff hot breakfast different each day, the kids loved the cookies in the afternoon
Location & breakfast !!! Not as clean as I would of liked & no fan working in the bathroom. Need better pillows !!!
No major problems. Room with old furnishings, but clean enough for me. Old, exterior corridor Hampton. I came to find out that this is a corporate store. If it had been a franchise, surely it'd have lost its Hampton "flag" years ago and would've made the transition to Super 8 or Motel 6. Hotel is fine, but not typical Hampton quality.
I loved the staff and how helpful they were. One guy in particular. I was doing a surprise evening for my guy, and he helped me pull it off and made me aware of the minor upgrades I could get! It went as smooth as butter!
Lobby is beautiful and it's nice to have a Starbucks in the building. The staff was polite and professional. Room was smaller than I expected. While in the hall I could hear other guests talking in their room (not the level of privacy I expected). Train woke me up twice the first night and once the second. Really?
I was greeted by Ellis the front desk guy like talking to old friend we chat a minute went up to my room were got what always expect clean room bed bug free I slept till night time got up went to the bar Shante the bar tender was funny great conversation and a add treat met the owner then really couldn't stop laughing his wisdom and humor will not be forgotten wish could have stayed longer but business wouldn't allow it I would tell all my friends to stay there treat you like family
Every member of the staff that we encountered were super friendly and very helpful. Our air conditioner wasn't working and they promptly gave us another room!
great customer service it smelled a little funny, there was an overflow water in the hallway my second day. seems like a usual problem the way the hotel smelled
Bad breakfast and it was cold.
The staff was wonderful and the room and lobby were very clean. The pool area was very nice.
Most of the staff was rude and aggitated. Only one lady was nice, bar was never open, and the restaurant had nothing but fried food.
Staff Room was very dirty. Hotel was very old. The room and hallways smelled horrible. They downgraded my room to a handicapped room without informing me.
They rooms were nice. Very big. Mold under the lower soap dish in tub, no microwave, housekeeping came by 3 hours before checkout to see if i was still checking out. Didn't get chocolate chip cookies.
No breakfast room small
The Double Tree was a great place to stay during my son's graduation from Ft. Benning. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed several meals there. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Had a little trouble figuring out the air cond in one of the rooms.
I liked Everything about your hotel , wish I could have stayed longer, keep up the good work There were a spray bottle leftover in the bathroom and a used coffee pod leftover by the Guest before
The hotel was very clean, the rooms were huge but most of all the staff was so so friendly! We especially loved the woman who worked at the restaurant that served us also the two girls at the front desk..sorry I forgot their names. After a long day with our son at Fort Benning it was great to come back to the bar where we had 2 great great bartenders. The first one was Amiena (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and P.J. This hotel was excellent with a top notch staff!
The room was as described. Clean and comfortable with a small refrigerator, nice tv and great place to sit and work. Customer service at the front desk was outstanding. I have no problems recommending for a place to stay.
Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. Room was very clean. The bed's weren't as comfortable as Hampton Inn's, but Hampton beds are unusually new. These beds were fine -- no complaints for what I paid. Cab fare to airport was a mere $5 because it's so close.\n\nThe high speed internet is not wireless but less convenient cable that's too short. Instead of being able to use your laptop in bed or anywhere in the room, you'll be confined to the desk.
Very clean room, staff was very nice, verycourteous. AC Temperature. Set thermometer in room 5 degrees lower than what we had when we came in the room. AC ran for a few minutes and then came back on every 30 mins to an hour or so, never really got the room temperature down to what we were looking for.
Gteat for the money spend
Clean/comportable for the money The only Hotel that advertised that they had a spa, so I chose it.. Guess what was out of order... yup.. the spa... all 3 days
The complementary chilli dogs chips and beer Wednesday night after an 11hour trip. My bill was $12 more than quoted on booking.con
Comfortable bed, clean room Too far from my area of attention- Ft. Benning. When I come back in April I will select a hotel much closer.
The staff was very welcoming, polite and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the maid service was great.
Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms are very lovely and moderate. Clean. Very comfortable. Nothing
The only thing remotely decent about this place was the location. Where do I begin... Most of the staff seemed put off by the fact that I was there. The room smelled as if it hadn't been aired out since the Regan administration. The "Grab and Go" breakfast is a joke; when there was food in it, it was an unappetizing collection of old fruit and bargain club muffins. I could continue, but I will just close this review by saying that this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
The location, proximity to the things I like. Some noise could be heard from the hallway, other rooms.
Great location, clean, pet-friendly, includes a kitchen and a flat screen tv! Stains on carpet, had trouble with the room key
The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and very kind! I wish wish that the kitchen had been stocked with a non stick frying pan and a stock pot.
Had a recurring problem with the smoke detector beeping, they replaced the battery but did not fix the problem. Hard to rest with it beeping all night long.
The cleanliness , staff, and view also close to the army base I liked everything
Smoking rooms I had about 8 men come to my room and followed me around and steakd me out because of some couples Craigslist add for sex. Two of them actually came into my room without asking.
I loved the complimentary breakfast! The easy access to rooms! There is an over night front desk woman that was so sweet! Very helpful!! She definitely made my experience the best! Nothing!
We liked the value for the price The pictures on the website don't do it justice Many updates were noticed and staff was very friendly and professional The room was clean and the beds were comfortable although I would have liked a few more pillows. We didn't like the loud neighboring guest that had no regard for our quiet time (midnight to 5am) he sat on the stairs outside of our room and had a 5 hour telephone conversation. We didn't notify the desk as to not cause problems.
Our room was immaculate. Very comfortable beds. Very nice large flat screen TV. We requested a smoking room but there were no bad odors. It smelled clean. The staff was very friendly but professional and informed. Great value for the price. When next in Columbus we will go back to Days Inn. I would have preferred the old style mulit cup coffee maker instead of the one cup machine.
The food and the room
This hotel is not family friendly at all. We arrived very late, and there were people moving all around. The hotel is located near a trailer park facility with an open gate to the hotel and people were moving back and forth. It felt very unsafe.
Close to the infantry meusium and infantry training Not clean and dangerous to be in the place. The place was dirty and everything smelled bad and there was stains everywhere
I do not recommend this place for anything in a bad location, very dirty, old and scary... Trust me looks nothing like pictures... Oh please trust me even if you are on a budget try elsewhere... Maybe red roof in anything but here
The pool and breakfast for the price. It was so outdated!
Location was good Bathroom was old and dirty. Sheets had hair on them.
The location was perfect for what I was there for. It smelt so much like cigarettes. I asked for a non smoking room, but the smell was almost unbearable. The room was about what I expected, other than the bathrooms definitely needed work.
Location to downtown... Very outdated, dirty, not family friendly, pool hasn't been cleaned since the place was built, and lots of cop activity on the property.
The younger man working there was extremely helpful after our room was disgusting after checking in. He switched rooms and gave not offered gave us a discount for the trouble. Mold on bed sheets. Broken glass all over parking lot. Severe smell of weed throughout the hotel and nothing was done about it. Overall room cleanliness was horrible

It was quite and peaceful!
Staff was extremely friendly. Comfortable beds and air conditioner was great! Location good as well , right off the highway and close to shops and couple restaurants.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had an odor. Almost as if the room had prior smokers. Not fresh.
The staff was incredible! The front desk person, Tuwana, did everything in her power to make our stay pleasant. When we called in advance to see if we could arrive and check in early, she was able to get that done. She also called me in the room just to make sure that everything was okay. The rooms were requested as nonsmoking but they definitely smelled like smoke. Additionally, the rooms had a musky odor that appeared to be coming from the carpet.
Location and friendliness of the staff. The room seemed to be falling apart. Tub was more like a trampoline. Paint was peeling off of the walls, and the electrical had unsafe multi plugs.
Stayed here one night for a job interview. Was expecting low quality conditions, but was pleasantly surprised to find a new modern and clean room. There was a banner hanging outside advertising new Renovations, and I was very impressed. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because I was awakened twice during the night due to loud traffic. Worse, the Wake Up Call function FAILED to wake me up for my interview. Luckily, I had my phone alarm set as a backup.
